The most terrible institution of the entire network (we were in 4 different establishments of this network in the city of Minsk).
It all started with the fact that the waiter went behind the bar for some reason, and began to cook lemonade with unwashed hands (despite the fact that there is a separate bartender in the bar area).
The order of 2 portions of pancakes was waited for more than 30 minutes (with a half-empty establishment).
They brought just terrible pancakes floating in oil (in none of the previous visits to the establishments of the Vassilka chain, such terrible quality dishes were not prepared for us)
I attach a photo of the number of napkins that it took to make the pancakes at least a little edible.
Also, to compare photos of pancakes with chanterelles from another institution of the network, which are generally heaven and earth from what was cooked here.

The overall impression is spoiled by the attitude of the staff towards the visitors.
The first time they came and no one paid attention, the administrator did not meet new visitors. We found out that there are no seats for a passing waiter.
The second time we sat down at an empty table, but not yet cleaned for other visitors.
The dishes looked delicious, but everything had to be finished. And the ordered Long Island had to be abandoned altogether due to the fact that it had 80% ice instead of the declared ingredients. The receptionist agreed that the cocktails made in their establishment are very diluted. She promised not to include the cocktail in the bill, but she did not keep her promise, it was stated in the receipt.

Compared to Cornflowers on the ave. At the expense of 32, the kitchen "distinguished itself" in a negative way. The waiters "proved" themselves too - they realized the impossibility of serving dumplings with cherries only when everything else they ordered was eaten and the question "where are the dumplings?" was asked.

The place is atmospheric. The national cuisine is presented in a variety of ways. They were served quickly. Polite staff. We ordered dumplings with cottage cheese, pancakes with mushrooms and pancakes with salmon, grandmother's soup and borscht with rib, leafy dumplings with apple and cinnamon. I liked everything very much. The restaurant has a network throughout the city.
The prices are metropolitan. A lunch of 2 soups, 1 portion of pancakes with mushrooms, 1 portion of leaves and 2 birch juices cost 52 Belarusian rubles.

We went to Cornflowers, as we came to Minsk as tourists, we wanted to try the national cuisine, including the shingles.
We took shingles, pickle and lemonade. The taste is average. Something is better than in other places, something is falling short. The average is 3.5. The price is average in the city.
The music is too loud in the main hall, it's easier on the veranda.
Service for 4 people.
I recommend.

One of the best places with Belarusian cuisine, where you can come with friends and have a cheap chat. It is also one of the best places for visitors to have a delicious and inexpensive meal. Cranberry infusion (shots) - TOP!!! The dishes on the menu are delicious, but to be honest, they are already a little tired. The pans are practically the same, in different variations. The menu has probably never been updated. The waiting time for the dishes is quite comfortable, drinks and snacks are brought quickly. The staff is polite and pleasant. The interior, in all establishments, is authentic, not to be confused with anyone.
One of my favorite places is UFOs. However, there is trouble with free tables in the evening, which in principle speaks about the quality of the institution!!!

We often come here as a family. Everything was always fine, but on Sunday 07/23/2023 we went to celebrate our son's birthday. We sat down at a table and then something started (I don't know how to express it any other way). At first, different waiters came up to us every time (I understood the interns). First, they brought one portion from the children's menu (i.e., while one child was eating, the other was just watching), forks and knives were not brought (we had to eat with our hands), the portions were smaller than usual... We decided not to stay long and asked for a settlement. There were few visitors, but we did not wait for the calculation (I probably could have got up and left, but my conscience would not allow this). She came up to me and asked the first waiter she saw to calculate me. What's the point: the child's doctor is spoiled, the mood is at zero after the visit. I won't come to you anymore.

I'm speaking from the point of view of the Yandex courier: the staff is just terrible. Every time you come for an order, it doesn't seem to matter to everyone, you go, you look for someone to tell you about the order, they don't greet you willingly, you can't pull out a phrase, they mumble a couple of words on the question "is the order coming soon" and just dump to chat among themselves.
And how much time has passed, and the staff's attitude has not changed at all.

Today we visited the Cornflowers restaurant once again. Respect. I like the cuisine of different countries, but our national cuisine is just on top. The waiting time is minimal. A pleasant atmosphere, cool inside, quietly playing music in the national flavor, on the summer terrace you can also find a cozy place. The staff is polite. Vladislava's waiter turned out to be very nice and friendly. We chose machanka and potato babka as our favorite. The meat is perfectly cooked. I really liked the cherry uzvar and cheesecakes.

Original drinks, hearty lunches and dinners, a cozy homely atmosphere and uniquely responsive staff. In the turmoil, however, the waiters can fly by, but I will make a discount on the incredible flow of guests, because if you come in a less busy period, then excellent service and smiles of the waiters are guaranteed to you! I recommend trying draniki, kvass and author's lemonades! I will definitely visit this place more than once!
