From the good: the beach is close, delicious food, every evening cover artists / violin / oriental dancing by the pool. Every day transfer to a small shopping center a few km from the hotel. Friendly staff with quality service. Otherwise - a strong four.
Cons: the hotel is located on an artificial spit (peninsula) and "looks" inside a small backwater. Because of this, there are a number of disadvantages:
•Great wind blowing. It's even cool in the evening
•Silt on the bottom in bathing areas, because the water is almost stagnant
•the beach of ground seashell is very prickly
•after lunch, the sun hides behind the hotel building. Therefore, after 15.00 there is shade by the pool and on most of the beach
• lack of sun beds. Arrived after 10.00 - you will be left without a place. For 2-3 people, finding places nearby is not an option. I had to take sun loungers from 8.00- 8.30.
•Umbrellas. Each umbrella is designed for 4 sun beds. It's pretty cramped. There is only enough shade for two. And some of the sunbeds on the beach have no umbrellas at all.

The food is great, the view from the rooms is great too, the spa has a very good massage from Filipinos, but you have to bargain for a good price 💆♀️
I chose a hotel specifically with sports animation, but instead of 30 minutes, usually 20 minutes are occupied by all classes (yoga, aerobics, dancing), on Sunday (the girl had a day off), there was no exercise or yoga at all. The printed schedule turned out to be incorrect, the animator showed some of his program in electronic form with completely different classes, which was very frustrating, since it was an important point on the trip.
A cool gym, sauna and hammam are separate for girls and boys.

I had a rest in August 2023. The beach area is separated by a fence. Nearby, the land has been prepared for the construction of hotels. Landscaping is weak, but on the beach you can find a palm tree and place a rod under it. There were always places on the beach, there are free rods throughout the day. You can fish for sea stars, and crustaceans in shells. The room itself is clean, but the humidity is high, I turned off the air conditioner at night and opened the balcony, in principle it is comfortable. Every evening the show program was sung by a soloist and played by a musician on the sax! Relaxation is wonderful! If everything is included, then you can save on food, if you only took breakfast - then paying for dinners and lunches separately would cost more. There is practically nowhere to go on foot, you can only walk along the shore. but the beach is deserted, or a construction site. The nearest mall can be reached by bus from the hotel in 12-15 minutes. Basically, there are groceries and a few pharmacy stores, clothing, electronics in the mall. But it's better to go to Dubai - but it's already 1 hour and 20 minutes. Alcohol is served at bars from 12 to 24. There is a way out with alcohol" only with yourself who stays late. Two big night bars, but everything is paid - even if you have everything included. There are no discobars. The food restaurant is not very large, there may be no tables during rush hour. The rooms are clean enough, everything is brand new, fresh, not killed. There is everything you need coffee, tea, kettle, refrigerator, cream, sugar in the room. Also shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, body lotion. If you're burned out, then body lotion is a straight top. Relieves pain from burns. The territory of the hotel is small, but well maintained. The minus of a Dubai vacation is a minimum of fruits - melon, watermelon and oranges, and just little things. The cleaning is excellent, they didn't ask for much tips. The biggest disadvantage: the smell of excrement: these are families where small children pee in bed. If you feel the "aroma", immediately change the room, blankets. The staff meets you halfway and tries in every possible way to improve your holiday. Nearby, in a 10-minute walk there is a shop and a pharmacy, an embankment and a bunch of playgrounds. At the exit from this peninsula, there is a Mall, a taxi and a transfer from the hotel. Life hack, you can drive for free to the Dubai Mall from the guide, along the way, stopping at an outerwear boutique or jewelry (full divorce) for 20 minutes. Back, a big queue from the Mall to the hotel. Either economy or comfort.

Considering my low requests, I really liked the hotel itself. Of the minuses: the territory is small, everything is compact, there are no shops within walking distance (not counting the northern shops on the territory of the hotel itself).
The room is clean, daily cleaning. 2 swimming pools, one very small for kids under an awning, the second large with an area for older children, turning into a deep, bay view. Sun loungers at 8 am are available under umbrellas by the pool and on the shore of the bay. You can find it later, but without an umbrella. They give out towels. The beach line is long enough, there is no crush in the bay.
A pool bar, a kiosk serving drinks on the beach, 2 bars in the restaurant, a bar in the lobby of the hotel. I took all-inclusive, 3 meals a day, drinks: beer in a jar of Amstel, several cocktails, wine, spirits: tequila, gin, whiskey, vodka, rum, juices, cola-fanta, tea-coffee. The food is not the most diverse. Chicken, beef, fish -not every day, mussels, squid, pizza, chicken kebab for dinner, side dishes: rice, potatoes, fresh vegetables / steamed / stew, pasta, salads.
Free shuttle service to the nearest mall is very small. There is a supermarket, souvenirs, an exchange, clothes/shoes, accessories.
The staff is friendly, there are a lot of Russian speakers at the reception. The staff partially understands Russian. I do not know English, there were no problems with communication.
Children's room from 10 to 20, you can leave, but check in every hour. It has bizibords, tabletops, a TV, a room with soft obstacles for running, drawing, applications. My daughter is 7 years old, I like it. There is a gym and a spa, I did not go.
Animation is sparse. Water aerobics, exercises on the beach, yoga on the beach. In the evening, live music, dancing, artists (on different days belly dancing, dancers, violinist, I don't remember anymore). My daughter and I liked everything.

