We rested from 11.08 to 18.08 An excellent hotel. Cozy territory. Convenient location. Good cuisine, anyone can find a dish for themselves. Meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, desserts. Beer and wine)) A large swimming pool. Friendly staff. The rooms are clean. Cleaning every day. Animators, well done, entertain vacationers and children every day from morning to night. We were with a friend at the hotel from 26.09-7.10.23g. Very satisfied. I'll write a little about everything)
The territory is large and beautiful, the staff is friendly and speaks Russian, the food is varied and delicious, there is entertainment from animators, its own beach with sun loungers.
For 10 days of our stay there were Turkish days, frothy entertainment, beer - generally fire) They came up with a great idea and spent!!!
Light cleaning in the room every day. There is no kettle and cups. You can bring it with you, and there are always tea bags in the restaurant. There is a small refrigerator. 1.5l water was added on request (water was always freely available in small cups at the hotel)
A small embankment along the sea along the line of the location of the hotels.
There were a lot of couples from vacationers and in October moms came with children .A lot of people come more than once.
* the Internet catches poorly and it is only in the lobby. You can connect it for a fee.
* they gave a purse for a phone and a card at the reception. Very pleasant.

A nice hotel , a green area , a gorgeous warm sea with small pebbles , with a small promenade along the coast and hotels that are located near the Xena Resort , as well as a shopping street with shops and restaurants !
I want to say about the food - it 's great !
Chicken , turkey, beef and fish, then whole Dorado or river trout, then boneless fillets, potatoes in any form, salads, greens, cucumbers and tomatoes, pasta, rice, as well as a lot of vegetable honeycomb, and even with minced lamb, sweets and fruits, it was both to drink and just drink !
Of course there is something to compare with the hotel in which I loved to relax , but my friend and I did not regret the chosen hotel - we went for the sea , the sun , and a relaxing holiday !
We got it !!!!

The hotel saves on air conditioning in the lobby, they turn on only at 10 a.m. In the rooms, Wi-Fi is paid for everyone! phone number. The lobby bar closes at 24 hours, no tea or beer later. And this is important for those who arrive or leave at night! If you are going on an excursion or an early departure, you will be given a dry ration in the form of a tiny package of juice, one apple and a huge loaf of plain bread) cheaper only for free))) The menu has a minimum of meat dishes, chicken, occasionally every other day in the evening something from beef. Fruits are the cheapest. Alcohol is only local, sour wine. Decent local beer. The animators are not bad, aerobics and water polo, volleyball. Evening shows from the category of amateur performances. The staff is quite friendly. Never, for anything, buy excursions at the hotel from Intourist and Anex. This is a separate divorce. The prices are inadequate, plus spend 2 hours of valuable rest time in companion stores, where you will be dragged every time and in which prices are inflated 5-10 times. And lunches on these excursions in some kind of toshnilovka will give cucumbers with pasta, and water and tea for an additional fee of up to 7 euros per cup / bottle. We stayed at the hotel in June 2023. We liked it. The animation is on top. Volleyball, bocce, rifle shooting, gymnastics, every evening a show for children and adults. The food is varied. Lots of meat, beef, tongue, turkey
and grilled chicken., shawarma. Of the fish dishes, I liked tuna baked in bread, dorada, salad with mussels and shrimp. Lots of sweets.
The room is spacious and clean. But the air conditioner works like a fan, and you can't open the balcony at night, because at 4-20 in the morning a rooster was crowing non-stop at a nearby hotel.The refrigerator was defrosted by itself and it began to freeze harder. The lighting in the room is dim, only the lights above the bed. The room is cleaned daily.
The hotel has a photographer Antonio, a professional in his field. We recommend it!
We went on excursions from Lena and Muharem. There is an agency near the hotel. You can rent a three-wheeled chaise .
There are many shops and pharmacies in the village. You can take a bus to the market or to Kemer for shopping.

A great cozy hotel for a family holiday.
Compact well-groomed green and flourishing territory with the necessary infrastructure.
A clean sandy and pebble beach with a pier, comfortable sun beds with soft mattresses with headrests.
Delicious and varied food, good local wine. The restaurant has a children's area.
Unobtrusive animation with evening shows and live music.
The hotel has a disco club.
We had a vacation with children aged 2, 8 and 13. I really liked that there were classes for a child of any age.
The little daughter played on the playground and had fun at a mini disco, the middle one rode water slides, played basketball and table tennis with the guys, the older one turned somersaults from the pier, played beach volleyball and hung out with peers in the lobby.

