We rested at the hotel at the end of July and beginning of August, the animation is super, the food is 3 points out of 5, the territory is green, beautiful. They don't talk kindly at the reception, they don't answer questions, they don't help. The Internet in the hotel does not catch well, we approached and said why the problem with Wi-Fi, we had to pay for roaming every day at work, the bed linen did not change once in 9 days, we had to ask them to change the towel, the watering can in the shower practically did not work. I will return to the Internet (at the end of the vacation, they demanded money from us for the Internet, although I told them I did not catch Wi-Fi, they seemed to agree that it was okay not to pay, but when they went to the airport they called on the phone and said that if you do not pay now, you will not fly home and you will be detained at the airport , I paid them $ 72 for unused Wi-Fi on the bus, there is a receipt but no receipt, there is a photo). To be honest, there was a scandal with the Russians at the reception every day. The 5-star hotel does not pull, the Coral Travel operator has not helped in any way.

I really wanted to leave a review on the Xena hotel. My husband and I had a rest from 08/29/2022 to 09/06/2022. We liked the hotel and the rest very much, we were very satisfied!!! I recommend everyone to consider the option of a vacation in Xena
Positive:
- A small hotel, there is no crowd in the dining room, they put food on a plate themselves.
There were queues for food for dinner, when they cooked kebabs or something on the fire, but who did not want to stand in line, you can safely eat ordinary food. During this time that we were, we were cooked mainly turkey and chicken, but there were days when veal tongues were cooked for us, there was a seafood day where there were grilled fish, rolls, mussels, shrimp, crayfish.
-fruits: watermelons, melons, oranges, grapefruits, peaches, nectarines, apricots, plums, apples.
- diet table.
- delicious coffee in Turkey
- the hotel is clean, the rooms were cleaned daily, towels were changed every day.
- the territory of the hotel is large, beautiful and well maintained.
- table tennis has always had rackets with a ball, when someone ruined the rackets they were replaced with new ones the next day, it was very pleasant.
- the beach is nearby, there are enough sunbeds with mattresses and sunshades too, everyone had enough.
- I liked the main animator Abdul, a very pleasant young man.
Cons (but these are not cons, but there is simply nothing to find fault with):
- pebbles and "biting" fish in the sea.
- bad Wi-Fi at the reception.
- tired animators, I ran for one for 3 days, I wanted to get to the Zumba, on the first day I came alone to the Zumba, they did not spend time with me, they said come tomorrow, and tomorrow was a Turkish night, there was no zumba, and the next day this animator went on a day off ... dynamo) It was not pleasant, I spat on the zumba, I did not come back.
- the Migros grocery store accepts bank cards from the World of Tinkov Bank only, it does not accept cards from other banks (but this has nothing to do with the Hotel, just by the way)

Before buying a tour to this hotel, I read reviews, only 5+, which of course bribed, in fact, to say that I am disappointed - to say nothing!!
Maybe if the reviews were not so lauded, I would know what to prepare for, but here....
The hotel is a maximum of 3*.
From food - if you are traveling with children (from 6 months to 1.5 years), it is better to stock up on purees, porridges, mixtures and other things in advance. On the Swede from a straight baby - diet food is 4 vats, usually undercooked vegetables (carrots or cabbage), tasteless rice and boiled breast. And it's the same thing every single day. Soups are generally a problem. There is no ordinary chicken broth. During the week, there was once chicken soup for dinner, and it was as if the broth was a diluted bag and they just threw chicken meat there, i.e. you can't give this to small children.
Food for older children and adults themselves. Well, as we wrote earlier, there is no variety, from the word at all. There are figuratively 2 menus, for 2 days and so they will repeat. Already on the 5th day, I want to give up AI and go to the city or other hotels for variety.
Often there is not enough food or dishes. Everything is swept away)
Numbers. You can't look without tears. The furniture is all rolled up, towels too. It doesn't even smell like any restoration.
Room cleaning is a separate something with something.
1. The cleaning lady does not always get there. Our room was at the very end, she started cleaning, then left for lunch, and after lunch she managed to clean up before the end of her working day - well done. No, not her problem. And the next day she didn't start where she left off, but from the beginning. In general, it will be lucky if the room is at the beginning of the corridor)
2. She cleans up as if she was driven to this job with a stick. I dragged a rag on the floor, for the sake of appearance, and that's it. Towels constantly did not report to us, even through resep they already asked, but every day everything was repeated.
There are no slippers in the room, cosmetics are also reported when you ask, and toilet paper, by the way, the same.
After cleaning, we had to go and take all the accessories ourselves, since we knew where everything was lying.
Animation.
Well I do not know. There are two impressions here. The guys are trying, friendly, but it's the same every day. No variety. Only in the children's club there is something new every day. Thanks for that.
Of the pros - a grandmother who bakes delicious tortillas) and the sea!
We got into excellent weather and a warm sea.
Well, Thibault sea is not far to go.
The territory is small by the standards of Turkey, but neat.
I wouldn't go here anymore and I don't advise you. Look for something else!

