The hotel is just great, there is something to compare it with in Dubai! The staff is very friendly, any problem is solved once or twice. The location is excellent, within walking distance of everything you need- metro, shops, an exchange office. The rooms are all new, clean, cleaned every day. And this is an amazing huge bed with a million stunningly soft pillows, in which you just fall through and drown)))) Anyway, if you ask me if I would stay there again, then definitely Yes!!!!

A normal hotel.
Purely culturally.

There are volleyball and basketball courts next to the square, and they play all the time in the evenings.
The place is alive, people are walking, if you need to go somewhere, buses, subways, taxis are not a problem.

A very decent hotel. There is a lot of food and it is usually delicious. The staff is always respectful, always smiling and ready to help. The rooms are cleaned daily and efficiently, and everything is clean. A plus for the hotel is the bar with a good selection of dishes, cocktails and drinks, including alcoholic ones. It is nice that the hotel has a small swimming pool and a gym. The hotel is located in a new area 10 minutes from the metro, near a park, sports grounds, shops and cafes. We had a rest from March 17 to March 23, the location of the hotel is very convenient, everything you need is within walking distance. Upon check-in, a tourist tax was paid for the room on the spot. The metro is 5-7 minutes away, we went to the Dubai Mall (5 dirhams per person), to the Museum of the Future (5 drx), to the Marina Mall (3 drx). To travel on the subway, we bought a NOL card for 25 drx, of which 6 drx is charged for the card and 19 drx remains for trips. before leaving home, we had drx left on the card and we bought sweets with them, i.e. we bought a NOL card. The staff at the hotel is polite, always helped if necessary, the main language of communication is English (the translator in the phone helped out). We had only breakfast and dinner, everything was delicious and varied, dinner can be changed to lunch. They take you to the free JBR beach without an appointment on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the schedule, the bus is replenished only for seated places, they will not let you go standing, they immediately drop you off and therefore it is not always possible to go to the beach, but you can take the subway (3 drx) to the DMCC station and then you need to walk a little bit. It is better to take towels in the morning, because once after lunch we were told that they were over and we went without towels. There is a transfer to Soluna Beach, by appointment, it is very beautiful and civil, there are sun beds, a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool, a towel is given on the beach itself. Some people have Soluna Beach included in the package for free, others do not, and those who are not included can travel for 100 drx. also by appointment. Information can be obtained at the reception and if included in the tour, you will be given a voucher for visiting the beach. There is a small 1 swimming pool on the territory of the hotel, but we did not go there, because there are always a lot of people there. We took a taxi to Kate Beach a couple more times, it seemed to us the most beautiful, the water is clear, there are rooms for changing clothes. We were very satisfied with our stay, we liked the hotel, and Dubai impressed us!!!

We stayed with my wife in this hotel on 04/26/25. In general, I liked everything.
Dignities.
Quiet and peaceful area, no traffic jams in the hotel area, proximity to the metro (8 minutes on foot), good rooms and service, delicious breakfasts and dinners.
Disadvantages.
The hotel is located far enough from the main attractions (20 km to Burj Khalifa), but close to the Dubai Marina area (choose what you need). There is a paid transfer and entrance to a private beach, but there is a transfer to a public beach. The hot water in the shower on the 11th floor was drained for a long time, you need to open the hot water tap in advance (most likely this is the norm for high-rise buildings, because there is a warning in the room about this).
Infrastructure.
There are various supermarkets near the hotel with regular prices for Dubai and Moscow. Directly opposite the hotel, near the Carrefour supermarket, is the Al Ansari currency exchange. Upon check-in, you will need to pay a fee of about 15 dirhams per night, so if you do not have time to exchange currency, you can quickly go to the exchanger described above. In general, the UnionPay card from Rosselkhoznadzor works in many places.
Service.
The reception staff mostly speaks English, but there are also staff who speak Russian.
The room has everything you need, electrical appliances are functioning properly. Cleaning is done every day, you just need to press the button before leaving. Drinking water is provided for free, you just need to call the customer service by phone. Wi-fi is working on the TV, you can watch YouTube without any problems. The air conditioner is built-in and can be easily adjusted via a panel on the wall.

