Zena, although it was declared as a five-star resort, against the background of real 5***** the hotels in Belek, Side, Alanya, where they rested with children as they "grew up", looked quite modest.
Positive: beautiful, well-groomed green area; excellent spa; beautiful tan and wonderful sea (actually, it's worth coming here for this); good beach, free sun beds and places under an umbrella / awning have always been. Meals in general for 4, outdoor grill and Turkish cuisine days for 5. Free Wi–Fi - confident in the lobby area, weak in the rooms.
Of the cons: stuffiness in the room; the roar of animation of neighboring hotels ("And from our window the Red Square is visible!" And from our window – five hotels a little. And this, alas, is not a joke). Queues for ice cream. Smoking was allowed throughout the hotel, so the Turks smoked right into their noses in the restaurant, near the pool, and in the amphitheater on the evening program. When asked not to smoke in the presence of children, they aggressively stated: "This is my country, and I can and will smoke wherever and whenever I want!" The conflict was extinguished along with another cigarette, but an unpleasant aftertaste remained.
The hotel has a systemic problem with air conditioning, as a result, the rooms and corridors are very stuffy, especially on the 3rd floor. The window and balcony overlooked the pool of a strange hotel, near which the sports and cultural life of the neighbors was in full swing. The music was blaring from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to midnight. The parents of two babies (1 and 3 years old), who were placed in the same room before us, admitted that after 4 days they were ready to escape from Xena: there was no way to put the kids to sleep either in the afternoon or in the evening. They were seriously afraid that their son's first word would be "Valera!" – it was this heartbreaking song that was played that summer in the hotel opposite five times a day. Fortunately, they were moved to the quiet side, but my son and I had nothing to hope for: we were doomed to listen to animators who involved guests in activities in all hotels at the same time. It was impossible to stay in silence in the room.
The beach is pebbly, painless entry / jump into the sea – only from the pier. The sea in Kemer is excellent, warm, and affectionate. There were no big waves, but the current was quite strong, quickly drifting towards the neighboring beaches.
Nice spa. Hammam, sauna, indoor pool are available to all vacationers for free. Cool, though expensive, massages.
The animators tried to diversify the leisure time of the guests, inviting them to water aerobics, darts, beach volleyball, archery in the afternoon. Evening programs are mainly performed by visiting artists: from Ethiopian acrobats and Latin American dancers to the Caucasus Ensemble. On our own, only the ubiquitous Mister Zena passed with us. The Estonian won.
Each club dance was accompanied by the choral mantra "I love Zena!" And teenagers at the same time changed love to f..k. And that says a lot, doesn't it?

I was at this hotel from 08.0821 to 08/12/2021. A responsive and very good bartender (I'll try to post a photo). Well-maintained green area. Good food and rooms where towels were changed every day. Great animation. If anything, I would come here to rest again. Most likely, this is a family hotel for a leisurely holiday. Day of the sea with tuna (photo posted) P.S. I want to go to this hotel again! And this is me on the beach)))

Nice hotel. We rested here in August 2021. Among the advantages are a green area, clean sea and a pier. But we did not give money at the reception upon check-in and we were given a room with a view of another hotel, apparently rooms with a view of the pool and the sea are given for an additional fee. One of the disadvantages is free Wi-Fi only in the lobby, when you go on a tour for the whole day, they do not give lunch boxes and rooms that are too small. There were 2 adults and 2 children and it was very crowded. There are family rooms, but there are very few of them and they are always occupied, even for an additional fee. Overall, the hotel is a solid 4 plus.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2021 with a friend! I really liked the hotel. The hotel is not very big, but very cozy! The room was on the second floor with a view of the neighboring hotel. They gave us a room right away, although we were a little late for lunch, but we didn't stay hungry. The sea is great, it's a two-minute walk away! There is a pier, for those who like to dive in the sea, this is another plus! The food is varied, very tasty, now the food is served by the staff, but that would be denied something, there is no such thing! They apply as much as you want! Food lovers, so don't be afraid that you will stay hungry...The staff is very friendly and helpful. Currently, everything has been done for the safety of vacationers. Body temperature is checked both at the entrance to the hotel and the restaurant. Disinfectants are everywhere: at the entrance, on every table....All the staff are wearing masks and gloves.Outsiders are not allowed in the hotel. They did massage, professional massage therapists. we advise you to go to the sauna and hammam upon arrival, be sure to do a massage after that, the tan sticks better....And there's also a volleyball court, I'm a volleyball fan, I really liked it...Animators work for 5... with both children and adults. In general, the hotel corresponds to its top five. Go ahead, you won't regret it!