We had a rest in October 2023. The food is excellent: any meat, fish, vegetables and fruits are all in abundance. The friendly staff will help if something is wrong. The sea is magical, clean, warm, small pebbles. A separate topic of the tour - we visited Pomukale- the divorce is complete, they took us from the hotel at 4-00, brought us at 19-30. An ancient theater, ruins and a little water in the white calcium mountains, where everyone stomps barefoot (and everyone's feet are not clean). For some reason, they are taken to a textile store, where everything is low-grade and expensive, and also a wine cellar, where they sell wine that is not the best at least from 17ue. They deliver a snack 3 times - just nausea. If in general, then we do not recommend a tour, the day is gone, and even it costs 75ue. And the hotel is good!!!

We were at the hotel from 08.88. 2024- 8 days. We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock, waited for check-in until 14:00. Then even more interesting, the room was booked with a sea view. They settled on the road. Since this is not my first time in Turkey, I did not even check in, went to the reception and said that we should have a sea view. We were told well, you can see the sea there. I said I know what a sea view means. Then we were told that there is no room with a sea view now, it will be only tomorrow morning at nine. I said that I would wait until tomorrow at the reception and would write to the tour operator. Then there were two rooms to choose from at once. Even more interesting, we had a room with two beds booked, and we were provided with one large bed. Then we found it with two, overlooking the sea and the pool. The cleaning in the rooms is disgusting, the linen has not been changed in 8 days. We took the towels ourselves. However, the shampoo was constantly replenished. He asked why you were not doing the cleaning, to which the Russian-speaking cleaner replied that she was preparing the rooms for check-in and she had no time. The room was on the 3rd floor of the WiFi for a fee of $ 15 or 15 euros per week. The food is not bad, the chefs are doing their best. The territory is well maintained, the gardeners are well done. The beach is clean, the sea is also clean. The animators are trying, well done. On the last day, I left my shoes in a bag in the lobby right in front of the reception, I came an hour later, but she wasn't there. He asked me to look at the cameras, who took it? What they said is there is no specialist now to look at. A great hotel for families with children! 1st line, close to the sea. The hotel is not very big, but everything is there and very convenient.
It can be boring for young people without children. The hotel club is always empty, but every day they take you to Kemer for a disco.
Russian Russians make up 95% of the campers, animation is in Russian, all the staff speaks Russian, which is very convenient when you are relaxing with a child.
A good animation team - and not intrusive, and there is always something to do. I would especially like to highlight Nina with her belly dancing and zumba and Abdullah for his sincere love and attention to children! A great kids club and Katya and Arina coming up with new activities for children. My daughter and I (3 years old) and upon returning home, we periodically sing mini-disco songs))
Separately from the hotel, we went horseback riding on the ranch.
There is a playground next to the mini club. There are 3 more playgrounds on the beach 50 meters away, but not from the hotel.
It was during my vacation at this hotel that I realized and appreciated how much children are loved in Turkey (and outside the hotel and shops).
All the staff is very friendly! We were given a room with access to the garden without any additional encouragement on our part!
And a restaurant is something! Everything is very tasty, quite diverse, good local wine! Free ice cream, good alcohol.
A separate delight to the woman who bakes pancakes on the way to the beach! When we tried them for the 1st time, we ran 3 times for an addition, it was very tasty!
The standard room with access to the garden is spacious and cozy. The furniture is good, you can't exactly call it old. Lemons, murshmulla, oranges grow in the garden... there are turtles on the territory.
One of the disadvantages is cleaning (they came to us at 15 o'clock when the child was sleeping. Naturally, I asked not to be disturbed. And after 16h they didn't come back. The quality of cleaning is average) and the waiters, who do not allow you to turn away from the plate, immediately take away the dishes, even with food and crossed appliances, which, according to etiquette, means that you do not need to take the plate away. I understand that this is a question for the management, so I ask you not to chase the waiters like that and give the guests a quiet meal.
Windows have to be closed at night, or opened after 00-01 hours, when the fun subsides. But this is not a disadvantage of this hotel - the noise comes from the neighboring one.
Although I was looking for a hotel with a hammam, I did not go there. It is cheaper to go to the SPA from a tour operator with a basic set of procedures than to do the same at the hotel.
You can write about the hotel for a very long time. When choosing, I was guided by the reviews, but at the same time, I understood: who goes with what mood, he will get it.
I am very happy with my stay in Xena and recommend the hotel to my friends.

