We were satisfied with the rest!
The rooms are as from the picture, modern and clean , cleaning every day, always replenishing tea/coffee, sugar, water.
Food for 4* decent : for a delicious breakfast: freshly baked waffles , scrambled eggs with cheese , the rest according to the standard, porridge eggs.
For dinner, barbecue is grilled on the terrace, delicious. There is no choice of fish dishes at all, one dish a day, but every day is different and very tasty. But a large selection of meat dishes and a separate huge plus for aldente vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, well, a couple) Special attention is paid to desserts , a good selection and incredibly delicious .
In the evenings, on the ground floor, you can smoke a hookah (not very useful) and listen to live music (playing the violin, singing, sometimes belly dancing), movies are shown on the beach on a projector.
There is a free transfer to the nearest shopping center, it is small, but you can buy souvenirs, there is H & M and Sephora, currency exchange at the normal rate.

In 20 years of my active travels, this is the most terrible place of so-called rest. You are promised 4 stars, which are cooler than 5 stars in Turkey, you are promised a private beach, excellent service and all inclusive at the highest level. Don't believe this bullshit. In fact, you fall into a trap where you are manipulated as they want. Hindu service workers who work hard sweep food off the table in your face and onto the floor with rags, food is lying on the floor, no one cleans up, people are eating. There are no toothbrushes, no pastes, no toilet brush). You have to demand and explain everything painfully, even though they have English as their native language, which means they just pretend they don't fully understand you. Everything is included, it's generally a laugh- they give you a can of beer for 1 person, if you want two, you need the 2nd person to fit) the glasses in the beach bar are stripped, the homeless will refuse to drink from them, or in paper bags that will leak after 2 minutes. Alcohol is so-so, except for gin, beer and rose wine it is impossible to drink anything, such a drink, at best you will get off with heartburn. The food sucks, we ate fish once in 7 days, the rest is some kind of mess, filled with sauce, stuffed into myself and pray that I don't throw up afterwards.24/7 construction on all 4 sides and attention, this is not an exaggeration. Heavy machinery is digging, hammering, driving, leveling, rattling from morning to morning. You're going to get brainwashed for your 7 days of rest, like you did in the ring for 12 rounds with Tyson. You swim in a puddle called a pool and a bulldozer or a dump truck or an excavator is driving 10 meters away. The most important spit and mockery is that you bought a beach within walking distance, you arrive and they give you a check-in paper in your teeth, "the beach is closed, but has no one notified you?". You go in and look at the closed beach and there all the equipment drives into the bay, all the fuel oil and gasoline flows down there, huge spots float. I don't envy those who will swim there later, this beach should be closed according to sanitary standards for at least a year. Like they organized some kind of shabby minibuses to another hotel on the beach. In fact, no one follows this schedule, they drive randomly. A crowd of deceived people is standing outside in the heat, without benches, without water, waiting for this sucker truck. Pregnant, lame, with children, not children - I don't care, just stand and wait. Then the whole crowd elbows into the bus to take seats and goes to the long-awaited beach in another hotel. You're almost an outcast on someone else's beach, you can't literally go anywhere except the sea and a sunbed. You can just go to the pool for a swim, you can't sit, you can't use the local bar. They've set up some kind of kiosk on the beach in a corner, and now you're dragging yourself there to get some water, and you're also standing in line. We organized some kind of lunch in the heat of 30+. Oh, there's a song in general: mackerel-flavored hot dogs, lettuce, rice, sometimes some kind of cutlets. And on someone else's beach, the main thing is not to lie around, otherwise the last bus is at 18.00, otherwise walk on foot, past construction sites, in the heat. We skipped 2-3 buses in the evening just to get on it. Maybe this is normal in Mumbai. All these pleasures for your quarter of a million. No one will transfer you anywhere to another hotel, no one needs you, pay the money and be patient. Citizens, do not tolerate this, apply to the courts for jurisdiction, your rights have been violated, and you have received substandard services. I'm waiting for the transfer and finally home, to go through this mess.

