Convenient service, I bought a ticket from Bobruisk to Moscow through the website, quickly, clearly, everything is explained in case of cancellation, about the place, in general, all the details. Disgusting company, disgusting attitude. The bus broke down at night, everyone was standing in the cold. We stopped 2 times at a gas station with non-working toilets. The attitude of the drivers couldn't be worse. There were no booked tickets when the reservation was confirmed by phone several times before. During the trip, no one explained or announced anything. It's ugly! Visit tour bottom.

We bought a ticket, sat at the train station all night, waited for the trip. there were no flights before, and as a result, the bus changed the place of departure, I did not receive an SMS. 6 people got in this way with me. The company does not answer calls, the phones are silent (If you want to ruin everything, buy a ticket from them.

A good bus company, there were no problems with tickets, we went to Moscow and Kiev. The drivers are good, they quickly find justice with inadequate passengers. A couple of times there were cases when drunk passengers interfered with others. One harsh but correct warning from the driver about the landing of an inadequate passenger and everything subsided. The buses are good and clean. Drivers have always helped passengers in case of difficulties. I also want to mention that a person who constantly travels by bus said "this is the best company, even ecoline is much worse."

Good company. For almost 6 years I have been driving their buses on the way Moscow-Bobruisk. There have never been delays. In September 2023, the trip was on new double-decker buses, among the disadvantages: small shelves for hand luggage and lack of charging (depends on the bus). Convenient website, good support. Overall, I'm happy. I recommend.

The trip took place on 08/14.23, Minsk-Moscow, bus 8008. At 19:10 the bus was supposed to arrive, but it was late, and all passengers had to wait. The bus arrived at the wrong platform, there was confusion and a long loading, they left 40 minutes late. The cabin is ancient and cramped like charter flights and, by the way, you don't have to write that you have Wi-Fi on board if you don't have it. Before the border, the driver did not coordinate the route change with the control room, as a result, they stood in a meaningless traffic jam on Krasnaya Gorka for two hours. At sanitary stops, the driver hurried passengers who, with dazed eyes, were trying to get into the queue for the toilet at the gas station, in parallel to stuff some food into themselves and smoke. When the bus started in traffic and after the first stop, it was violently shaking and jerking, which indicates the problem of untimely maintenance. If I were the regulator of the international bus transportation market, I would pay close attention to this office.

The office was once wonderful, however, as practice shows, the quality has deteriorated over the years. The saddest thing is that this carrier does not undertake obligations to deliver passengers on schedule. You will usually be late to your destination, although there have been cases of arriving early. All this entails additional costs for handing over tickets and buying new ones (if you are traveling with a transfer). The tickets state that the carrier has the right not to provide any of the listed services (Wi-Fi, toilet, etc.) and also indicate that the bus may not arrive on time, but it is unclear how long it may take! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND using this carrier if you have a transfer!!!!

I bought an electronic ticket for my husband from Moscow to Mogilev. The last flight, time 22;30. The husband did not figure out that the bus was Moscow-Bobruisk, Moscow-Mogilev was waiting. The bus is gone. All the passenger's details are on the ticket, so why didn't they call the specified phone number if the passenger didn't show up? The bus station was closed, the man spent the night on the street.

Disgusting attitude towards passengers. I was traveling from Moscow to Minsk. On the way to the station, force majeure happened, realizing that they were 5 minutes late, I called both the support service and the station to wait at least a little, eventually they left and did not wait a minute. They also refused to return at least part of the cost. Of course, it's good for them)) It's better to go by some kind of Eurotrans than with such an attitude towards passengers. Although it probably depends on the mood of the drivers - there were cases that they waited for 10 minutes

I want to share information on the quality of passenger service by the Visit-Tour company. I bought a ticket from them on October 11, 2023 on the vt website.by for a flight on November 19, 2023 on the route Poznan – Minsk. Departure time from Poznan is at 13:00 local time. On the day of the trip on 19.11.23 at 10:00, an SMS came to the phone with the bus number and a wish for a good trip, which was pleasantly surprised. Arriving at the bus station of Poznan at 12-20, this flight was not indicated on the scoreboard. After waiting until 12-45, they began to find out at the bus station information about the departure of the bus and it turned out that there was no such flight and there would not be!!!!!! Calling the carrier's operator, he said that the flight was canceled and simply apologized for the inconvenience, offering to refund the money. This is the level of an international road carrier!!!!!! Dear Visit-Tour! How can passengers be treated like this??? Do not notify about flight cancellations? Don't send any information to the phone??? Complete irresponsibility and disregard for passengers .... I do not recommend anyone to deal with this company.

Clean buses, qualified drivers. But this does not apply to the flights that they gave to their Russian colleagues. Buses with Russian numbers on the flights of this company are not equipped with video surveillance. And freight forwarders do what they want. They can get you off the flight just because they thought you smelled like alcohol.