We had a rest in June, for the second time. The hotel is excellent, yes it is a modest 5%, but the price tag is quite adequate. The beach is clean, there were always enough sunbeds. The pool is small, but there were no crowds in it. There is a separate pool for kids and a pool with slides. The food is not super diverse, but there is quite a lot to choose from. A very successful area, close to shops, a pharmacy (with a Russian-speaking pharmacist, a gorgeous girl, does not impose anything superfluous, but what advises really works). By the way, on the territory of the hotel itself there is also a shop with adequate prices and a good assortment, there are cosmetics, clothes, and beach attributes. The biggest plus is the promenade along the sea between other hotels, there is a place to walk quietly, there is no feeling of isolation.

Fruits of course are only green apples , red apples , pears , oranges . Sometimes grapeseeds and some kind of marshmallow look like an apricot , it tastes like an unusual fruit.
Animators are just batteries energizer. And volleyball and bocce and shooting with a rifle and archery and water polo and discus. Children are entertained all day long.
The pool is clean.
We liked everything very much.

We had a rest at the hotel at the end of May. I liked everything very much! Beautiful cozy area and very close to the sea. With the opening of the season, the food became more diverse. There is a small children's table. Every evening there is a children's disco and animation. The children really liked that they did not want to leave the hotel))) We promised that we would come back again! Adults did not have to be bored either. The animation is not intrusive, but active! Gymnastics every morning. We attended Zumba and belly dancing (many thanks to animator Nina for the wonderful classes)! Every evening there was some kind of program at the hotel (Turkish night, dance show, live music).
I would just like to note that the children's club needs to be updated (requires repair). It's not very cozy there))).

I really liked it, charming, fervent animators Nina, Abdullah, funny, charismatic. A beautiful, well-groomed territory, a very diligent gardener, does not sit idle for a minute. I'll start with the most unpleasant!!
When booking the hotel, we booked a standard room with a view of the surrounding area, 28 meters. They didn't want a sea view because they were afraid that there would be noise from the animations. As a result, upon arrival at the hotel, we were given a terribly dirty room of 20m, with low ceilings of 2.10 m and overlooking the trash. We went to the reception, asked to change the room, I showed that I had booked a standard room 28m. And then the most interesting thing began. An impudent receptionist with red hair asked for an additional $ 150!!!!! At the same time, she brazenly claimed that all their rooms are standard and you need to pay extra for a normal room. To be honest, this is the first time I have come across such arrogance and cheating, deception.. I had a shock on my face and then she lowered the price to $100. Well, thanks, I thought. Dear hotel management, you are the real scammers!! We did not quarrel, silently drew conclusions and did not want to spoil our vacation. They gave us a more or less normal room, with the same furniture, and thank God it was clean. Before that, it felt like I was in some kind of cheap hostel. I'm not talking about paid Wi-Fi at all, where is it seen in Turkey in a 5-star hotel to have paid Wi-Fi? And the most interesting thing is: We wanted to play billiards, and, attention, you also have to pay for it!! $5 per hour.
FOOD: the food is normal, but monotonous. Not wow. There was tuna and salmon once in 10 days.
EMPLOYEES: they are not friendly, there is no service and it is clear that everyone is relaxed and no one is particularly controlled.
THE TERRITORY: stunning, well maintained, green, the gardeners are trying their best. Lemons are growing. There are many places to walk outside the territory, the location of the hotel is excellent.
ANIMATION: on the 4th, the Turkish night is ordinary, not particularly interesting. The animators are great, they are 5.
CLEANING: bad, very bad. We washed the floors almost every day, made the bed. That was the end of it. The toilet bowl and sink have never been washed in 10 days. There is no mini bar, the refrigerators are very old.
CONCLUSION: if you are used to good hotels with great service, you definitely are not here. We had an active vacation and we did not lie on the beach, the rest turned out to be intense, filled with emotions. But the hotel is far from 5 stars. A maximum of 4 and then with a strong stretch (there is something to compare it with). Rooms for 2!!! Think about it before coming here, but I would highly recommend not coming here!

We stayed at the hotel in June 2023. A small, compact hotel for 500 vacationers. Everything is clean, delicious, cozy. There is a pool for adults, a pool for toddlers and a pool for older children with aqua slides. The beach is pebbly, but there are wooden paths. There is a pier, it is convenient to go down a ladder from it and immediately into the water. The water is clean and transparent. Sun beds are always available. Of the small disadvantages: for breakfast, only sausages and sausage made from unknown raw materials. But vegetables, cheeses, herbs, olives are in a large assortment. We liked the hotel!

