I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel (August 2018). The food is decent and varied. The territory is well maintained. The sea is close. The staff of the hotel and especially the restaurant work perfectly. The only negative is that it is noisy in the evening for those who go to bed before 23.30. Because music from neighboring hotels sounds in the room like on the dance floor. And another piece of advice for vacationers: do not buy excursions and do not go shopping on a transfer from the Ginza agency located next to the hotel. It is better to entrust your lives and financial expenses to your tour operator. Believe me, the experience with Ginza in Turkey can be very deplorable. Have a great holiday in Zena))

A very decent hotel! Price=quality! I had a vacation in June 2019 with 2 children (1 and 3.5 years old). Everyone was satisfied.
The rooms are small, we were lucky - the view was on the sea, others overlook another hotel.
They clean well, the towel can be changed every day. There's only water in the fridge. The air conditioner is good, the temperature and speed are regulated, you can sleep with it safely.
Food. There are not so many racks with food, but everything is there! We have never been hungry. Plus, you can always have a snack in snack bars.
Ice cream is served from 15 to 17 o'clock. There's always a queue behind him.
From 12.30 (it seems) to 16 grandma bakes Turkish tortillas!
There are always free sun beds.
Well done animators! They lure you well to programs)))
A children's club... I expected more here. Children are not watched, if the child is tired of the club, he can leave. Up to 4 years old, you can not leave a child there without parents. But there is a bar next to the playground and in the shade of a huge pine tree there are tables and chairs where you can wait for a child and relax!

This hotel is for family holidays. It is relatively small. When I saw photos of pools in a hotel with a small number of people (the pools are relatively medium-sized), I decided that these were promotional photos: like, look: How nice and spacious our place is. When I actually saw it myself, I was convinced that it was true. It is really possible to swim freely in the pools, without crowding, despite their size. There are two pools: the main one (near the building) and with water slides. There is a designated beach with a pier. The staff is friendly. Not everyone speaks Russian or English perfectly, but they can use Google Translator if necessary. Visitors are invited to mark the most liked employee. So, for example, after my third visit to the beach bar, the bartender told me: "Just speak AS USUAL :)". WiFi is paid, despite the fact that when booking, I noted that hotels with free WiFi were shown. The free part of WiFi is only 500MB, which quickly disappeared. The air conditioner in the room, although not a split system, works quite well (we were at the hotel in August).

Nice hotel. Wonderful, well-groomed territory, surrounded by greenery and flowers. The staff is well done, attention is taken care of ..... The only minus is that during breakfast and dinner, smoke and smells from the grill get into the nose ..... I was at the hotel from May 17 to May 25, from fruits - only apples and oranges .... And in everything else I liked the hotel!! I recommend it for all categories...

We have been vacationing since September 27, 2018. A good hotel, corresponds to the cost of vouchers. Very green and cozy territory, wonderful animation for both children and adults, clean rooms, a good beach, delicious and varied food. As written in other reviews, the friendly and helpful staff. There are small shops near the hotel, along the beach there is an embankment along which you can walk. A very cozy family hotel, suitable for families with young children. Cons: lack of juices (only lemonade and diluted yuppie), lack of normal soups or broths, lack of a kettle in the rooms.

The hotel is small, the first line, the food is normal, the standard rooms are very good! Rooms with access to the courtyard-in the evening until 23h you will listen to karaoke, which is performed in a nearby hotel, but it did not bother us! Drinks are standard, beer is good! I was on a special offer, the price and quality satisfied me. The beach is small pebbles, it is better to enter in slippers, you can also enter from the pantone. There weren't enough sun beds-we went to borrow by the sea at 7 a.m.! The animation is average, not incendiary, but the reception staff is very good! The lost phone was returned with a smile-very nice! I recommend the place! You can definitely visit once!

I was at this hotel from October 19 to October 25, 2018. It came under closure this year, the hotel was open until the 28th. I was lucky with the weather. It was warm, even hot in the sun, sunny and the sea was warm. The evenings were also warm, walking in shorts and T-shirts, which is amazing for this time of year. Since the hotel was open for the last few days, there were few people, there were no problems in the restaurant with tables and on the beach with sun beds. Well, what can I say? I am used to a different level of hotels, such as Marco Polo, club, so maybe my review will not be objective, especially for those who are flying to Turkey for the first time. I've been choosing a hotel for a very long time. There were certain dates, departures, airport and budget, so I reread a lot of reviews, looked through a bunch of photos and settled on Zena. The hotel pulls in 4 rooms and 60+. Some pensioners. But I didn't want to hang out this time, so it didn't bother me. We checked in almost immediately, at about 10 o'clock, as I arrived. I wanted to save money, I booked an eco room and regretted it all week afterwards. The Windows overlook the courtyard of the neighboring hotel and the swimming pool, well it was already closed, but work was underway, the dismantling of outbuildings on the territory. Annimation was heard from another hotel until 23.00, even with the windows closed, the sound insulation was zero. No mountains, no sea. Everything is as usual in the room. I was glad that the safe was free, but it was not attached to anything, I took it under my arm and went, poking a small iron box.
The bathroom is the same as usual, but I like the shower, not the bathtub. There was soap and shampoo. During the whole vacation, they never brought water to the room. But she was available at the restaurant. The food is poor. Some small fish, beef is generally a problem, only mixed with vegetables and even find it, tasteless turkey and sometimes chicken drumsticks. For breakfast, as usual, eggs, omelets, yogurts, buns, etc. For tea, coffee, and cocoa, there were both cups and glasses, as well as disposable cups. Disposable forks and spoons for cakes. Mini biscuits, sometimes one kind of onion, once in all the time there was baklava. Fruits include apples, grapes, tangerines, oranges, plums. Of course, you won't stay hungry, but when you have something to compare it with, then.... The wine was poured in advance on the bar and table. The annimation was unobtrusive and it pleased me. I didn't hear it during the day, and in the evening there was a disco for children, then live music, we sang in Russian, we danced. Disco for adults at 24.00, it was unclear only for whom. Firstly, it is very late, and secondly, the age of the vacationers is not the right one. Wi-Fi is free only at the reception, but even that limited one ended on the fifth day and had to be bought. A day is $ 3, three days are $ 8 and I took it everywhere, on the beach, in the room. There are a lot of cats on the territory. There was a pack of big dogs on the beach, but it was comforting that they were chipped. The pier is only for hotel guests, outsiders were not allowed. The beach is like everywhere else in Chamyuva, small pebbles, large at the entrance to the sea, then sand. There are a lot of fish, not the Red Sea, of course, but it's still interesting with glasses. About the beach towels. This is the first time I've encountered this. It was changed only once a day from 9.00 to 16.00 and in the basement of the hotel, in the spa. In my opinion, the hotel is far from 5ka.

I spent a week at this hotel at the end of the season on October 16-23. The sea was still warm, and the weather did not disappoint either. The service is excellent, the cleaning is regular, constantly or the restaurant or cafes in the hotel or on the way to the beach are open. The beach is beautiful, the pier is for babysitting. There is a sauna, a sauna, etc. in the basement. I want to come back here again.
