Today we stopped for dinner at the village Cheese Factory restaurant, by chance, we just happened to be nearby. A very cozy and atmospheric place. The food is very tasty, lamb dishes, hummus, tea with thyme - I boldly recommend it, for the most refined taste. Our waiter was very cool, he told us about the restaurant and the chef, the history of some of the dishes on the menu. Our waiter's name was Jean, very pleasant and professional. We learned from him that this restaurant is open under the Novikov franchise. I didn't know, it was a pleasant surprise)
We had a table on the second floor, lots of greenery inside and outside the windows, panoramic Windows and good music.

In general, as Tashkent residents love a farm restaurant in Paphos, the food is well cooked without frills, all salads in one key are filled with either borata cheese or another freshly cooked pork mixture, beef meat in a frying pan cooked in a pressure cooker is terrible, pasta is good, seafood is well made, alcohol is very overpriced, desserts are a solid four, in general, the institution is overrated, there is no special atmosphere either, the first floor generally resembles some kind of mass eatery

We love the Cheese Factory very much, we have been to almost all restaurants of the Arcadia chain. In Tashkent, too, in general, everything is at the same level as usual, we celebrate birthdays, work with my wife and just go to breakfast. My wife works in the restaurant industry and is the PR director of one of the Michelin-guide restaurants and we are really spoiled by world service and quality. Therefore, a professional assessment is a great restaurant!
However, today there was a force majeure, we were refused a glass of water, citing the lack of a cooler. This is possible if it weren't for one thing, but before that, we were constantly brought a glass of water in the same Cheese Factory. It turns out that we were either poisoned with dirty water before or we got a strange manager. The manager's name is Ildar, he refused to help us and preferred to lose the restaurant's money by simply letting us go, without taking any action to smooth over the problem, exposing us almost as liars that we are making up. It was unpleasant. We left, the restaurant lost money and apparently threw away the food, which was most likely almost cooked - a loss. Take action, it is worth having a conversation with Ildar or sending him for customer orientation training. I'll come for breakfast tomorrow, I hope the service will be at the same level again.

Perhaps the best place in the city.A good selection of cheeses, very attentive and, importantly, fast staff. It is better to book tables in advance, because the restaurant is always full boarding, especially from Fri-Sun.
I really like the pet friendly system.Your pet will be not only welcome here, but very welcome.They will give you a cup for water and food.
The only drawback is that there are no smoking areas.You can't even smoke e-cigarettes on the outdoor veranda.I have to go outside.

It's beautiful, crowded, atmospheric. The staff did well, everything is on the level. At dinner, you find yourself in Moscow or some European capital, but definitely not in Tashkent.
I will note the disappointment from buratta - buratta is quite itself, unfortunately, Tashkent, and as it seems to be accepted here, there is only one name from buratta, but in general it is a dense tasteless curd cheese of some kind wrapped in another cheese ((
Better order a strachatella with delicious tomatoes, they are wonderful.

Wonderful atmosphere, excellent service, friendly staff, delicious food! All the positions including dessert were amazing. We were served by a very considerate waiter named Ruslan, many thanks to him! Very attentive and polite. He helped us with the selection of dishes (which were very tasty). He even gave us a little show with our dessert (on his own initiative).