Let's start with the most important disappointment - the local doctor. He convinced me that it was just poisoning, but as a result - an intestinal infection. The whole family got sick(
The hotel is not 5 stars in any way.
Everything is battered and old, the numbers are correspondingly the same, even worse.
Animation is normal, but the program is weekly, by the second week they already knew what and how.
The food is disgusting. The same thing is played every other day. It's a problem for children in general, my 4th day is already tired of French fries and pasta. But there is no choice.
For a 1g child, things are even worse. No choice at all. At lunch, only diet food and that's enough.
The most delicious thing is a woman on the street making tortillas. Well, ice cream.
The territory is small, well-groomed
Maids too, not glitter. They often do not reach the room. And they clean up - they used a mop for the view and that's it, the floor is all streaked and dirty
I don't know who leaves all these rave reviews, fell for them, were very disappointed

A great place for a family vacation.
We have been here since August 24, 2021 for 10 days.
1. The table is good - everything is included.
2. Large green area
3. Several bars on site where you can drink/drink/sit
4. !!! Great animators. Every evening there is an interesting program, in the evening - first for children, then for adults. Concerts of visiting artists. I highly recommend it!
5. Free Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby.
6. Pier on the beach - you can dive. The shore is pebbles.
7. Large swimming pool
8. There are enough deck chairs for everyone.
9. Spa center with free sauna, steam bath and swimming pool. There is a massage, but it is paid.
10. The audience is cultured, I have not seen drunks. There are enough vacationers from the former CIS countries - Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia. There are no conflicts between the groups, there are no demonstrative moments either - peaceful coexistence.
11. There are enough young people, there is dancing in the evening.
In general, for a family holiday, I recommend it.
Of the disadvantages, there is no WiFi on the floors and in the room. But taking into account the above advantages, this is a small thing.

I was resting alone. The impression of the hotel is more than terrible. The staff climbed into the brazen! Beach. If you are not there at 7.00, you will be left without a sunbed. In the process of being on the coast, none of the waiters is suitable, although other hotels have it - customer orientation is zero. Wi-Fi is only at the reception, although the information on the website is different. It's a battle for a normal meal at dinner, you have to stand in line, and at the beginning. Thanks to the guys who work from morning to evening, my wife and I were satisfied. Abdula is an animator, thanks to him we felt on vacation, evening shows in which we participated, live music a couple of times a week, trips to Kemer clubs, gatherings almost every day until 4-5 in the morning, thanks to Abdula, who invigorated us. The food is delicious, every evening either poultry or grilled fish. Yes, sometimes the room was not cleaned, but we are not picky. There were disadvantages, such as: no iron (bought in a big migros, min 10 on a rickshaw up from the hotel) and $ 15 Wi-Fi, but we still felt high and all this is nonsense, compared to the good people nearby. The area is awesome, there is a pier for those who like to jump into the water. In general, we want to go back and we will definitely come back!))

