I really enjoyed the rest! We have been a family with an 11-year-old child since March 8, 2024. The food is great, the room is great, the heated pool, but it was already hot and not necessary. The sea is gorgeous! I would definitely like to come back

The cake was brought to the room for the child of friends, explaining only this possibility of congratulations (like even with an additional payment there are no other variations), while the Germans were later congratulated in a restaurant with songs and balloons....sediment...
Non-moral: food, you won't starve, there is a choice. Queues for food during rush hour))) It was delicious for me, not diverse for my husband. Meat: chicken, beef - often dry. One type of fish is baracuda, incomprehensibly cooked.
In general, the rest was good, the hotel did not disappoint us, because the disadvantages were taken into account and we knew about them, well, except for others.

The hotel left good memories of a vacation in the Emirate of Ras al Khaimah. Upon arrival, we were greeted by smiling hotel staff, helped with luggage, checked in ahead of time. We ate grilled tuna, squid with vegetables, sliced meat, delicious desserts and excellent coffee from coffee machines. From fruits honey melon, watermelon, grapes, apples, kiwi, oranges. There were always free sunbeds on the beach, it was hard to find them by the pool, but you can find them. Of the minuses: a small territory, there was not enough entertainment in the evening, there is also no opportunity to go out for a walk, there is a wasteland and a road everywhere. We had two vacations in this hotel in November 2021 and April 2023.The rooms are clean and cozy, cleaning every day. There are 2 swimming pools: adult and children. The restaurant took breakfast, dinner. We didn't go hungry. Buffet, everything is delicious. For example, delicious waffles are baked at breakfast. Pizza at dinners. Water was brought to the room in bottles. You can pour water in a restaurant into drinking bottles. I was at this hotel at the end of November 2023 and I can say the following:
Positive:
1) The hotel is beautiful, new and tidy.
2) Good and varied food
3) Cleaning and safety, you never worry about your things.
4) All rooms have a view, as there is water on both sides.
Minuses:
1) Poor sound insulation in the rooms
2) The reception staff is not the most responsive, there is no adapter from an Arabic outlet to a European one, there is no HDMI wire either, they give out 1 can of beer in ONE hand, that is, if you want to take beer on yourself and your wife, be kind enough to drag her with you.
3) A bad beach - there are bulls underfoot that are not cleaned, in the only toilet on the beach it feels like they are not cleaned at all.
4) The territory of the hotel is not there, as there are no places where you can walk outside the hotel.

