2. The pancakes had a strong bitter aftertaste in both 2 servings. Do not follow the butter according to the recipe of the Belarusian cuisine?
3. Dumplings with cottage cheese, over-sweetened, the dough is like for dumplings, there is very little cottage cheese and it is all spread out on a plate in oil. As a result, eat sweet dough from dumplings with butter.
2 stars for a pleasant interior and a nice summer veranda.
I was here a couple of years ago and was very upset that it's not the same anymore.

I've always liked these restaurant chains, but this is the first time I've been to this particular place. And the last one. The table was booked in advance to celebrate a birthday. On 08/01/2023, at about 18:15, they took an order from us... We asked them to bring the drinks first while the hot stuff is cooking. And I also asked for a glass of water.
When the waiter began to put the drinks on the table, he knocked over the tray, pouring hot sea buckthorn tea over me. Apparently, he is not accustomed to apologizing. He hurried to just run away, having previously tried to leave us one unflowed drink. But we refused, as glasses from broken glasses were flying all around.
No one tried to help us, only another waiter, passing by, rudely ordered us to move to an empty table, which no one cleaned and was in no hurry to clean. Later, they decided to bring hot food to us at that dirty table. When asked to remove dirt and crumbs from the table, the waiter brought a rag and began to wipe this dirt, wiping between the dishes already standing on the table at random. No one thought of apologizing like that. Hitting a glass of cheese sticks, he broke one of them and carefully wiped with a rag around the piece lying on the table. The fragment was silently removed only after we said that we would not eat it. However, I didn't want to eat here at all. They asked to invite the receptionist, instead they brought us drinks... but not the ones that were ordered. The waiter remained silent. We still achieved the arrival of the administrator. There was no desire to have dinner here anymore. The receptionist tried to apologize and offered to treat us on the house. They didn't help themselves. They're gone. That first table, where the waiter knocked over and broke glasses and a decanter of drinks, remained untidy. A glass of water (after repeated requests) was not brought to me in forty minutes.
They went to another restaurant of the same chain. Everything was on top there, and the water was given quickly, without repeated requests.
I will remember this birthday. And I will not come to this institution anymore.
Unfortunately, I didn't take photos of dirty tables. It wasn't up to that.

We came here for the sake of the draniki, the draniki turned out to be spoiled by some terrible oil, and even the kitchen of the establishment recognized this. The place is not bad, but the prices are too high, considering that all this can be easily prepared at home. When we came for the first time, the kvass was very tasty, but I don't understand what happened the second time... They brought us the most bitter kvass with some particles at the bottom, we didn't finish it in the end, it was as if it had been poured from the very bottom of the barrel.
Also, when we went the second time, we wanted to pay in cash quickly, as we were in a hurry, but the waiters did not have any change, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes until we were paid off.
The impressions are not the most pleasant, I will give two stars only for the fact that the place itself is very beautiful and atmospheric, and the food tasted good.

A place where you can eat delicious Belarusian cuisine. One of the few catering networks that maintains a good level of service, cuisine and aesthetics of the concept of the institution in each of its establishments. The only drawback is a very long return of dishes and not the highest efficiency of the waiters. So if you choose this place, immediately take into account that it is not about eating quickly in 20-30 minutes.
