I was there on Friday evening. There are a lot of openly drunk and uncultured people with loud conversations. The interior of the establishment was clearly tired, the hall was stuffy and smelled bad, I did not like it.

I would like to draw the attention of management to the work of the service. Significant mistakes were made on the part of the officer
1. The girl is unfriendly (the next table was served by a young man and the difference in approaches was obvious). We were friendly, sober, and thanked for every dish we brought. Also, I did not warn that the position of "assorted dumplings + dumplings" is served for more than 20 minutes
2. The waitress did not ask about our impressions about the kitchen - probably you are not interested in the guest's opinion and you work on the stream. A simple question "Did you like everything" would cancel this review.
3. When calculating, we were not given change. Even for such a service, we would have left it as tea, but the decision was made for us.
You have delicious, homemade cuisine. It was a shock to me when the broth served with dumplings turned out to taste like a mixture of rolton seasoning and a Galina blanca cube. So disgusting that it completely killed your excellent dumplings + dumplings. I really hope that the information will be passed on to the chef and taken into account in the future.

I came to have lunch here. I ordered mushroom soup, salad with herring, pancakes. The portions are scanty. Two thin slices of herring, on top of the salad. The potatoes in the pancakes are starchy, the taste is not potatoes, in a whipped fried puree. The soup is even more or less. The official brought the bill, but he was in no hurry to come and take the money. Without waiting for the change, I left the institution. When I visited this place before, I don't think there were any such joints.

At the beginning of December, we celebrated the anniversary of a friend in this institution, the first thing that attracted us was the hospitable meeting of the administrator Natalia, the girl met, spent the whole evening asking all the guests if we were comfortable, it is clear that work brings pleasure, actually what kind of administrator, the same service staff, all active, hardworking and sensitive. The table was set by pre-order with Natalia, by our arrival everything was already fully set, then everything was brought promptly, the food was delicious, the portions were excellent. I definitely recommend Branded liqueurs to everyone, as in other things and this institution, in this shift, considering what I saw. 10/10 rating.
