Шикарное место! Еда очень вкусная! Своё производство сыров, большой выбор десертов.
Брали пиццу со страчателлой, пасту с говядиной, сырники. Объелись уже пиццей! Готовят быстро, официант очень вежливый, в заведении светло, приятно находиться.
Рекомендую к посещению
Наши фавориты - пицца со страчателлой, 4 сыра, паста с ягненком, судак, медовик с соленой карамелью, Буратта
Не понравились - щечки и сазан, борщ не впечатлил
Все остальные блюда супер!

It's a good place. This cuisine has appeared in Tashkent recently. We've been to the Cheese Factory more than once. The institution keeps a brand in every city. Four stars for the kitchen. Probably just not my format. If you haven't been, then you should definitely visit. For lovers of wine and sparkling wine, there will also be a fairly large selection, which is rare in Tashkent.

A nice atmospheric place with good cuisine.
A large selection of cheeses and cheese dishes, as well as meat and fish dishes.
Good breakfasts. The price tag is not for every day, of course.
If you are not familiar with the names on the menu, the waiters will tell you everything. The beer is not bad, I liked the herbal teas too. Wine is expensive. Background music is not annoying.
It is better to book good places by phone.
The price tag is above average, but it's worth it.

Очень атмосферно, красиво, много зелени, шикарные окна, хорошая кухня салаты, десерты вкусные.
Один большой минус: очень-очень-очень очень много столов на это пространство, столики расположены слишком близко, из-за этого очень некомфортно.. Нет атмосферы релакса, а вечером так и вовсе ощущение, что ты как на базаре. Чтоб пройти по залу приходится боком между столиками проходить. Обязательно вернусь, но когда будет меньше народу.

I know different restaurants in Tashkent and there are very good ones in many respects, but this one is the most beautiful in my opinion. The service is polite and competent, they will advise excellent wine, of which there is a decent choice. The menu is delicious and satisfying. A restaurant where it is not a shame to invite any of your guests.

Новиков он и в Африке Новиков , а в сочетании с превосходной локацией и местными ценами, эту сыроварню можно считать эталоном . Практически все московское меню, конечно продукты не местного производства , неадекватны дороги к своей нишевой ценности. Так например щучья икра стоит как в Москве блюдо с лососевой, но в конце концов это Мыроварня, а не Эрвин, и чревоугодничать следуют с сырами и из производными. Качество отменное, персонал вышколен, грабитеского сервис чардж нет, и что не мало важно- заведение dog friendly . Четвероногому другу принесли миску с водой и все смотрели с симпатией и дружелюбностью. Чек на одного в размере : 200-350 тысяч сумов, и кстати есть в баре кола зеро, а это большая редкость для заведений Ташкента, так как местные обожают сахаросодержащий продукты, поэтому многие заведения обходятся классическими кока-колой или пепеси. Сыроварня- редкое исключение. Моя рекомендация: обязательно идти, особенно вечером, так как подсветка и интерьер магическим образом переносят вас в регион Прованс или Лигурию. 👍🏾

I did not find any obvious disadvantages, but there are nuances - prices are above average, a men's toilet on the second floor, the lack of towels near the washbasin (usually in such class establishments there are towels - not napkins).

Были приятно удивлены.... Прекрасное заведение по атмосфере. Хорошие официанты,
некоторые даже весёлые ).
Еда обычная-хорошая, но вот десерт "птичье молоко" просто топ!!!. Я фанат и тут одно из лучших. Кажется очень большим (десерт), но это обманчиво, просто очень воздушное-объёмное). А вот салат с хурмой и сыром видимо для ценителей высокой кухни (я не оценил) 😁.
Ложку дегтя внёс персонал в конце ужина... Мы попросили разделить счёт, сказали что этого нельзя уже сделать (не понятно почему, но ладно, мы не настраивали)... Оплатили по карте и попросили принести распечатку (которую нам показали но забрали не оплату и не вернули) где пересчёт блюд с ценами, чтоб понять с кого сколько денег. Не это нам ответили что распечатка где-то потерялась 🙄, принесли кассовый чек (где одна общая сумма) и на наше лёгкое "не понимание" дали меню, со словами (дословно не помню но...) "по меню посчитайте". Мы малость "удивились" ( тут нельзя материться), но настроение было прекрасное и не хотелось его портить, не стали ругаться, сфотали меню (решили дома спокойно посчитать все) и начали одеваться.... В этот момент подошла очень милая девушка (оказалось администратором) , спросила есть ли у нас какие-то проблемы (видимо заметила диалог с официантом), мы все объяснили.... Она извинялась за такое, оправдывала официанта и через минуту у нас был требуемый чек😁. Все прекрасно все порешали, но... как говорится "осадочек остался".
В общем это одно из 3х лучших заведений Ташкента... И если у вас свидание или праздник в тихом семейной кругу, то..... у вас просто нет выхода, вы придёте в одно из этих заведений). Для парочек лайфхак, бронируйте место на втором этаже слева после ступенек, второй-третий стол у окна. Там имитация живой изгороди, панорамное окно и уединенно очень).

The interior is pleasant, the service is sometimes lame. The last time was in January. It was very cold to sit even in the hall. There was no heating, and the blankets provided did not help. Очень атмосферно, можно наблюдать за процессом сыроварения, красиво внутри, меню разнообразное, официанты отлично ориентируются в блюдах, знают состав и прочие нюансы, обслуживание вежливое, но не очень быстро подают блюда, вероятно из-за переполненного зала. Нет процентов за обслуживание в чеке, ценник выше среднего, но еда вкусная, все понравилось. Можно купить что-то из лавки с собой. Отличное место для ужина в любой компании.

The cuisine is very tasty, albeit with some nuances, but for the service the Cheese Factory deserves 1st place among all that I visited in Tashkent. Традиционно вкусно) как в Москве, но с узбекским колоритом! Остались очень довольны.
Персонал любезный и обходительный.
Подача блюд была достаточно быстрой. По самим блюдам - все супер!
О популярности данного ресторана говорит и тот факт, что забронировать столик заранее у нас не получилось. Но посадили нас практически сразу. А когда мы уже уходили, увидели небольшую очередь из ожидающих)))
И еще можно в живую посмотреть реальное производство сыра )
В общем - рекомендую! Уютно, вкусно, комфортно!