Our review is for those who are considering this hotel for their vacation.
The hotel is located on the artificial Marjan peninsula, it is quite shallow and there are no waves, which is an advantage for families with children and those who do not like waves.
The hotel itself is conceptually family-run, quiet, not youth-oriented, there are no discos and show programs, but there is a children's club
There are many elderly Europeans (mostly Germans) as well as the former USSR.
There are walking and jogging paths near the hotel, a 10-15-minute walk to the side of the exit from the peninsula there are 2 playgrounds and an embankment, we walked every day,
There is a cafe and ice cream on the second site.
There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the nearest al Hamra shopping center (there at 13:30 and back at 16:00)
There are no branded shops there. There is a grocery store, you can buy pineapples and mangoes.
The food is quite varied, everything is edible, everyone praises pizza and we are no exception. There are fruits (apples, bananas, oranges, tangerines, grapes, grapefruits, pears, watermelon, kiwi, melon - not edible). There are enough places, but when there is a cue ball in the hotel, everyone will not sit down, sometimes you have to wait.
The room stock is new, clean, cleaning every day, clean well, bring water and change towels.
The room can be taken on either side as the peninsula and the sea are visible everywhere.
The beach is sandy, big enough, there are enough sun beds for everyone. There is a volleyball court, football, trampoline, bar, beach towel service, water sports (motorcycles)
The sea is high, in May it warms up to 27-28
Turtles were seen in the sea of living creatures this year, and so there are fish, crabs, cuttlefish, someone saw a small octopus, there were no jellyfish.
There is a heated swimming pool on the territory, shallow max. depth of 1.4 meters
There is a children's pool, but without heating.
From the cons in our opinion
There are stairs in the hotel only in case of fire and it will not work to move along it, all movements to the room and back are an elevator, although there are 6 of them, but there are not a few people living, you have to wait and it was a little annoying.
The cleaning staff speaks very little English. Sometimes I had to explain on my fingers. Also, be prepared for the fact that if you specify not to disturb you (you or your children will go to bed at lunch), and at this time you should have cleaning, you will definitely get a phone call from the reception desk and ask when you can come and clean up.
Otherwise, everything was great, the staff is all friendly and tries to help in any situation.

The hotel is good in principle but:

Excellent hotel, good solid food 4! With desserts there are some problems with fruits too, but meat and pizza from the oven is something!!! Very tasty!!! A lot of different drinks are also delicious.
The hotel itself is new, the rooms are clean and modern, there are always sun beds on the beach, the basik is too small, but after lunch there is somewhere to hide.
The hotel has a shuttle service to Dubai Mall, it costs twice as much as a taxi, convenient if you want to see the city. There is a promenade near the hotel, in the evening to walk a couple of km, great in general.
The sea is high, calm, everything is clean, new. Definitely recommend it!

We had a rest in September 2022. I liked everything very much. Delicious varied food, a clean beautiful hotel, a beautiful cool pool, several bars with drinks, one of them on the beach (which is very convenient), rooms are cleaned every day (the only thing they save on accessories and towels, so they had to ask, but they gave everything), the beach is large, clean, very beautiful (here the minus is only people who occupy sun beds for the whole day at 6 in the morning, but are not present on them and from this they had to constantly walk to the very end of the beach with a stroller in the heat of 40 degrees to find a free sunbed, not tied with a handkerchief🤦♀️), convenient location of the hotel (the peninsula is purely resort, there are only hotels on it parks and embankments), very polite staff, everyone treats children well. The room was vacated by us 2-3 hours before departure. Naturally, we did not do this, we never even used it, since there is enough in the hotel, but no one wanted to listen to us and did not give our suitcases until we paid for it. Naturally, we paid because we had to leave, we didn't have time to argue with them and they took advantage of it. Moreover, the manager came up with the price on the fly and said $ 100.

