Comfortable rooms. Mattresses and pillows with high-quality bed linen are very comfortable for sleeping. Daily cleaning, frequent linen change.
The metro is nearby in 7 minutes. Shops, cafes and an exchange are nearby.
The staff is helpful and try to help. Especially Aslan, who has already been written about here before.
Minus one star for a couple of nuances. The carpets in the rooms are very poorly cleaned, they look worn out. It would be better without them, less dust. Sometimes they forget to put towels in a complete set. And upon check-in, there was no requested room with separate beds. Only with one big one, but it was not suitable when traveling with an adult son. They offered to pay an additional $ 100 for accommodation in a triple room. We took a break to make a decision through the agency. The hotel claimed that the operator requested one large bed instead of two separate ones, the agency and the tour operator claimed the opposite.
As a result, as I understood, the hotel itself solved this issue and was placed for a day without additional payment, followed by replacement with our option.
By the way, the onlinetours agency did not behave very well, they did not get in touch for a long time, communicated without a desire to help, they were not even interested in how everything was eventually resolved and did not apologize for the inconvenience. We will no longer take tours through them.

The hotel is very nice. It is located next to the metro. There are cafes and shops around. The rooms are clean. The food is specific, sometimes acute. But an 11-year-old child always found something delicious at both breakfasts and dinners. Polite and friendly staff. The pool is small, but everything is very clean and beautiful. I lived here for 7 days. I liked everything. The metro is not far away, the food is delicious (but many dishes are spicy). Nice staff. There are a couple of people on the staff who know Russian. There is a SPA, a swimming pool where they will give you a free towel. There are 3 restaurants. One is like a regular restaurant. You order, they bring it. The menu is not bad. The second one is the usual one. You put it for yourself, eat it. And the third one, but it's paid. I haven't been there, I can't say anything. There are shops and pharmacies nearby. We had a family vacation at this hotel in early October. The service was at the highest level, there was a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast is a buffet, but without frills. Omelette, eggs, sausages, salads, pastries, juices, good coffee. Shuttles to Dubai Mall, JBR, as well as to the private beach Soluna beach&club were provided from the hotel(there were sun loungers with umbrellas on the beach, towels were given out, you can not carry water and food, you buy an aluminum bottle for 40 dirhams, you dial from a vending machine and drink cocktails and beer from 45 dirhams ;) Also within walking distance from the hotel are: a grocery store 24/7; a pharmacy; coffee shops and several inexpensive but delicious Hindu cafes. Also, the Internet Dubai City metro station is literally 5 minutes away at a leisurely pace, from which the main attractions of the city are at hand. We were satisfied with the rest, as well as with the hotel itself. :)

One of the best hotels in Dubai that I have been able to visit. It is very strange that 4 stars, not 5. The food is very good and delicious. I can say that this hotel deserves not only a 5.0 rating, but also a higher one.
We were checked in on arrival before the scheduled time. The reception explained in detail which rooms are available, and even showed them. For an additional fee, we chose a non-smoking room with a balcony. I do not advise you to choose a smoking room: if it is impossible to open the windows in the room, the smell, which is in very high concentration both in the corridor and in the room, is too much) even for smokers.
In the room: large bed, armchair, local lighting sources, plasma, 2 closets, ironing board, iron, head/body wash, hair conditioner, soap, cream, napkins, towels, refrigerator, kettle, table, bedside tables.
Not all outlets pull electrical appliances taken from home, but you can definitely find one powerful one per room. I didn't have to buy additional adapters: there are usb, type c and conventional plug inputs.
They are cleaned perfectly every day. But we ourselves set the frequency of cleaning every 3-4 days.
The pool is located on the second floor. Free places are always in short supply, but if you don't sleep until the last, you can always accommodate.
The food is very decent, quite varied. They always left satisfied and well-fed. Dinners can be exchanged for lunches. You can also have dinner either in the restaurant or at the buffet (at your choice).
Shuttles run to the outlet, Emirates Mall, JBR city beach, Soluna Beach Club. You can always choose the optimal and convenient time (several options during the day).
Upon departure to the city's free beach, a towel is provided at the hotel.
You need to sign up for the beach club in advance. Admission is free, but you can only stay on the beach. We paid extra for more comfortable accommodation closer to the pools and on a double deck chair.

The location of the hotel is optimal - not far from the center. We had to spend a little on taxis, plus we saved a lot by using shuttles.

The location of the hotel is good, rather minimalistic infrastructure. You can go out in the evening and walk around the surroundings, there are many shops and minimarkets around the hotel, an exchange office, a football field, a subway, a mosque. The food is delicious. Rooms with all amenities. There is a special Qibla sign and a holy Quran in the room. A large TV with 360° rotation function, channels mainly from the Emirates, found one boring Russian channel. We had a room for 3 people, quite spacious, refrigerator, tea sets, comfortable beds, blackout curtains from the heat, air conditioners with clear settings, large closets, safe, ironing board with iron, spacious bathtub, bathrobes, slippers, towels of 3 types for each, toiletries for each. Large balcony. Fast and spacious elevators, there are as many as 8 of them. The service is standard, but they try very hard to please the guests, always wanting to help. What was our surprise when on the first day of arrival we saw at the reception a Kazakh girl from Karaganda and a guy from Uzbekistan, very responsive, the girl put us in a room where there is a balcony overlooking the mosque, the staff is multinational, waiters from the Philippines, the doorman seems to be from Africa, Indians, Malaysians, mom taught one Filipina to say Rahmet 😅 They clean the room every day, all personal accessories are updated, there are questions they will prompt, help, react quickly, bring water immediately if you call when they run out. Cleanliness does not pull to a high level, but it is there. The breakfasts are full, buffet, a large selection and everything is delicious, I fell in love with local yogurt and camel hot milk. The beach is not far from the hotel, 15-20 minutes from the hotel, a free round-trip transfer will be provided at a certain time, as well as umbrellas and towels. The beach is gorgeous, white and sandy, the water is salty and clean. There are showers, toilets and rooms where you can change clothes. A great option for a family holiday, we were satisfied.

We took a room with a balcony, the view is great! The rooms are nice and cozy. The only drawback was that there were no towels and shower accessories when checking in. They asked for it, they brought it all.
The hotel has excellent restaurants! The breakfast food is delicious! I recommend.