It is quite difficult to unambiguously give any assessment or recommendation to the hotel.
It seems that everything is more or less, but it seems like a bunch of flaws (from minor to really annoying) that whisper that you no longer need to come here.
This is the sixth time we have been vacationing on Marjan Island.
We have been to the DoubleTree three times, once to the Marjan island resort (now Pullman), once to Movenpick and now to Hampton, so I have something to compare because all these hotels are located 200-400m from each other.
I will not write about the remoteness of the hotel, and the entire island from Dubai/Abu Dhabi, and indeed any civilization - I think those who travel here already know this. Dubai is 100 km away. The price for a taxi is 200aed one way (if you want to go yourself).
It is difficult to write something about the advantages of the hotel. Ie, you take something for granted (for example, that the hotel is new or that there are Russian speakers at the reception), and not as a plus, but what is not taken for granted, you attribute to the cons. There is no wow effect from anything.
For myself, from the "more positive", I highlighted that in public spaces the kondey is set up normally, and not in the cold. Although maybe now it's just such a season (the second half of April) that they don't turn on the air conditioner at full capacity. Also, the food in the restaurant is quite tasty and the set of dishes is quite diverse.
Many reviews write about the very friendly staff - I don't know, I haven't met them. I'm not picky myself and I'm friends with everyone like a capybara, but after reading the reviews about the staff, it was interesting to see. As a result, yes, the employees are not rude, they do not roll their eyes, but there is no friendliness either. It's just an ordinary job for people, ordinary, without a smile and cordiality. But there is an exception - the staff of the children's club. They are really friendly and smiling.
Catering is a tin can. Of the people you will see in the hall, only the person with the pizza manages to work. There is always a queue there, but it diverges as quickly as possible.
A person does not have time to eat waffles in the morning at all (in principle, it surprises me that so many adults line up for waffles in the morning). He has five baking machines that are separated by a rack with bread on the principle of "three machines - bread - column - two machines". As a result, there are two queues for these devices, which do not understand the principle of distributing waffles. A person is running, waffles are burning, the queue is angry, waffles are torn, etc. I.e. put all five baking machines next to each other and maybe the person at the distribution will have time to cook them so that they do not burn and distribute to everyone.
Similarly, a man at a barbecue on the street - for some reason he copes with grilled chicken chops and there is a stock of ready meals in the "tray", and when he cooks beef/ chiken kofta, then everything is a queue, lazy handing out two koftas in his hands (which are the size of a children's spinner).
Next, drinks - for any meal, there is a queue of "tubir" and "white Wine". It is poured mainly by one employee. Yes, he runs and tries, but if there were two of them, it would be more fun.
The waiters are just clearing the table. That's it. Again, if they had accepted a drink order, there would have been at least 1 less queue.
The arrangement of the dishes is probably correct from the point of view of logic. First the side dish, then the main course, then the salads. But from the point of view of logistics, we get a queue from the entrance again. While everyone is picking up the main dishes with a side dish, a crowd is gathering.
To the pile, I'm just wondering - why is there no cheese slices for a sandwich for breakfast? There are cubes of about 1.5-2cm side. But not in slices. I don't know what the logic is.
The pool is beautiful, but small. It is not designed for such a large number of people.
Rooms - ask for a view not of the pool, or a higher floor. Live music is played until 22-23 hours with a performer who does not fall into the notes.
Room cleaning - change towels (not always according to the number of guests) and make the bed.
It seems to me that we have never been vacuumed. When the shower gel and soap ran out, they asked for three days to top up.
The bed seems to be comfortable, but it creaks and at every "coup" begins to "worry" so that you feel like on a train, well, or on a waterbed in a forester's camp in the midst of logging.
The beach is a very sharp small shell rock, walking without shoes is not comfortable. Perhaps this is a problem on this side of the island, because in pullman it is similar, and in DoubleTree and Movenpick it is pleasant sand.
The popularity of the hotel is due to the lower price than, for example, the DoubleTree and Movenpick, but there are a number of compromises. You can go on vacation for 7-10 days, but you will hardly want to return. It seems like we have rested and are normal.
P.s. come either in May or in September. Because in April (even in the second half) the water in the sea is really cold (I advise you to compare it with September).
P.p.s. for 30+18 dirhams (round trip) you can take a taxi to al hamra mall and buy medicines / fruits / children's clothes are of very decent quality.

For a long time I chose a hotel where I would be comfortable. I came to the Emirates to celebrate my birthday. Visually I liked this one, I looked at the reviews and was very surprised by the comments about the monotonous breakfasts and the allegedly unpleasant sand at the bottom of the bay. I didn't notice anything like that at all. We rested for 7 days and for breakfast we offer 5 types of eggs in different versions, several types of cereals, salads, various pastries, all kinds of sauces and toppings, drinks, a lot of everything and they didn't get tired of the whole week.
Since this is an artificial island, there is not much sand there, when you go into the water, you feel the shells under your feet, the bay itself is the purest ... I admired it every minute of the time spent in it. There are always plenty of sun beds on the beach and by the pool, even if you come later, it's not difficult to find your place.
Drinking water by the pool costs 10AED. The on-site kitchen is delicious, exactly the one that is not included in all inclusive: pizza, bruschetta, salads, French fries, coffee.
Very nice and responsive girls at the reception, speak Russian well.
Our room overlooked the bay and the pool, sometimes we woke up to the sounds of entertainment on the beach that ride on the water. We cleaned the room every day, water, tea and coffee were always brought, and when we moved into the room, there was a sign on the bed with the name of the girl who cleans our service.
On my birthday, the hotel gave me a pie and two swans of towels were placed next to it, they didn't forget about it, it's so nice!
After 14:00 h, there is no sun by the pool anymore and we smoothly moved to the beach where there is plenty of sun. We took inflatable sunbeds on the territory of the hotel (free of charge) and swam on them. Rescuers are sitting everywhere and watching the vacationers. The beach is equipped with buoys.
This hotel has left very pleasant memories about itself and organized a perfect vacation for us! Every evening we listened to live music from the room and danced. There was not a single moment where we were upset about something, everything will be solved here and everything will be organized. Thank you!