We went at the end of November 2023. Like it. The territory of the hotel is not very large. There is not enough greenery, the sun covers almost all areas in the air before lunch, then you can almost always find shade on the street. The pool is super, the Persian Gulf is too. I didn't really like that there are few places where children can run - only a small playground and a child room. You can only eat in the restaurant, for lunch/breakfast/dinner. If you want to have a snack, everything is paid. They pour it everywhere, in the bar - until midnight. A hotel in the Emirate where alcohol is allowed. There is nothing interesting near the hotel within walking distance, only the beautiful embankment. There are buses in the mall, they carry you for free.
In general, I would put 4. But I put 5 because I liked the price-quality ratio. And the weather, the velvet season, maximum +30, you don't burn. The water is 22-26 degrees. In the summer, friends went there - it was almost impossible to stick your nose out of the hotel after 10 a.m., it was +60 there.
And in winter, I recommend it. Ps: almost the whole hotel is Russian :)

There is a daily bus from the hotel to the shopping center (registration at the reception), where you can buy gifts (souvenirs, dates, etc.) at an affordable price. When we went on a tour in Dubai, the guide said that just all the souvenirs can be purchased in Ras al Khaimah, they are cheaper here.
The hotel itself has a game room until 21 o'clock, but the staff there is not Russian-speaking.
The nearest supermarket with groceries is a 30-minute walk in one direction.

We were satisfied with the rest!
The rooms are as from the picture, modern and clean , cleaning every day, always replenishing tea/coffee, sugar, water.
Food for 4* decent : for a delicious breakfast: freshly baked waffles , scrambled eggs with cheese , the rest according to the standard, porridge eggs.
For dinner, barbecue is grilled on the terrace, delicious. There is no choice of fish dishes at all, one dish a day, but every day is different and very tasty. But a large selection of meat dishes and a separate huge plus for aldente vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, well, a couple) Special attention is paid to desserts , a good selection and incredibly delicious .
In the evenings, on the ground floor, you can smoke a hookah (not very useful) and listen to live music (playing the violin, singing, sometimes belly dancing), movies are shown on the beach on a projector.
There is a free transfer to the nearest shopping center, it is small, but you can buy souvenirs, there is H & M and Sephora, currency exchange at the normal rate.

Our review is for those who are considering this hotel for their vacation.
The hotel is located on the artificial Marjan peninsula, it is quite shallow and there are no waves, which is an advantage for families with children and those who do not like waves.
The hotel itself is conceptually family-run, quiet, not youth-oriented, there are no discos and show programs, but there is a children's club
There are many elderly Europeans (mostly Germans) as well as the former USSR.
There are walking and jogging paths near the hotel, a 10-15-minute walk to the side of the exit from the peninsula there are 2 playgrounds and an embankment, we walked every day,
There is a cafe and ice cream on the second site.
There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the nearest al Hamra shopping center (there at 13:30 and back at 16:00)
There are no branded shops there. There is a grocery store, you can buy pineapples and mangoes.
The food is quite varied, everything is edible, everyone praises pizza and we are no exception. There are fruits (apples, bananas, oranges, tangerines, grapes, grapefruits, pears, watermelon, kiwi, melon - not edible). There are enough places, but when there is a cue ball in the hotel, everyone will not sit down, sometimes you have to wait.
The room stock is new, clean, cleaning every day, clean well, bring water and change towels.
The room can be taken on either side as the peninsula and the sea are visible everywhere.
The beach is sandy, big enough, there are enough sun beds for everyone. There is a volleyball court, football, trampoline, bar, beach towel service, water sports (motorcycles)
The sea is high, in May it warms up to 27-28
Turtles were seen in the sea of living creatures this year, and so there are fish, crabs, cuttlefish, someone saw a small octopus, there were no jellyfish.
There is a heated swimming pool on the territory, shallow max. depth of 1.4 meters
There is a children's pool, but without heating.
From the cons in our opinion
There are stairs in the hotel only in case of fire and it will not work to move along it, all movements to the room and back are an elevator, although there are 6 of them, but there are not a few people living, you have to wait and it was a little annoying.
The cleaning staff speaks very little English. Sometimes I had to explain on my fingers. Also, be prepared for the fact that if you specify not to disturb you (you or your children will go to bed at lunch), and at this time you should have cleaning, you will definitely get a phone call from the reception desk and ask when you can come and clean up.
Otherwise, everything was great, the staff is all friendly and tries to help in any situation.

Everything is fine, only towels on the beach start to be given out late, you still need to install one shower on the beach, it's still annoying when you go to eat, they ask for the room number, even though there is an all-inclusive bracelet on your hand.