Our room numbers are 221, 220, 202, 447. To say that the hotel sucks is to say nothing at all . The food is terrible from the word at all, for the first time I see soy meat being given in hotels, for example, today for a meat dinner: one dish of meat in sauce and then with bones, some minced chicken with vegetables with mashed potatoes mixed, soy meat, pasta bolognese and that's it.... No fish, no chicken, no cutlets for you....NOTHING, fruits to choose from every day (breakfast, lunch, dinner ) these are 2-3 options ( watermelon, melon, apple or orange ) , the queues for food are huge starting from the very opening of the dining room , and if you come an hour before closing , so as not to stand at the food , you will finish some leftovers , because no one supplements the distribution with food , the waiters work poorly , behind the appliances and you need to use napkins to approach yourself and look for these devices .The territory of the hotel is small , there is only one pool and it looks more like a paddling pool.. Of course, we read reviews about this hotel and realized that this is not a 5-star hotel in which we used to relax, but that it would be so terrible, we could not even think. We flew with two children aged 5 and 2. We took a hotel transfer (minibus) from the airport and drove for about an hour and a half. There are Russian-speaking girls at the reception, they will always help. A hotel without a territory, a beach and in general that's all, you can walk along the beach to other hotels. Number: we asked for a room on the upper floors, they gave us the 3rd floor, but it is high, and very successful as it turned out, corner, large balcony, suitcases were put there) The view is amazing, indeed all the rooms have sea views, we had towards the beach, it is considered a quiet side, on the other side of the island- the highway-it will be noisy, but beautiful sunsets and an open bay, you need to ask for a high floor. The rooms are clean, modern, we had one double bed and a sofa that folds out, there was enough space for everyone. There is a kettle, tea and coffee, which are not replenished until you ask, water and towels as well) Unfortunately, on the penultimate day of rest, they noticed a bug, one, they did not see it anymore, they said at the reception it was not a bug)) well, OK) they didn't change the number anymore. Also be vigilant- do not leave valuables in the room, my husband's wedding ring chain is missing, we have never had this experience before, it's better to hide everything in a suitcase, not in a safe! Immediately after the disappearance, the cleaner herself disappeared, the next day another one was already cleaning, is it a coincidence? Of course, the chain was not found. My tunic is missing, it may have flown away)) I don't know) Children's room: there is a failure here, no cars, no dolls, no houses, no children's kitchen - everything is there - something that does not need to be cleaned for children! And there are only screens on which you can play, and consoles, there is also a room with soft mattresses, and a room for crafts, the children were interested in the first 15 minutes there. They lock the room with a key so that the children do not leave, you can leave a child from the age of 4. Beach: the beach is beautiful - on the right - Wi-Fi catches, on the left-fewer people- there is no Wi-Fi!) the beach is white- not sand- a small shell, so it is advisable for children to have slippers- otherwise their feet will be cut, crabs go hunting in the evening, you can accidentally step on and get hurt. There is a lifeguard on the beach - you can contact him, he will treat the wound! The water is very salty- it holds perfectly, plus 38, it was only possible to stay in the water, we were on the beach from 8-11, we left in the heat, came at 16-19, it was already comfortable in the evening, it was a pleasure to swim, we had never swam so much on any vacation, super! There are starfish, crabs, jellyfish (without tentacles), fish in the water, in general, beauty! There are enough sun beds, they were always free, there are a lot of them, and the hotel was fully loaded. The restaurant: of course, there is a collapse here, there are sooo many people, they came for breakfast at 7, there were few people if there was a guard later)) For breakfast- eggs, yoghurts, buns, watermelon, waffles, etc. Lunch is either at the beginning or at the end to come, there are always queues, dinner came later, by 20:30 it was already free, and so of course, you need to make a food point on the beach to unload the restaurant. It wouldn't be bad. By food- there is little meat, usually 2-3 types, everything is usually spicy, a lot of different pasta, fruits-2 types, banana once in 9 days, watermelon, melon, grapefruit, tangerine 1 time was, in general, scarce, cakes-cakes are delicious. But basically everything was mostly delicious. Tea, coffee, water are available. There are no teaspoons, you need to go to the bar every time to ask for these unfortunate spoons so that the children can eat soup. There are no dessert forks. Well, in general, in such a heat, it is desirable to have a refrigerator with water available, every time you stand in line on the beach for a glass, such a thing.... We took everything inclusive, alcohol from 12, wine was so-so, we didn't drink much, cocktails were normal. Ice cream is paid, as well as tasteless ice at lunch and dinner. From fun sun we went on an excursion to Dubai, a sightseeing tour, with a rise to the 52nd floor of palm jumeirah, dinner on a boat, we lost half a day on shops, oils, creams, perfumes in a trip, some kind of shop tour, for $ 275 In general we rested well, flew to the sea, swam, but I don't want to come back here anymore.

