We ordered a table for 15 people, brought guests from different countries, hoping that everything would be clear and without hitches in the Cheese Factory, but everything went very unprofessionally on the part of the staff: one waiter for 15 people who did not have time to take orders, clean dishes, or recommend anything. They called the supervisor, she just gave up on us
The feeling is that they work here according to the system "maybe it will take a ride, we have a full landing every day, we are pumping anyway."
The hostesses at the entrance are arrogant and not pleasant
What should you think about before organizing an event here?

I have been regularly visiting this restaurant for a long time. I liked not only the menu, but also the speed/ quality of service. Today I sat at the table for 15 minutes waiting for the waiter. No one came up. I had to leave. There are no complaints about the quality of the dishes.

It's a great place! Very emotional! The cheeses are awesome, you can also buy them at home! There is alcohol, but you can't smoke, all smokers go outside. There are places both inside and on the terrace, the only disadvantage is the bugs flying into the light if you are sitting on the terrace. Service on a solid 5! There are no questions about the quality, everything is fine and delicious. There are a lot of customers, so be prepared that the waiter may visit you less often.
I was pleasantly surprised that the bill does not include service, which is common in Tashkent. Now this is a separate thank you, that you do not need to count in your head. What's on the menu is on the receipt.
The atmosphere is very pleasant, for me the cushions on the chairs are superfluous, they do not allow you to comfortably fall through and sit down as you want.

Pizza 4 cheeses 7/10 (the taste was flat, there was not enough cheese with mold)
Salad with strachatella, arugula, avocado and spinach mousse 10/10
Lemonades lychee raspberry and watermelon blackberry 9/10
Honey cake with hazelnuts and salted caramel 10/10
Mango passion fruit cheesecake 8/10 (mus is not very tasty and white chocolate chips
they didn't quite match in the general tone)
Service 9/10. Polite staff, clearly and pleasantly served.
