We had a rest with my wife in mid-August. What to say, we liked the rest, not without nuances, of course, but this applies to the hotel to a lesser extent.
1. Check-in. check-in before 15.00, in fact, they settled faster somewhere at 11.00. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception, which, I think, will be important for many.
2. Nutrition. We had half board (breakfast and dinner) in general, this is quite enough, provided that you do not drink alcohol.
Breakfast is quite monotonous, but this is if you are used to gaining everything and more, if you alternate then everything is OK. Delicious pastries, Belgian waffles, cereals for different tastes and yoghurts. Decent grain coffee, which, unlike Turkish yupi, is pleasant to drink. The only drawback is fruits, there was a small selection and there were no delicious ones, except for citrus fruits.
Supper. For 8 days there have never been the same sets of dishes. There have always been many different dishes, chicken, fish and meat to choose from, pizza, salads, pies and desserts are all quite tasty. Drinks include juices, water, tea and coffee.
3. Territory. As many have already written, it is a very pleasant entrance to the sea, quite flat, which allows you to distribute a bunch of people in the Sea evenly and avoid crowding. Due to the fact that the hotel is located in an artificial bay, the sea is calm, sometimes even too much, in the absence of waves it heats up quite a lot and is quite hot in the evening, more or less in the morning, but still too warm in my opinion) you will rather overheat than see "blue lips", but this is true for September. There are enough sun beds, towels are given out and changed regularly. It seems like there is a bar on the beach.
The pool is small with a sea view, with cool water, quite pleasant, but you have to have time to take a seat, after breakfast the number of people by the pool is growing exponentially. By the way, it is not very deep 1.4m. There is a frog house for children and a playground, but it is not relevant to us.
As for the service at the hotel. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed regularly, fresh water is brought to the room. Polite and smiling staff. But still it's 4, so don't wait for slippers and bathrobes. There was no toothpaste, but there was shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion. The room has a TV with YouTube and other buns and USB sockets at every step. The room also has an ironing board, iron, kettle and refrigerator with tea set. There are chairs and a table on the balcony (but that's how lucky you are). The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is decent. For internet addicts: WiFi is free, fast and catches all over the territory from the beach to the rooms.
4. Prices for services. As for the prices for services for those who decided to save money and not take "all inclusive", then everything is sad, two glasses of wine on the day of arrival cost us 90 dirhams, a bottle of water in the hotel costs 17-19 dirhams, a jar of soda 22-25 dirhams. This is about 10 times more expensive than in the store, although it's 1.5 km to go to the store in the heat and back, but it's better than overpaying 10 times) the store is on the territory of the Rixos hotel, as you leave the hotel, go left to the houses that look like the pyramids of Maya). Keep in mind that the island of Marjan, on which the hotel stands, is quite new and there is practically nothing nearby.
By the way, from the hotel at 2 pm there is a shuttle to the local mall, if you are not a hunter for branded things, I advise you to visit, there are three decent shops there.
There is a tour desk and car rental in the lobby of the hotel. Rental is not the cheapest, but given the remoteness of the emirate, the price tag turns out to be normal.
Result. This is our first trip to the UAE and the first chain hotel. We have only pleasant impressions of the rest. We would have returned to this hotel again - of course, and probably wouldn't even have paid extra for "all inclusive".

Rating 4 - for the overall impression. We lived in a hotel nearby, but in the evening we went to this hotel, to a bar. Alcohol is sold in the bar, ice cream is sold in the evening, concerts in the open air. I won't say about the service since I didn't live here, but the service at the bar, the beach reminded me of Turkish 3* hotels where all the women for the staff are "Natasha, hey!". A hotel for a solid four. The rooms are new with touch light control. You also order cleaning from this panel, there is also DND. Food also corresponds to stardom. I was especially pleased with the peanut paste with hot Viennese waffles in the morning and fresh bananas and the presence of professional coffee machines in which you can prepare lattes and cappuccino. The territory is small. The pool is small and 1.4 m deep, which is not very convenient. The staff is very friendly and therefore I want to thank them with a tip. A lot of foreigners. The departure from the hotel was at 4:15 in the morning and we worried in advance and ordered a lunch box with us, especially pleased with the presence of a sandwich in it... Bed linen and towels occupy a separate praise, satin linen and fluffy towels made in Pakistan. The tequila sunrise cocktail was a discovery for me, I will call it the "Cocktail of 2023", for me personally, I hope someone will also like it. The sea certainly upset. The temperature is not very comfortable. It is very far to the capital of Dubai on its own, about 1h 20 min by shuttle bus, and taxis are very expensive.