We had a rest from September 18-October 2, everything is at a good level: sterile cleanliness everywhere, cozy rooms, excellent food, lots of vegetables, fruits, salads of any kind, meat, fish and amazingly delicious confectionery!Beautiful green manicured territory, lawns, palm trees, even oranges, bananas, lemons and many, many flowers grow!For children, there is daily animation, children's pools, slides, there is something to do.Every day in the evening there are discos, karaoke and concerts.Once a week, Turkey Day was organized, there was a real holiday with Turkish dances, songs and. even a lamb roasted on the fire!And another big plus is the beach is 100 meters from the hotel, try it on the way to the beach. pizza, Turkish tortillas, lots of goodies and drinks and ... delicious ice cream!So we recommend meeting with this hotel and its wonderful, attentive and kind employees, who will receive you with a constant smile!

We chose a hotel, read that the newlyweds would receive pleasant compliments from the hotel, as a result, nothing, we told the administrators three times, in response a smile and that's it.
The hotel promised a fish day, except for monotonous salads, nuggets and cutlets, they did not please with anything.
The rooms are beautiful, but the maids will sweep up and arrange the consumables according to the type of shampoo and soap, we found things of past vacationers under the bed and under the bedside table, not a pleasant sight, of course.
As for the bar, there is ONE cool Hussein bartender in the hotel who makes really cool cocktails, but there are also scumbags who allow themselves to brazenly molest the ladies even after a few remarks.
The evening program and the animators were pleased, also cool guys, well done.
In general, the hotel does not pull in 5 stars, 4 is a stretch, and that's due to the cool bartender and animators. If you want a variety of food, do not check into this hotel.

All the employees are absolutely fine, they work well together. I am simply delighted with the unforgettable vacation that the entire staff of the Zena Hotel has given me.
1. Everything in the main restaurant is insanely sterile and clean. On each table there is a hand sanitizer, a large container with napkins, and individual paper napkins on the table for food and an individual fork and knife in the package. Waiters and cleaners maintain cleanliness and order throughout the day, greet every tourist with kindness and a smile. All food is given out behind glass curtains so that there is no spread of infection. Absolutely everyone is wearing masks and gloves. And what delicious dishes, just lick your fingers, the freshest, most delicate pastries and sweet variety of fruits. Thank you very much for your attention and kindness! Good girls! Well done!
2. In the bars on the territory of the hotel, everything is also complicated, bartenders and cleaners work very quickly. Everything is very clean and of course the most delicious, varied food is offered. Bartender Kadir, like a bee, fed and watered all the guests with delicious drinks throughout the day. Thank you all!
3. Well-coordinated work of all managers on the territory and in the hotel itself. The order was kept impeccable both on the territory and on the beach.

6. I am not satisfied with the work of the SPA center, which is located in the basement of the building. When I came to the SPA at 17.00, I could not fully visit the hammam, I steamed only with the sauna and in the steam room. The employees of this SPA talked to me in a few words. According to them, it is almost impossible to get into the hammam, since it is only necessary to order procedures for a fee. At 17.00, the paid procedure was completed, but the hammam was already cool. It's a pity that after visiting Turkey, I never got into a real hot hammam. In my opinion, they just work here politely for the money that tourists pay extra. A big request is to treat the guests more humanely.
7. Photographer Antonio takes unforgettable photos. A very polite, courteous, sweet person.
8. Very groovy, friendly animators. Svetochka, a very nice girl, amused all tourists, did yoga, held interesting events. It's just impossible to get bored with this girl..

Very polite staff, excellent room cleaning every day, but we always leave 2 bucks. It's not a fact that it's the same without them. It's dirty in the bathroom under the bedside table, I'm not Lena the Volatile, but I dropped the cream today and had to get in there, it's dirty. The food is not bad and if you are an adult and not a gourmet, then you will not stay hungry. But if the child is 5-6 years old, the question is moot. There is a break in the snack bar and the main restaurant, 3 hours and spin as you want in front of a screaming child who wants to eat during this period of time. The bad news: the hotel is very neglected, the carpets in the corridors are dusty and dirty, the plates in the dining room are chipped and dirty, I showed all the dirty ones to the administrator, I didn't even move my nose... We took a glass of water for the child today, it has traces of lipstick... But everyone is wearing masks... Anti-covid measures... Tables are shaky, it is not possible to put a plate, there are always not enough beach towels.. Come,, then,, or go with your own)) now we eat at the snack bar, there are disposable dishes... And so... If you drink all the time like most people do here, but a good mood and alcohol level everything!