The entrance to the sea is great for me: small pebbles, excellent foot massage, after leaving the sea there are bigger stones. But I was comfortable, I didn't need sneakers. The sea is gorgeous))). There is a pier for those who like to sunbathe in solitude or jump. There is a guard on duty at the beach. Visitors from other hotels who have just entered the pier are asked to leave, because the pier is only for guests of the Zena Hotel. I had a case with me. I'm lying sunbathing, taking a nap. Suddenly I hear that the guard asks the woman to leave the beach. I open it, and she lies there as if nothing had happened, says, I'm going to sunbathe a little more and leave. The bracelet of another hotel. But the guard didn't leave her alone until she left. So there are no questions here. The territory of the beach from the sea is not fenced, you can safely go out for a walk, go to a shop or cafe. Just a couple of minutes outside the territory there are very good playgrounds and free of charge. A security guard is also sitting at the exit. One day, we were returning from the store and my bracelet was turned over to the other side, the name was not visible, I was immediately stopped, and it was in the dark! , I saw, turned the bracelet over and we passed. So the security does not just sit, but really monitors the comfort of its guests and does not let people from other hotels into the territory!!! This is another plus. The location of the hotel is excellent. There are many shops outside the territory, there are pharmacies, agencies to buy a tour. It can take a little more than an hour to get from the airport. There is one restaurant. The food is quite good, considering that many hotels began to save on this. I especially liked the fish day. Insanely delicious grilled trout and tuna. There were crayfish, a little green, but quite, no one was poisoned. There is something to compare: this time we went to a restaurant not far from the territory and ordered crayfish, fresh, they are red, hot and insanely delicious. The beer is not bad, weak, cold. The wine is strong. It didn't go. Sometimes there was sparkling wine, semi-sweet, delicious, but it was only for dinner, in limited quantities. And after the end, no new bottles were exhibited. We went to the end for breakfast or did not go at all. Slept. There were no queues. A snack bar was opened from 11.00, you could have a snack or eat there. Delicious pizza and pide. For lunch, too, we went not to the opening, but to the closing. For dinner, too, about 30 minutes after the opening. When the main stream of people will disperse. Places were always found. Although there were always queues for the grill at the beginning of dinner. There were plates with chipped edges, immediately changed to others. The waiters work very fast. According to the menu: I think everyone will find what they like. Different fish every day. There is also always chicken and turkey. Beef to which we are accustomed, we can say no. The room is certainly not new, but renovated. The bathroom has a rain shower, a large sink, a well-functioning air conditioner. Music from a nearby hotel plays until 23.00. Then you can sleep peacefully. The lobby is clean and cool. In the lobby bar you can sit for cocktails until 00.00. The evening animation itself is interesting. Visiting dancers and animators of the hotel perform. There is karaoke and an evening of live music. There is a children's mini club and a small playground on site. Three pools: for kids, with two slides, adult. I have my own photographer. Also, trampolines are inflated for children once a week instead of children's animation))). The disco downstairs wasn't working. But the animators and I went to the disco in Kemer, in Inferno. I liked everything except the prices there. Very expensive alcohol. The audience at the hotel is of different ages. There are also young people, there are not many of them, pensioners, family. We have picked up a great company of 30+. There are new suitcases at the reception every day. Someone comes, someone on the contrary. The territory of the hotel is small, but this is more than enough for a calm, measured rest. And the main thing we all come here for is the sea, it's just gorgeous)))).

Rooms: the furniture in the rooms is tired, the furniture in 4 is better. It was written about the restoration in 2022))), they probably did it at home, but attributed it to the hotel, full rut. Now the most important thing is food and drinks, it's terrible, I flew to Alanya in December for a mess in simple 3, the food was tastier there. Only there were 30-40 people, and in Zen there were 250-300, it was not tasty, there was simply zero variety of hot food, everyone goes around in circles and thinks what to take from the fact that there is almost nothing. We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights during the May holidays with a one-year-old child.
There was a nice woman at the reception, they didn't wait long for check-in, while they had breakfast, while they went to the sea, they came and the room was already ready, they gave it a view of the mountains. I could hear music from a nearby hotel until 23:00. The balcony was closed, but it was not critical. The air conditioner works only when the balcony is closed.
The room was clean, there was no dust, the linen was clean, the cleaning was normal, every day. Upon check-in, there was already a baby cot in the room.
There is a Playground on the territory, but also children's complexes with slides and swings are located outside the hotel. We walked everywhere. There is a playground, older children were occupied there, parents could relax. In the evening, a minidisko.
Beach. Sand with small stones, when entering the water pebbles, it is better to come immediately with aquashoos. The water is clean, transparent, but for the beginning of May it was cool to go in, 22 degrees of water. Sunbeds with mattresses, towels are given out, changed. There was enough room for everyone.
Food. The weekend had more variety and fish and meat. On weekdays, it's like there's nothing to eat, well, it's like that everywhere, everything gets boring. There is a lot of everything and there is nothing to take. For children, there is a diet menu with a separate table (rice, steamed turkey, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts) at the end of the hall there are small tables with chairs and a TV, older children ate there.
Alcohol is common. For dinner, wine was always in glasses, sangria, sometimes crayfish were offered, there was one evening when Turkish coffee was brewed in a Turk and poured into small cups, on fish day (sat) there was a salad with shrimp and salad with mussels, tuna, they also gave rolls but the filling with carrots and cucumber was not pleasing. There was more variety in the evening. And grilled fish and tuna.
By fruit apples tangerines oranges pears grapefruit bananas nectarines. Everything sweet is delicious.
At 10 p.m. there was an entertainment program for adults in the amphitheater, concerts, karaoke, dancing. We didn't go with the baby. We were at one performance, we really liked it, the band was some kind of Italian, or something, a very epic performance. Overall a very good hotel. What needs to be improved: make a net on the volleyball court outside the field so as not to run after the ball, add a football field. The Internet is patently only 500mb in the lobby, it does not load photos well, only text. The paid one costs 15 dollars a week, 22 dollars 2 weeks.