A great hotel for both families with children and couples. In the hottest season it was comfortable because the hotel is located on a draughty island.
Everything is clean, the staff is excellent, responsive. The food was also arranged - a large selection. What surprised me was that gluten-free sweets were present, which may be important for some. The only thing that can upset is the density of people in the pool. But we went out at 7 in the morning and bathed comfortably until 10-11.

We had a vacation with my husband and daughter from January 11 to January 18, 2024.
This hotel caused me extremely contradictory emotions. I will tell you in detail about the pros and cons.
Let's start with the cons ...
1. The biggest disadvantage of our vacation is that my daughter and I caught rotavirus there on the 5th day of rest. Despite the fact that we did not leave the hotel anywhere. I suffered tolerably, but my 6-year-old daughter suffered with severe vomiting, diarrhea, high fever, a doctor's call to the hotel, an antiemetic injection, and other drugs. It has already been 2 days since we arrived, my stomach still hurts periodically, we are being treated.
2. The second most important disadvantage is food and alcohol. Everything is very monotonous, there is no children's table. During the entire stay, there were never, for example, French fries, nuggets were 1 time, there were no children's soups, just boiled chicken or fish, everything with spices, in batter, fried, etc., and this is a children's hotel. Locally produced alcohol, pina colada and tequila sunrise are tolerable from cocktails, the rest is disgusting, especially rum cola, I don't know what kind of rum, but it's not possible to drink. The beer is good. From children's drinks, soda (my daughter does not drink them, so we flew over here), packaged juices, no freshly squeezed, no milkshakes, ice cream is only paid, only 2 types of fruit ice/ sorbet were included in the "all inclusive", our little ice cream lover did not eat it, so once a day we bought normal ice cream. Waffles were made for breakfast, but we constantly had to wait for them, as they were disassembled quickly, like pizza, not for long, but we waited. One of the advantages is beef, soft, juicy, with delicious gravy. The assortment of fruits is very meager, melon, grapefruit, sometimes watermelon. Wonderful kitchen workers, upon request, gave bananas, which saved my daughter, as this was the only thing she could eat at least a little after prolonged vomiting.
3. And another minus for us, but a plus for those with very young children, is evening entertainment. After 21:00-22:00, deafening silence falls on the territory of the hotel. Even the guests are not allowed to sing, listen to music and have fun, they immediately come up and ask to create silence. For those with babies and lights out at 21:00, this is a plus, but for us it was a minus, it was incredibly boring. In the evenings there was live music, the girl sang, she sang very beautifully, but too quietly, the administrator repeatedly approached her and told her to sing even quieter, as a result she barely purred. The saxophonist also played, he played amazing, but he also had to try very hard to play quieter, which is extremely difficult on this instrument. Only one day the music was playing loudly, it was Monday, and it was great, people finally started dancing and having fun.
4. Small unpleasant little things ...

