We went on an excursion on 20.03 (Abu Dhabi Mosque + Qasr Al Watan). We usually prefer an independent vacation, without a guide, but we decided to take one tour. I really liked it, everything was well organized! Marina, the guide, was just a smart girl, she talked interestingly, it was clear that the person was doing his favorite job, perfectly coordinated everyone - no one got lost or delayed the group (the group goes to the palace and the mosque without a guide).
It was convenient to find the bus not only by the number, but also by the yellow umbrella that the guide Marina left next to the windshield.👍🏻 It was very helpful that everyone was given a bottle of water at the beginning of the trip.
We also bought tickets to the Sky View observation deck through Turistino - tickets were promptly sent to us by e-mail after payment. Convenient, fast.
In both cases, a girl, Marina, also advised. She helped a lot, politely told everything in a voice telegram, answered all questions, and thanks to this, we went on a tour prepared in terms of clothes.

This is a great company for excursions, we took three from them: a morning safari, a walk along the Indian Ocean and Abu Dhabi. All three are great! A boat trip for only 20 people, there is enough space for everyone,we swam, fished, we were very well fed, Dmitry had an amazing year, a very positive person, an interesting storyteller, knows a lot about the country. We have just returned from a Night tour of Dubai - we were there as a group of four people and Nikos did not like the organization. The guide knows nothing about the Emirates, constantly repeats the same things. The story was in the style of:
Look at the yellow building on the left, and the beautiful red car on the right.
Add to this the disgusting Russian language - they drive, theirs, evonnye, our ears have been stuck all the way. The guide can't even formulate his thoughts correctly.
The guide was completely uninterested, took us to the entrance to the ship and abandoned us, while another guide took his tourists to places inside the ship, sat them down and explained everything, they applauded him goodbye)
We discussed the work of the guide with our entire tour group, which is more than 20 people, and everyone was unhappy.
The guide also misled us by saying that we can eat on the second floor of the ship, settle down there, and that's how everyone does it.
In fact, we were seated on the ground floor and the staff said that our seats were booked IN ADVANCE, you can only go upstairs and take a look.

Poor organization of excursions. Jeep Safari has not completed the stated program. There is a 10-minute stop in the desert. The Bedouin village and the dinner there are so-so for 2 points. Dancing guys with skirts aren't much of a sight either. But these are probably national dances)) so at the dinner on the boat (also an excursion from this company) there were such dances.
Dinner on a boat is the worst you can think of. Boredom. The dinner is bad. The guy with the skirts tried his best))
The tour to Abu Dhabi is good. Ira's guide is not bad. But it's clear that she's pretty fed up with tourists. Everything else on this tour was OK.
Next time, I will never buy an exclusive in this company. Perhaps it's better to pay the tour operator and buy from them.
Decide for yourself. In 2017, we bought from Anex, everything is clear. There are no complaints. The savings went sideways this time.

Disappointed. We took a bus tour of Dubai at Night in November 2024. We waited an extra hour for the guide in the lobby of the hotel, why didn't they warn us about the delay by phone (it is indicated in the voucher when booking? Then we were picked up and brought to the bus last - all the seats in it were already occupied by other tourists, I had to look for places with my friend and take seats at different ends of the bus. Why couldn't we have arranged seats nearby in advance? After all, there were a lot of single tourists on the bus. The guide Lola was very ill and coughed the whole tour! It was extremely uncomfortable listening to her cough into the microphone while she was talking about Dubai. In addition, she infected all the passengers, and there were pregnant women and children! This is a very disrespectful attitude of the company towards its tourists.

For some reason, the phone constantly gave out some new coordinates, colleagues from Turestino tried to help, but in vain, it is difficult to understand from the photo. My recommendations- it would be more convenient for me to navigate, including by photo (where the gate is located, security, departure point, the company that organizes the skating itself. Hero boat, etc. - similarly with a photo instruction on how to get to the office), for this I will take off the star. In general, the prices at Turstino are reasonable. What we bought - BX (we paid while still in the Russian Federation, due to the delay of the plane flight, which became known three days before the departure date, we thought that we would not get to the booked time, the guys helped to reschedule the date and the tickets were not lost), Atlantis water park, La Perla show, morning safari. Everywhere, except for safari, we got there on our own, I can't say anything about the transfer, we were taken on safari in a seven-seater Land Cruiser (there were 5 of us, an individual tour), we drove comfortably through the dunes, additionally purchased buggies already in the desert.