The carrier of the SODO "Visit-Tour". On October 18, due to the delay of the plane, there was a chance of missing the bus on the route Katowice-Minsk, we contacted the support service of the Visit Tour and asked to wait a little for 2 people, we were told that the driver would not wait more than THREE minutes. We were counting on these THREE minutes! The POLISH taxi driver brought us to the bus station on time with incredible efforts, we thank him. But the Belarusian driver of the Visit Tour did not even expect passengers for 30 SECONDS, on the route for 120 € for 2 tickets. I had to run after the bus. Very INATTENTIVE attitude to customers, only negative impressions remained.

We bought tickets for the flight Brest -Warsaw on 01/24/2024. The bus was 55 minutes late. We wanted to hand over tickets to buy for another flight, but the ticket office refused. They called the call center and didn't answer the phone.Upon arrival of the bus, since the seats on the tickets do not indicate, we asked the drivers which seats are available, they replied look for yourself, it turned out to be problematic because there was no light in the cabin and it was packed with passengers who were sleeping. Somehow they found , as it were , empty seats in the very last row , there was a very fat man sitting on three seats at once , who refused to move over and sit on one seat . I had to squeeze into the halves of the seats on both sides, where more passengers were sitting on the sides. God forbid, such a long-distance train to travel in such conditions! Definitely, we will not travel with this carrier anymore and we do not recommend it to other passengers!

Terrible carrier. People, if you think that all the troubles now are from queues at the border, from the poor work of the customs services, then this is not so. At least there you know that long queues can wait for you. But when the carrier lets you down, that's terrible. Because the Visit tour sent a bus on 15.08.2023 to the route with unformulated insurance documents (or incorrectly issued, assuming maybe it will take a ride, but no, it didn't). Then the passengers lent the driver money for insurance so that the bus would not be turned back. Of the two drivers, one is new, went on a flight for the first time, the other is neither fish nor meat, did not even deign to apologize to the passengers. People were furious. The result of all this is as follows: +3+ hours at the border, lost time and my sister with a small child missed the bus from Warsaw. Then her relatives bought tickets for 160 euros, and this, as you understand, is additional expenses + it is still hard mentally.

It 's like they're pissing on you and it 's not a joke .Drive until five in the morning, it's 00:48.I'm afraid to imagine what happens in rainy weather. I will write this on all business trips, because it doesn't fit in any gate! We booked tickets a month in advance, (Bobruisk-St. Petersburg) Firstly, we ordered 3 seats next to 13,14,15, but the "girls" got something mixed up there (although they ordered an electronic ticket) as one of the drivers told us and we have seats 6, 13 and 14, we did not sit in our seats because they were free, no one warned about this in advance. So also the driver is rude, we arrived in Orsha and the driver says, I quote, "So, Mogilev residents, I can offer 11, 12 and 6, nearby" I asked him why we couldn't stay in these places, and his answer struck me as "people will be sitting there," but aren't we people? Dear bosses, such "drivers" cannot work with people!!! We left at 20:00, from the Mogilev bus station. Be kind, do not let such drivers get to work with people!!! Also, the driver drives unsafe, 90 km / h is required, and he drives 100 km / h. Also, the driver who was driving ate bread and washed it down with kvass. Excuse me, he was talking to his partner, while looking at him, even though he was driving. This is already crossing any boundaries, it's too much, okay about the seats, but eating and drinking WHILE DRIVING is too much.

There are a lot of options for what you can ride. So choose any of them except for this carrier. Vizit-tour is not just a bad carrier, it is the height of unprofessionalism, disgusting service and terrible conditions. The only thing that's OK there is the price, but personally I've had enough, it's better to pay a little more than to feed the incompetents.

I was traveling from St. Petersburg to Bobruisk, the bus was terrible, packed, no norms! The service is terrible, there are not even garbage bags, not to mention tea and coffee and a toilet. The stops are endless, there is no rest. The seats are terrible, everything is dirty. The heating in the cabin is like in a bathhouse, when asked to turn off, it blows incredibly from the windows! For that kind of money, it's just a nightmare! Fortunately, there is something to compare it with!!! For much less money, you can drive with all the amenities. I will never contact you again!

I would like to note that until 12/22/2024, I had been using the services of the Visit Tour company for the past six years, and I was satisfied that this carrier stopped at the territory of the Krupsky district without any problems, namely in the vicinity of D. There is a plisa on the m 1 highway, in a lighted parking lot for disembarking passengers, or for boarding, but on 12/27/2024 at 22.01 I left the Novyasenskaya bus station with this carrier, the driver immediately told me that he would not stop at the territory of the Krupsky district, although I tried to explain to him that there had been no problems before about stopping with The drivers did not have a lighted parking area there, and this stop will only take one minute. In this connection, I had to get off at Orsha and continue my journey by electric train to Krupki. Although after we left St. Novoyasenskaya, the bus stopped at the territory of the Moscow region and passengers boarded, although there is no scheduled stop there. After this incident, I will plan my further trips, if possible, not with the Visit Tour company. Even when traveling on a new bus, they manage to minimize the comfort of movement by raising the air temperature until the entire bus sweats, and then the machine cools down a little, and then a sweaty bath again. The loyalty of the Tour Visit to customers is two. The desire to be better for people is one. There is only one nanoplusic, the ticket price.