a).A broken shower hose from which water was gushing, we did not ask to change it, since we mostly washed under a rain shower.
b).There are no bathrobes, slippers and a hygiene kit in the bathroom.
c). A hair dryer with a sunken power button, I had to make efforts to dry my hair.
d). The constant hum and whistling from the wind between the balcony and the entrance doors, the balcony was unrealistically difficult to open and close and did not close tightly, from which there was a whistling and a hum of wind between the cracks in the doors.
e). The extra bed for my daughter was a folding sofa, it was so hard that it was impossible to sleep on it It's like on the boards. But due to the fact that our bed was large, the three of us slept on it, it saved the situation, in a tight space, but not in offense.
f). The kettle. After boiling water in it, it tasted like burnt wires, spoiling the taste of tea.
With the cons, everything seems to be fine. Let's move on to the pros ...
1). The beach. It's always clean. Although not just sand, but with small ground shells, but it is comfortable and children play, build castles. The water in the sea is warm, even in the middle of January, although many people were afraid that there would be a cold sea, it is not so, swimming is fresh, but comfortable. There are always enough sun beds. There is an outdoor shower on the beach. As well as a toilet and two enclosed shower stalls, which is very convenient. There is an all-inclusive kiosk bar, alcohol from 12 o'clock, and soft drinks before that time. The air temperature in the afternoon was about 25-28, the sun was warming with a bang, giving a wonderful tan. 2 animator girls come to the beach, turn on music and dance incendiously with those who wish.
2). The number. Comfortable, bright, cozy, clean. The bed is big, the mattress is just a fairy tale, like sleeping on clouds, even my eternally aching back has never hurt, SUPER! The balcony is very spacious, two chairs and a table. And the view from the balcony deserves the 1st place on the pedestal. We had a room with a sea view, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, the sunsets are mind-blowing! A TV with various channels, as well as from YouTube, plus you can connect a TV with a phone, turn on any movie on the phone, and watch it on a large screen, it is very convenient. And since the wifi in the hotel is fast and powerful, there are no problems with the Internet. The only thing is that video communication via messengers does not work, but it is everywhere in the UAE, messengers are prohibited by law.
The room has a safe and a small refrigerator (mini bar), empty, but even it is beautiful))
3). Entertainment for children.
A child in this hotel will definitely not get bored! There is a children's club where two amazing, good-natured and caring girls work. In this club, you can leave your child under supervision, or stay with him there together. There's a lot of fun for the kids. There is also a playground, slides, swings, classics and more on the street. At the entrance to the beach there is a large inflatable trampoline, children cannot be pulled out from there, they have fun there, jump, play hide-and-seek.
4). Pools. There are really only two of them, one is for children, the second is shared. The children's room is small, but there is enough space. A huge plus is that there is a canopy over the children's pool that protects the kids from the sun. The water in both pools is heated to 29 degrees, very warm and pleasant. The communal pool is large, I saw that water aerobics was carried out there.
5).Staff. I am writing under the 5th point, although they deserve the 1st place everywhere and in everything. EVERYONE, ABSOLUTELY ALL the hotel staff are incredibly friendly. It feels like you've come to rest with friends! The tables are cleaned quickly in the restaurant, the chefs are always smiling at the distribution, special thanks to the guy at the distribution with spaghetti, he heated spaghetti for his daughter without additives and sauces, only such she ate. They are trying to help in everything! The maid is very friendly, cleaned perfectly every day, always with a smile. At the reception, after learning that my daughter was feeling unwell, as an exception, they extended the room before departure, without taking a penny. The guys at all the bars are amazing, they work fast and on the positive side. In general, not a single employee left a negative impression! Well done, keep it up! By the way, there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, cheerful, friendly, quickly and clearly solves all issues, trying to please all guests as much as possible.
6). Pleasant little things.
Spacious lobby. There are many cozy and comfortable tables in the restaurant.
Well, just to the information without pros and cons ...
and).Without a room card, you will not be able to go up to your floor. And with your key, you can only get to your floor, not to other floors. This is not very convenient, since making friends with someone, you cannot visit each other unaccompanied, but on the other hand, this is increased security!
b).Alcoholic beverages from 12:00 to 24:00.
All-inclusive meals from 6:00 to 22:00. Breakfast is served from 6:00 to 10:30. Lunch is from 12:30 to 15:00. Dinner from 18:30 to 22:00.
c).The day before departure, a letter with all information about departure and transfer will be thrown under your door.
d). Smoking is not allowed in the room, even on the balcony. It is allowed only on the street, in specially designated places, there are plenty of them there.
Despite the large number of advantages, the disadvantages are very significant for me personally. I will definitely not return to this hotel myself, but I think many people will like it, it all depends on the needs and requests.