The half-board system provides breakfasts and dinners. Breakfast is served buffet style until 11:00, just like in classic hotels. The dishes are delicious and varied, we are unpretentious.
Dinner can be replaced with lunch. The hotel offers the opportunity to have lunch or dinner in 20 different cafes and restaurants in Dubai (including the hotel's own cafe). These are mostly chain cafes, but we actively used them. There was always an empty table with no reservation. Come, show the QR code, choose dishes from a special menu and eat for free.
Beach.
The hotel provides a shuttle service and entrance to the closed Soluna Beach on Palm Jumeirah Island (there is a swimming pool, a bar, sun beds, a beach with views of the villas of the rich and the skyscrapers of Dubai). The cost is 100 dirhams per person, half of which can be spent on food and drinks (sun beds, towels and umbrellas are included in the price). There is a clear timetable for round-trip buses. We went there in the morning at 9:00 and returned at 3:00 p.m. We liked it, it's a great place.
Transport.
The journey to Burj Khalifa takes about 40-50 minutes by metro, including pedestrian crossings. In the subway, it is usually not possible to sit on the seats, there are always people, and there are not many seats in the cars.
There are almost always several available taxi cars at the hotel. Get into any painted Toyota Corolla, the prices will be the same (according to the meter).
The loyalty program.
On birthdays or honeymoons after the wedding, the hotel gives a compliment in the form of a piece of cake. It's a small thing, but it feels good. You need to notify the staff about the wedding yourself, by mail or at the reception.

Comfortable rooms. Mattresses and pillows with high-quality bed linen are very comfortable for sleeping. Daily cleaning, frequent linen change.
The metro is nearby in 7 minutes. Shops, cafes and an exchange are nearby.
The staff is helpful and try to help. Especially Aslan, who has already been written about here before.
Minus one star for a couple of nuances. The carpets in the rooms are very poorly cleaned, they look worn out. It would be better without them, less dust. Sometimes they forget to put towels in a complete set. And upon check-in, there was no requested room with separate beds. Only with one big one, but it was not suitable when traveling with an adult son. They offered to pay an additional $ 100 for accommodation in a triple room. We took a break to make a decision through the agency. The hotel claimed that the operator requested one large bed instead of two separate ones, the agency and the tour operator claimed the opposite.
As a result, as I understood, the hotel itself solved this issue and was placed for a day without additional payment, followed by replacement with our option.
By the way, the onlinetours agency did not behave very well, they did not get in touch for a long time, communicated without a desire to help, they were not even interested in how everything was eventually resolved and did not apologize for the inconvenience. We will no longer take tours through them.

Minuses:
1. Upset the pool. Very small (it feels like it's waist-deep) and small. There are few sun beds - everyone is busy. In short, when I couldn't go to the sea for a week for health reasons, I thought I'd lie down on the pool and swim in it, but it wasn't there, I was upset.
2. I went to the hotel bus twice to get to JBR beach, but I couldn't do it because of the queue of people who wanted to.

A good hotel, the price / quality is optimal.
The condos work, they are comfortable everywhere: in the room, in the restroom and in the lobby.
The breakfasts are very tasty, there is food for every taste.
A small pool on the 2nd floor, but what's great: Free access to a private beach with the sea and the Soluna Club pool, that's where we hung out in the heat)))
Of the cons, the hotel is not new, a little worn furniture, but not critical.

I liked the hotel, especially the free shuttle service and access to Soluna beach club. Convenient location- the metro is a 5-minute walk away, next to the cool Cascade cafe. The room is clean. The staff is helpful. Breakfast is normal, but it's the same every day, it gets boring in a week.