We had a vacation with my husband in October 2021. We had 7 days, we really liked it, disco every day, out of food, a little tired of chicken, there was no other meat. The territory is beautiful, the room was cleaned almost daily (for this you just need to dump everything on the floor, then they will change such rules, we also left dollars). The beach is very close, it's cool. There have always been places. On the beach you could play Boccia (if I remember the name correctly)), volleyball, tennis. In general, it was cool!

We are having a rest in Xena. Everything is fine. Attention! Not indifferent to animals. Under the stage on the left, near the sports ground, a kitty was nursing. 5 or 6 kittens, some are blind. She was thin and hungry. We and the guys from Minsk brought her to eat: boiled chicken from the snack bar, sausage and milk from breakfast and water. She doesn't leave the kittens, she's afraid. He doesn't let everyone in, only those who are kind. Don't let them disappear, they would have to hold out until the hotel closes. The kittens will grow up. The hotel is short. The beach is great. The water is clean and beautiful. The food is normal, they try, they fry something all the time-they hover outside. The rooms are spacious. It's clean everywhere. It's quiet enough, there are no crazy discos. It rumbled only once in the neighboring hotel, but until 23.30. The territory is small, but well-maintained, there are many cozy corners where you can sit and drink wine. The staff is friendly, everyone speaks Russian, if it's important to someone. We had a rest in August 2021. We had a rest with children of 1.5 g and 4g. The hotel is fully consistent and even more price-quality!! We will definitely return to it again!! Beautiful, aesthetic interior, great food, lots of bars, I really liked pizza and especially stewed vegetables from large pots. Neither we nor the children have ever been poisoned. The children swam in the pools and even drank water from there, no intestines even in 40 ° heat. The staff works hard, very hardworking, pleasant service, everyone smiles, although they are very tired, animation all day (aqua aerobics, zumba, yoga, step, volleyball, water polo, etc.), children are engaged in a mini club, but only in the morning, and in the evening there is children's and adult animation (in mostly contests). There is no Tagil in the hotel." But those who love silence in the evening, never take rooms with Sea view and Promo- which are the most inexpensive!!. In these rooms, even with the windows closed, loud music from the disco is very audible, which plays until 0.00((((. This was the only big disadvantage for me. And it would be very nice if there would be a tea set in the rooms! I really hope that the hotel management will take this into account. There is a place to go out for a walk from the hotel. There are playgrounds nearby, If you go out along the promenade by the beach to the right. Security is constantly on duty at the hotel both from the entrance and from the beach. We rested with my husband at the Xena hotel from 09/13/2021 for 10 days, I liked the hotel, very cozy, the room with a view of the sea, mountains and pool was booked in advance, the room was clean, cleaned every day. The food was delicious, all disinfection measures in the hotel are observed. I really liked the SPA center, the massage is super, I highly recommend it. The sea is clean, the beach is nearby. The hotel is very cozy and family-run. There is a place to walk outside the territory, there are many shops. We really liked it!