The hotel is comfortable! We settled into a room opposite the neighboring hotel. They have a compressor running all night. It is impossible to sleep with an open balcony. They gave another number at the reception (for free), apparently they know this problem. Breakfasts and lunches are monotonous: omelet with sausage, omelet with tomatoes, scrambled eggs, pancakes. Soups of 2 types (chechechitsa - "nothing to worry about"!). Yes, okay with "you won't starve"! Well, in the evening: dinners are a "fairy tale", especially for fish lovers (tuna baked in salt), lamb on a grill, mini kebabs, there were rolls, seafood. Fruits are abundant! The territory of the hotel is all in greenery! The bars work very clearly! Everyone will get ice cream! The sea is amazing, clean, warm. Even in the pool, the water is colder. Only the "invitees of excursions" get bored. You can rest once! The staff is friendly.

We had a rest in September 2019. The rooms are in terrible condition. The furniture is shabby. All the doors are creaking. There's mold on the tile in the bathroom. We also asked other vacationers, the same thing in their rooms. The food is 3+ , but on vacation I want at least 4+.

We rested at the hotel from 10.09, 12 days, the rooms are not cleaned from the word at all, maybe I would not have noticed if I only slept in the room, but since my hair was climbing a lot, I had to collect them by hand. The bed has not been changed all the time, water is brought to the room once a day, but they may forget to bring it.The food is monotonous, potatoes and pasta - these dishes are in different preparations, as for meat, then one kind, it's chicken, there was a variety of food only twice a week, fish day and Turkish night, fruits, apples and watermelon, melon was given at lunch and in the evening, alcohol is generally disgusting, beer and it is possible to drink a couple of cocktails. Do not be hungry, because of the advantages, they make pizza and bake tortillas from 11-16. Crazy queues for food, it's just terrible, the staff is very slow, and there simply aren't enough of them, they save on everything in full. There are no mattresses on the beach, according to the words of the pandemic at this hotel, the rest of the hotels do not have a pandemic, plus all this, the sun beds, most of them are broken, there are no free places on the beach at 9.00 am. The village itself is small, beautiful, and cozy. Animators, lively ones, they get credit! The contingent at the hotel are people of the adult and very adult generation, and families with children. Young and middle-aged people have nothing to do from the word at all!, if only they want to sleep all the days for as long as they arrived!!!Even a compliment from the hotel on your birthday, it's a complete horror, 0.3 wines and fruits will be brought to the room, a variety of haha (pear, apple and banana). All I liked was a well-groomed small area, you walk through it to the sea, pizza and tortillas, but it's not worth the money! And this hotel is far from 5, but a weak 4, because there is a comparison in this village with another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel!!!

We were at the hotel from September 06 to September 16, 2021. Only the staff wears masks in the hotel. Of the vacationers, only I and a few others. No one requires wearing masks.
Positive points:
- well-groomed territory;
- proximity to the beach;
- attentive staff;
- the rooms are clean;
Negative points:
- rooms overlooking the pool are exposed to loud music from 09.00 to 23.00, siesta is not possible;
- the food, to be honest, is not very good. Grilled fish are just pork rinds. The food is monotonous. There was nothing from seafood;
- the furniture in the rooms is old, there are only 4 hangers in the closet in a 2-bed room;
- plumbing needs repair.
The hotel corresponds to a maximum of 4 stars and that's a stretch.
Apparently, Covid has influenced this in Turkey, and the stars and prices have risen, and the service has decreased.

The hotel is frankly not the best, although it claims to be 5 stars. Sun beds on the beach are a separate topic.. they are made of hard plastic, all broken and there are no mattresses on them.
In the dining room , if you do not come to the opening , you may not see anything at all. There are very few service personnel, and even those are not very efficient and friendly, they put food on a plate as if they were stealing. It's the same story at the bar.. There's no cognac and I'm out of whiskey. You can still write a lot of "good things" about this hotel. Of course, no one spoiled our rest, just a statement of facts. October 2021.

Be careful with the local photographer. He stole things before we left.
A guy worked here, introduced himself as Tolga.
From the first day, when he saw our equipment for shooting, he stuck, he began to impose himself. I was constantly finding it, sitting down, trying to get in... we, being non-conflicting, could not immediately send it. As a result, I was constantly rubbing myself, it was annoying... It turned out - I was sniffing around.
On the last morning, when they were filming, he went to the bag with the equipment (it was already packed for the road, we shot the last shots so that the camera could be removed in the same case) like "sat down and watched what we were doing.".. as a result, already at the airport we missed two lenses, a go-pro, and a manual stabilizer. They wrote a statement to the police.
On the third day, when we returned, our friends who stayed there wrote to us, saying that Tolga walks openly with our stabilizer, takes it off. When asked when he managed to buy it, he behaved inappropriately, shouting in Turkish.
In short, be careful, guys. They steal here.

We had a vacation in May 2019 with a child of 11 months. I really liked the hotel. The territory is amazing, everything is thought out, pools, slides, Playground.Great animation. The food is excellent!!! We liked everything, we'll go again next time!!!! But, it's not a 5, but rather a great 4!!!! There is no luxury, but everything is very convenient, tasty and safe!!! I recommend it for a family vacation!!!!
