It is nice place for dining, especially I do like terrace. I visited place twice already and it was great ambience both times. That time on Sunday I decided to try new dessert - David’s head and it was really good looking and taste was not sweet as it is sour berries are added - what was exactly I was looking for. Andrey administrator was aware about menu very good and presented positions in very artistic and nice way, I had some issue/comment and I asked to share it with chef and Andrey did a great job to handle it. Thank you for it. I would love to see that all waitresses will apply the same his manner of communication and attentiveness. Hopefully to see all of you next time again.

I attended a Mushroom dinner at the Zalkind Kitchen restaurant. It was an amazing evening, both in the atmosphere and in the dishes that were presented by chef Stepan Ostroukh. The dishes are light, refined, and refined. The impressive serving, especially in roast beef with mushroom consomme, where the supporting plate was decorated with cereals and flowers, made the dish unique and memorable. Dessert — Belgian chocolate ganache with porcini mushroom flavor and black glazed chanterelles — made an unexpected impression in which the sweetness envelops, leaving a subtle mushroom note. Guys… It was something with something!!! The hall is not very big. The decoration immediately creates a homely warmth and comfort. I'll give you 10/10 for the atmosphere. I started with roast beef and mushroom consomme. Perfectly cooked meat is elegantly complemented with a rich broth with mushrooms. Everything got married right away. The perfect start. I took tagliata in Tuscan for the second. The most delicate fillet, silky puree and excellent sauce. Perfect!! There is nothing to add. I wanted to take dessert too, but there wasn't enough room. Now Bulbashi and ZALKIND KITCHEN share the first place in my personal rating of Minsk restaurants. Thanks a lot to the restaurant team. I will definitely return to this restaurant and recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful restaurant in the city center. The interior of the restaurant is pleasant, and the staff is polite and attentive. We were with a friend at a mushroom dinner (the husbands did not dare and very much in vain), the evening was wonderful. The rabbit is dry, fresh, and the side dish in the form of millet is not suitable at all. There was not enough flavor and the sauce did not fit this dish. The grilled tongue was cold but delicious. The draniki are not fried enough and are too oily. The fish is very finely sliced to them. We stopped twice. The first time I liked everything, the room, the breakfast, and the attitude of the staff. We went the second time precisely because we didn't even consider another hotel, we liked everything so much on our first visit. The second time didn't work out at all. The room was offered differently, we ordered with two separate beds, we were given one and a half. Because check-in was very late, we arrived after 23:00, we really didn't want to figure it out, but we had to do it, because the two of us couldn't fit on the same bed. By the way, we never got two separate beds, we were given a room with one, but a bigger one. I didn't like this attitude. The breakfast this time was simply no good! There is a lot of sauce in all the dishes, the eggs are filled with this hollandaise sauce so that the taste of everything else is simply not felt. The coffee is medium. I give you 4 stars, just because everything was great the first time. But we won't go a third time.

We came to Minsk for a walk during the May holidays, we didn't take care of the restaurant's armor in advance and no longer had any hopes of eating comfortably, but we were lucky, there were places in this small restaurant with a time limit, but they were there! The room is small, it resembles an apartment in an old foundation, there is a bar at the entrance and a very colorful bartender, a sweet and caring waitress greets and escorts guests. An excellent manager, but at the same time weak waiters who should be able to recommend, know the dishes and always bring delicious granola with a spoon... In a restaurant of this level. A generous portion of the freshest sour cream is served to the cheesecakes, while the jam / jam is smeared with a thin pattern on the plate and a dried film "reaches" the guest, into which nothing can get wet. We only attended breakfast during our stay at the hotel. The hall is very small and decorated in a classic style. The tables are mostly 2-seater, the concept does not imply noisy gatherings. There is a terrace outside. They cook well, but there are questions about the service, they won't bring water, then there are 2 pieces of bread in a bread basket for three people. There is no alternative to bringing drinks before serving and, in principle, they are not interested in whether it is necessary to do this (but this is a common problem in the city). There is a lot to develop in the service sector, but at the same time, great progress has been made over the past 15 years.

A funny waiter with hair as long as not every lady has, hastened to inform that there is no refrigerator due to a shortage of ingredients. Okay, bring the mushroom soup. My wife was served draniki with salmon. But the salmon turned out to be some kind of decaying gravlax soaked in beetroot. There is a white buttery mousse on the shingle. Mushroom soup. The visual component is amazing, fried champignons and chanterelles, drops of green oil, and all the same mousse that is on the dranik. The taste is weak, I tried to skip the mousse, it's something superfluous in the soup, it would be better to put sour cream. Square, the meat itself is for three, not restaurant. The accompanying potatoes from the syringe and the mousse from the peas, it feels like it's from a previous customer's dish. The prices are Moscow, the quality is terrible. You can't make fun of products like that. Not to mention the customers. I don't like to write such reviews, but you deserve it. And they deserve even more, but there is no desire to waste time.

I have huge questions about hot drinks - coffee tastes bad, it's not clear if it's the grain or the car, but coffee, for example, in Americano, is several times better. The temperature of the tea was about 60 degrees, it didn't even have any options to brew. At the same time, there are no options for drinks included in the breakfast price for 44 rubles. In general, the food is delicious, hot drinks are tasteless, fresh food is expensive, we will not go again.

I was surprised by the restaurant's rating, and my expectations didn't match reality at all. We came with a bet on draniki and a children's menu. As a result, the soup from the children's menu is just water with dry cubes of white meat. The draniki are overcooked, while wet inside. This dish was saved by the tongue in a creamy sauce. The price/quality doesn't exactly match.