Everything is super. If you look at it by Turkish standards, then this is a 5* hotel. The food was excellent, there were seafood, meat, duck, and turkey. One day there was one chicken. Sun loungers are always available, the bar is open from 10 to sunset, but alcohol is poured after 12 days. The only negative is that we arrived early and asked if possible to give us a room before 15, but even after 15 it was not ready. It was very unpleasant. But we changed the time of eviction. Instead of 12, it was extended to 13. The rest was a success. There is a children's room with 10-20 and in it children can be left alone from three years old. Up to three in the presence of adults.

The sea is great, without waves. One day the water was dirty, apparently some kind of discharge, but by the evening it had passed. The pool is one, common to all, type - "infinity" Lifeguards everywhere. Check-in is excellent. Eviction is fast. Cleaning - daily. But I had to ask for slippers. There is an iron with an ironing board. A teapot with a set of dishes. The refrigerator is small, but it was. It seems that the Shuttle took people to the nearest mall, but I didn't need it by car. For my son, a piece of cake in the room and the letters on the bed "Happy Birth day" were cut exactly like that)). The sound insulation is excellent. Only the neighbors were noisy at the end of their stay. Russian Russians are the main guests, Kazakhs (also communicate in Russian), there are few Germans. At the reception, I communicated in English and through a Google translator (I was served at the Hilton honors counter), although there seemed to be Russian speakers. But ours stands out very much like a cruise ship in the ocean. Nutrition: not bad, solid four. Drinks: beer in cans (Kaiser. Austria) Everything else is very decent. Beach: I really liked it. Big, white sand, smooth entry into the water. I recommend it with small children. There are always places on the sun beds, in the shade of growing palm trees. Employees: attentive, smiling and caring. Excursions: do not take from our tour operators. (If you count money, of course). To the left of the hotel entrance, there is an imposing guide who knows all languages. He has everything twice as cheap and quickly and well. Nearby: it's hot during the day, only at the hotel or on an excursion. In the evening: you can make a promenade along the embankment. There is a grocery store and a pharmacy within a 30-minute walk. Now we're going to lunch, then the sea, tomorrow home... My wife and I really liked it here. I recommend.

We rested in this hotel from 26.10.2023 to 04.11.23, three of us. The room is not bad, the beds and towels are boiling white, they were changed very quickly, there is a hairdryer, an ironing board and an iron, a refrigerator, a large TV, 2 Russian channels, but there is absolutely nowhere to dry things, there are 2 armchairs on the balcony and there is no rope. There is no territory at all, you go out right into a small pool, and then immediately into the sea.Annimation was both adult and child. Please note when booking that alcohol is allowed from the age of 21 and if your child is 20 years old, he will be wearing a children's bracelet.The food at the hotel is simply disgusting and monotonous, in addition to tasteless rice and pasta, they also give tasteless chicken and fish. Cool new hotel, located 1.5 hours from Dubai.The food is very tasty, the rooms are good, only the bed has already cracked and the pieces of wood creak if you toss and turn at night. There is a cheap supermarket 30 min walk away. Excursions were taken from @renat_uae. The sightseeing is rich, we also went to the zoo, the flower park and the global village. Lego Land is cool, but the price is very high, we took it with a water park, it's very small, but we had a good time one day. There are many different parks in one place, it might be better to combine Lego + another park in one day. The country is very promising and developed, we will definitely come again.

Pizza is baked right in front of you, the softest thin dough! Fruits: watermelons, melons, kiwis, oranges, apples, grapes, grapefruit, pineapples, dates! Alcohol on the all-inclusive system from 12 pm to 11 pm: delicious cocktails, Pina Colada, Tequila Sunrise, etc. Canned Amstel beer, dry red white wine, in general, everything you can wish for! The new rooms are equipped with a smart home system! Cleaning at the highest level! Everything is clean and shiny, bottled water is put in the room constantly and as much as you ask! Very cool hotel! The rooms are clean, comfortable, cleaning and change of towels, the room has everything you need (hairdryer, ironing board, tea and coffee set). The staff is sooooo friendly, always ready to help and come to the rescue! We took everything included and were satisfied with the food: a wide variety of food and drinks. The main thing is not to take the concept of breakfast - there are no cafes and food outlets near the hotel, there are no shops either! If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, get high on the beach, retire together - then definitely you are here! Dubai is an hour away by car, we took a personal guide - I am delighted! In a word, the vacation was unforgettable!