Just returned from the Zena resort hotel. We had a rest from September 23 to September 30, 2022 with a large company of 8 adults and 1 child (1 year 10 months). We drove from the airport for about 2 hours.
YOU'VE GOT A ROTOVIRUS INFECTION! First, on the 6th day, our grandmother got sick, then the whole family in a circle.
- Check-in. My husband, my little child and I were moved into room 1314 with a gorgeous view of the mountains. But the music from the neighboring hotel was screaming in the room, just at full volume, drums, people screaming, in a word, people are resting. By what time it was already about 22.30, the child wanted to sleep and we were shocked by the noise, went to the reception to change the room, to which we were told that the music would not last long, maximum until 23.30 and it could be heard everywhere, we stayed in our own. - The number. Cozy, wardrobe, single bed, double bed, refrigerator (only water from the mini-bar), table, mirror. In the bathroom there is a toilet, a bathroom, a mirror, a sink. Of the accessories in separate jars, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, ear sticks, file, cotton pads, shower cap. What surprised me was that there is such stuff like ear sticks and discs and NO toothbrushes. There are also no slippers and bathrobes (although everything was in the YouTube video from 2021). Good cleaning every day.
- Food. There is a lot of it, but it is absolutely tasteless and simply not tasty. I had the feeling that I was always hungry, although I was not at all picky about food. And so there was fish, and mutton, and crayfish, rolls, pizza. But it just doesn't taste good. The desserts are terrible. Even baklava, which by the way was practically non-existent. From 15 to 17 delicious ice cream (lemon, raspberry, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, 2-3 types every day). The Gozleme are very tasty.
- Drinks. The local alcohol is not bad, the cocktails are delicious, the beer is good, the juices are not bad.
- The sea and the view of the mountains are simply incomparable. Fish bite in the sea. The entrance is pebbles with sand. If you have slippers, take slippers. Of course, you can swim without them, but it's super inconvenient to go out.
- The territory is very beautiful. Lots of greenery.
- The water slides are always free. No one rides them. Their father-in-law tore their swimming trunks, maybe that's why there are no people.
- There is a good playground for children, a cool evening disco. In the afternoon, 1 time there were trampolines, aquagrim, bracelets and something else. They took the children to the farm to the horses. The girls are doing great.
- I can't say anything about Animation, but no one has ever come to the evening show. During the day, they seem to carry out some kind of activity. There was an October fest on Friday. There was bottled beer tuborg, trampolines, food as always.
-nearby there is a huge bazaar, a supermarket, pharmacies, ATMs (since September 28, Tinkoff is not accepted). There are Russian sellers in pharmacies, everyone will tell you what to buy.
-cool promenade all over Chamyuva, which is illuminated in the evening. After walking along the embankment, I realized that zena has the best territory. But the music is screaming everywhere. Apparently this is the problem of the whole village.
- we had a hotel guide from Coral Travel. We took a free shopping tour to Antalya from him. We were promised that they would take us to a shopping center where all the brands are available and you can take a walk. As a result, they brought fur coats and leather, with the words either you walk here for an hour, or you go to the hotel. Well, they told us there that go through the whole store, the driver will be marked and go to the shopping center. That's what we did. Then we were taken to the Agora shopping center. There are practically no brands there. You can only purchase a us polo. Shorts for 1000 rubles, T-shirts for 500-1000 rubles. The transfer back for 8 adults and a child cost $ 75 (100 at the reception).
We are absolutely not picky on vacation and went to rest in a good mood, without the mood to look for cons. We always rested in the budget top five. It just didn't seem to go in. The best hotel in Kemer. The best barmer is Azat, cocktails are just super, ask to do something on your own, it will just stir up a class. And the group of animators, Abdul is a professional in his field, is always in the thick of things. Water polo, volleyball and of course the game of Bocce, the guys are working hard. I went there because there was a lot ..., with a tour operator, with an air carrier and with a ticket ...... You understand why. In general, have a nice rest!!! The attitude towards Russians is no worse than towards others. On the 23rd of May, occupancy was minimal and this united us (Russians).
Everything is fine in the hotel: in 10 minutes. Before the closing of the meal area (dinner), the guy at the reception suggested going to dinner rather than checking in. And the next day, the pleasures continued, breakfast, beach, lunch, tortillas, ice cream, etc., within the Beach, and he is on site, dinner, an off-site disco, with a local animator (handsome Abdula), soup for the night....And your children, by the way, for most of the day, under the close supervision of animators. Despite all our pranks and other guests, the staff is sooooo patient and hardy)))
The rooms are very decent, they are cleaned every day, nothing was stolen from me, although there was nothing to steal except me)). The ryabyats in the hotel are cool "of any rank", there is also a cool photographer there - Antonio is a completely sane man, he will fulfill all your whims, at your expense. He invests as much as he knows, and he has decent knowledge. He can spend a lot of time on you because of a few photos, and he will do it with pleasure. If you do not escalate, then there will be no question about the price. I paid for the photo shoot no more expensive than in Tver.