We had a rest during the autumn holidays in late October, early November 2024 with a family of 5 people - 2 adults, 3 children.
We flew on a regular flight to Dubai without delay.
The transfer was a group one. At first they said that there would be a transfer from the hotel, but in the end they put me on another bus. We waited for him for half an hour, exactly in the heat, among other working buses under umbrellas in the parking lot. It's an hour and thirty minutes to the hotel.
The return transfer to the airport was by the hotel minibus. We were being driven by 2 other families.
Check-in.
Check-in at the hotel is at 15:00. We arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m., our suitcases were taken to a separate room, like everyone else's. You can then ask to come in to get the right things if you didn't take them right away. They had not given the room before for any money, in any way, even though they had three children, one of them was an infant. They put on bracelets, gave us cards for towels, took our phone number for Whatsapp messages about room readiness, we changed our clothes and went to the pool. The exclusive of their arrival day begins with lunch at 12:30-15:00.
Our room was a Junior suite with a view of the pool and the sea. There is also a sea on the other side of the hotel, as the hotel is located on a peninsula, but there is also a noisy road. The peninsula is just being built up. There is emptiness on both sides of the hotel. There is a construction site on the side of the road opposite the hotel, but you can hardly hear it.
The room has a double bed, a one-and-a-half-bed pull-out sofa and, upon request, we were given a cot, more like a laundry cart.
There is a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a safe (we did not use it), an iron with ironing board, a hair dryer, a TV (it did not work for us), and air conditioning (turns off when you open the door to the balcony). The light control in the room is touch-sensitive.
The territory of the hotel.
We can say that it does not exist. The pool and the beach are all there.
Food.
At the entrance to the restaurant, they ask what your room is. While there is no room, you say that you have just arrived, there is no room. If you don't stop to answer about the number, no one is running after you. The reviews say that they won't let you in a second time. Being with three children, we cruised back and forth several times for each meal and no one stopped us once. We ate once, though, during all this time of walking, but I don't think anyone is particularly watching this.
The food is not Egypt or Turkey, of course. But you won't stay hungry. For breakfast, yoghurts, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, Viennese waffles (they are often followed by a queue), sausages, various fresh buns, fresh vegetables, fruits (green bananas, watermelons, sometimes even ripe, greenish oranges, melon with carrot crunch, unripe kiwi). The coffee beans in the vending machines are delicious, tea bags, the children said normal milk, juices from a large container - poisonous yuppie tastes. Cola , sprite, fanta, packaged juices on the bar in the restaurant. For lunch, pasta, potatoes, rice, meat and chicken. Also vegetables, fruits. But due to the huge number of vacationers, hot dishes are placed the same in two places each and in fact the choice turns out to be small. In the evenings, chicken kebabs or cutlets are sometimes grilled on the grill outside. The rest is like lunch. There is no such abundance of sweets as in Turkey and Egypt, but this is for the best. Ice cream is normal only for money. For lunch, they give a pathetic semblance- ice with a distant taste of something.
There are two paid restaurants. They get a 20% discount on arrival, like. We didn't go.
Beach.
The beach is sandy and seashell. The shell is split, sharp. Some people wear corals.
The beach is more or less clean, of course there are cigarette butts, but this is a question for uncultured vacationers.
At low tide, you can see starfish buried in the sand.
On the beach there is a volleyball court, several hammocks, an inflatable trampoline, and a soccer field.
Bars.
There are 3 of them - in the lobby, by the pool and on the beach (trailer). Alcohol is bottled from 12:00. We didn't drink, I can't appreciate it. I've seen them give me canned beer.
If you have a birthday during your stay at the hotel, they will bring a piece of cake to the room with the signature Happy Birthday (but you need to tell the reception about this, they do not track it themselves).
Animation.
They don't like animation in the Emirates, but this hotel has it. Weak, but there is. After breakfast, they exercise on the beach, play with children in the pool, throw octopuses at them, you need to collect them from the bottom. Then something like aqua aerobics for everyone. There is also water aerobics on the beach. On the beach, volleyball through the net, dancing in the evening every day is different, yoga. But no one calls for all this, so you will find it if you only look for it yourself. At 20:00 there is a children's disco in the children's room. In the evenings, hookah is smoked by the pool (for money). The evening animation is either a saxophone or a voiceless singer, a mountain magician came once. They play music at the pool bar.
The pool is small for so many people. There is a separate children's room under the awning, but it is colder than an adult. Small children are only allowed in diapers to swim in any pool. There are few sun loungers, not enough for everyone. There is no sun on the pool after 15 o'clock. We need to look for sun loungers on the beach, but there was nothing that we did not find. The sun sets around 17:45. There are no sunsets in sight, the sun is setting behind the hotel. If you look at the sea, it seems that this is a lake, because the strait is not visible to the Persian Gulf. From above, from the balcony of the room, you can see where the strait into the bay is. The water is muddy. At low tide, there are starfish, many crustaceans in shells running around of different sizes. My husband swam with a mask once, saw a large turtle.
The last three days of our stay were terribly humid, foggy in the morning. The windows in the whole hotel were fogged up, and the mirrors in the room too.
For children.
There is a children's room, a playground near the pool, a children's pool under an awning, high chairs in the common restaurant, an inflatable trampoline on the beach.
Cleaning.
Beds are made, shampoo / balm / shower gel / soap are topped up.
They fold the towels. They change it if you throw it on the floor. Sometimes they put less than they took away, but they report without problems. They bring bottled water.
In general, the hotel is 3+. For a relaxing budget holiday with children. There are a lot of children. Couples will be bored here.
The staff is friendly, they respond to requests quickly enough and always with a smile, almost everyone understands Russian.

