It is very atmospheric, beautiful, lots of greenery, gorgeous Windows, good cuisine, salads, delicious desserts.
One big disadvantage: there are very, very, very many tables in this space, the tables are located too close, because of this it is very uncomfortable.. There is no atmosphere of relaxation, and in the evening it feels like you are at a bazaar. To walk through the hall, you have to walk sideways between the tables. I will definitely come back, but when there are fewer people.

A nice atmospheric place with good cuisine.
A large selection of cheeses and cheese dishes, as well as meat and fish dishes.
Good breakfasts. The price tag is not for every day, of course.
If you are not familiar with the names on the menu, the waiters will tell you everything. The beer is not bad, I liked the herbal teas too. Wine is expensive. Background music is not annoying.
It is better to book good places by phone.
The price tag is above average, but it's worth it.

It's a good place. This cuisine has appeared in Tashkent recently. We've been to the Cheese Factory more than once. The institution keeps a brand in every city. Four stars for the kitchen. Probably just not my format. If you haven't been, then you should definitely visit. For lovers of wine and sparkling wine, there will also be a fairly large selection, which is rare in Tashkent.

Almost all of the Moscow menu, of course, products are not locally produced, are inadequately expensive to their niche value. For example, pike caviar is like a salmon dish in Moscow, but in the end it's a Bakery, not an Erwin, and gluttony follows with cheeses and derivatives. The quality is excellent, the staff is well-trained, there is no robbery service charge, and what is not a little important - the dog friendly establishment. A bowl of water was brought to a four-legged friend and everyone looked at him with sympathy and friendliness. A check for one in the amount of 200-350 thousand soums, and by the way there is a cola zero in the bar, which is very rare for Tashkent establishments, since locals love sugar-containing products, so many establishments make do with classic Coca-Cola or pepesi. The cheese factory is a rare exception. My recommendation: be sure to go, especially in the evening, as the lighting and interior magically transport you to the Provence or Liguria region. 👍🏾

I know different restaurants in Tashkent and there are very good ones in many respects, but this one is the most beautiful in my opinion. The service is polite and competent, they will advise excellent wine, of which there is a decent choice. The menu is delicious and satisfying. A restaurant where it is not a shame to invite any of your guests.

The food is ordinary-good, but the dessert "bird's milk" is just top!!!. I'm a fan and this is one of the best. It seems very big (dessert), but it's deceptive, just very airy-voluminous). But the salad with persimmon and cheese is probably for connoisseurs of fine cuisine (I did not appreciate it).
The fly in the ointment was introduced by the staff at the end of the dinner... We asked to split the bill, they said that this could not be done anymore (it's not clear why, but okay, we didn't set it up)... We paid by card and asked to bring a printout (which they showed us but did not take the payment and did not return) where the dishes are recalculated with prices in order to understand how much money is from whom. That's not what we were told that the printout was lost somewhere, they brought a cash receipt (where there is one total amount) and gave us a menu for our easy "misunderstanding", with the words (I don't remember literally but...) "count the menu". We were a little "surprised" (you can't swear here), but the mood was great and I didn't want to spoil it, we didn't swear, took a picture of the menu (we decided to calmly count everything at home) and started getting dressed.... At that moment, a very nice girl came up (it turned out to be the administrator), asked if we had any problems (apparently noticed the dialogue with the waiter), we explained everything.... She apologized for this, justified the waiter, and a minute later we had the required receipt. Everything is fine, everything is settled, but... as they say, "the sediment remained."
In general, this is one of the 3 best establishments in Tashkent... And if you have a date or a holiday in a quiet family circle, then..... you simply have no way out, you will come to one of these establishments). For couples, book a place on the second floor on the left after the steps, the second-third table by the window. There is an imitation of a hedge, a panoramic window and very secluded).

I did not find any obvious disadvantages, but there are nuances - prices are above average, a men's toilet on the second floor, the lack of towels near the washbasin (usually in such class establishments there are towels - not napkins).