The sea is clear, there is a pier from which you can dive, although it is officially prohibited. When we were there, there were fish that bite at the heels. I really have never been bitten, but my husband was bitten, he screamed like a victim😂 But you shouldn't be afraid of them, they bite only if you have wounds, sores, it's more unexpected than painful. In another hotel, last vacation I was also bitten, my friend and I just laughed. Men… So, another of the advantages: polite staff, I did not have conflicts or unpleasant situations, or ambiguous views. On food: I experimented for a couple of days, and then returned to the usual food: vegetables and meat, fruits. That was enough for me. But the choice of food is great, but on the 10th day, by the way, I got tired) although then the vacation ended. In short, highly recommended. So.. and what of the disadvantages? Probably the fact that there is not much to see in the vicinity, there is nowhere to walk. You can walk along the embankment to the right and left and look at the hotels nearby, they are not fenced. And in the city there are only shops with souvenirs and lukum, pharmacies and as far as cafes, there is nothing else.

Just got back from vacation. We rested from 19.10.23 to 28.10.23. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel staff, many thanks to the Gul at the reception , a nice Russian-speaking woman who can solve all your problems. The room is standard, everything is in the room, but they did not understand how the air conditioner works. There are no questions about food, there are different dishes every day, I didn't get tired of anything for a week, I was surprised there were no watermelons. There is everything from alcohol and Belize, martini, beer and strong, but I haven't tried it. There is animation for children, thanks a lot to Katya, she was engaged in children every day. There is animation in the hotel, but we didn't really need it. The beach is clean, the sun beds are all normal, clean. The sea is amazing, it was very warm even though it was already the end of October. Every evening children's animation, evening show. There were not enough guest artists at least once a week. I liked the hotel. We were with a child for 3.5 years.
The rooms are certainly not new, there are scratches or chips somewhere, but everything works great, clean, the rooms are cleaned, there is a safe. The only thing our windows overlooked the neighboring hotel and music was playing until 00, it was very audible, but it didn't really bother us, because we were tired and it was just to sleep.
The food was delicious, even French fries like in popular fast food, but not very diverse. Some lacked meat, but there were a lot of different fish. You can always find something to eat. The ice cream is delicious, the grandmother who made very tasty tortillas is above all praise. Draft beer is very decent in Turkish hotels for the first time.
Animators are interested in their work. They were constantly called somewhere, arranged something, always interact with children, are interested in how things are going. I really liked it.
The sea is clean, there were enough sun beds for everyone, there is a private pier.
The location of the hotel is also very convenient. Kemer is a 15-minute drive away.

This year we decided to come again and oh, horror - this is some trash! The Internet catches only in the lobby, and a paid one will cost you $ 22 for 2 weeks. There used to be an ironing room where for $5 an hour you could iron all your clothes. Today I went to the reception for an iron and I was presented with a price list in which ironing one dress costs $ 6. I have 5 of them. For this money I can buy 2 irons here in the store))) Nutrition is also very controversial. Of course you won't stay hungry, but the range is clearly not five stars. I'm not going to lie - the reception staff is responsive and helpful, the cleaning is also fine for now.

We were a couple from May 20 to May 29. It's not the first time in a hotel. The reservation was for economy.Under the pool. We liked it in principle.