Sun loungers are always available, the bar is open from 10 to sunset, but alcohol is poured after 12 days. The only negative is that we arrived early and asked if possible to give us a room before 15, but even after 15 it was not ready. It was very unpleasant. But we changed the time of eviction. Instead of 12, it was extended to 13. The rest was a success. There is a children's room with 10-20 and in it children can be left alone from three years old. Up to three in the presence of adults.

A good hotel, we had a rest since December 4, 2023 with my husband and daughter 1-10. The weather was excellent around 30-27 degrees, it was hot in the sun. The food is normal, a delicious red fish casserole, I did not understand which one exactly. Watermelons, melons are greenish, grapes are delicious. The service is excellent, everyone speaks Russian. I was very upset by the beach with shells, I wanted white sand more, this is my flaw, I did not check and my tour operator did not say. There were algae floating in the bay.

We lived in room 505, 5th floor , entrance to the sunset road, better than the pool, the road does not interfere
with the advantages : a new hotel, price, private beach, all-inclusive system, sandy beach, convenient entrance to the sea for children.
of the minuses: remoteness, this is a hotel by the sea (more precisely, the bay) there is nothing in the vicinity))) the beach is big, but at the same time there is "nowhere to fall", as in Sochi in the season))) lots of kids, noisy. Food: lack of normal fish and sea products.
The cake was brought to the room for the child of friends, explaining only this possibility of congratulations (like even with an additional payment there are no other variations), while the Germans were later congratulated in a restaurant with songs and balloons....sediment...
Non-moral: food, you won't starve, there is a choice. Queues for food during rush hour))) It was delicious for me, not diverse for my husband. Meat: chicken, beef - often dry. One type of fish is baracuda, incomprehensibly cooked.
In general, the rest was good, the hotel did not disappoint us, because the disadvantages were taken into account and we knew about them, well, except for others.