Hello, I would like to leave my review about this hotel, as there were some kind of expectations, but it turned out that the reality is completely different. The adventures began from the very beginning, we arrived at 10-11 at night and wanted to eat for this we were told that they could not help us except to offer soup for 700 rubles. Since there are no all inclusive restaurants at the hotel at this time. Throughout the rest there was always some sort of showdown, there was no state of rest at all. Starting from the service and ending with the overall picture.
Firstly, there is something to compare with in terms of service and service, the hotel is very lame in terms of service quality. Starting from the reception, we recruited girls from Central Asia, who, to put it mildly, are not friendly at all. They pretended to do a favor to any request, it was very difficult to contact them. I think for a hotel with a name, this is unacceptable. Once they refused to give away the cards for the beach, they didn't want to enter into a conflict, but they made me wait decently without reason and only when I started to lose my temper, they pretended as if they were doing favors and gave these towel cards with a hateful look. There was a case that I went out without a bracelet, and almost began to make a conflict out of nothing the girl from the cafeteria where the reception desk, they didn't want to give me coffee. There was also a case on the beach when they didn't want to give a cocktail because there was no bracelet again. I understand that there is no bracelet and there is a reason, but somehow the hotel staff behaved inappropriately, which was unpleasant. In both cases, the staff raised a big conflict, although I do not think that it is possible to behave like this with the guests. Apparently they don't hold on to work or don't like it. Regarding the room, I attach a photo below in what conditions I had to live when the linen was changed, the sheet was torn, it's strange that the hotel has no money to replace it with a new one. I asked to be replaced at the reception, my request was ignored again by girls from Central Asia, the underwear was replaced only for the 4th day. The cleaning lady very brazenly knocked once until I opened it, although she saw that the room was closed.
As for sound insulation, it simply does not exist. The room was the noisiest of all, at night you can't fall asleep until 3 am until you start getting used to the noise from the street, passing cars and trucks that seem to sweep over you as if you are not lying in the room, but on the road. Another plus nearby was the air conditioning system that was noisy all night outside. Still all but noisy old refrigerator that I refused to fix. I never got enough sleep for almost the whole vacation, I also asked to change the room, they were skeptical about it and said that there were no rooms at all. The hotel is terribly crowded that at dinner you have to stand and wait very very long to find a place. The kitchen staff also take you down with gurneys while you go out for food.
When we left, we ordered lunch boxes in advance because we were left without breakfast, so we didn't get any lunch boxes in the morning, not only that, even without justifying it, we were left with nothing. When we left Ras al Khaimah, we were taken to the airport in an hour, we were being driven as if we were fish in barrels, at breakneck speed.
Please pay attention to the staff that you hire, as a good hospitable attitude affects the whole holiday!

For the first time, the expectation coincided so much with reality. The hotel is really exactly like in the photo!
The rooms are gorgeous, even those that overlook the island still open the bay to the eye.
The food is very good, the hours of breakfast / lunch / dinner are long, you can safely have time to eat after the excursions or before them. Every day there is something new on the menu, so there is always something to try, because they have already realized that everything is delicious here (even baked cauliflower, which my daughter decided to try for a change :))
There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the shopping center, where it is fashionable to go purely for the sake of interest, because in Dubai the shopping center is a separate kind of art.
There is no animation, but every evening there are musical evenings in the lobby: a saxophone plays, a girl sings, and once a week a favorite of the audience appears - a boy with glowing skirts :)
We will be happy to come back here again!

We lived in a city Hilton and they took us to the beach here, so the review will be mostly about the beach.
The biggest problems arise due to the fact that this is a bulk artificial island and the beach of the hotel is located in a bay facing the natural coast of the emirate (be sure to look at the map). Therefore, the water here is stagnant and there are a lot of algae on the bottom. Not at depth, but right away. If in the morning it is still not so disturbing and you can almost go in without them, because the tide is high, then after 14.00 the water departs and the algae bottom begins already at the knee-deep approach. Personally, it was very unpleasant for me and I did not want to swim, I always looked for plots without them, but at some point they were no longer left.
There are no waves here at all and the approach is smooth, so the beach is perfect for small children (again, if they are not afraid of algae).
The sand is coarse, consisting of fragments of shells and reefs - for bulk islands, it is specially extracted from the bottom of the sea so that the island does not fall apart, but this affects the sensations negatively. For some it will be normal or tolerable, but I always had to wear sneakers. There is good soft sand on the volleyball court.
There may not be enough sun beds and umbrellas at 10-12 o'clock, although the hotel still has a lot of empty territory on the left. If there was not enough umbrella, then we dragged the sunbeds under the palm trees by the fence. Umbrellas are unstable and constantly fall - as a strong wind blows, a part has fallen down, and lifeguard runs around, picks them up or closes them altogether. Once they were all collected and the beach was left without umbrellas at noon.
There is a shower on the beach, the towels are normal. You can change clothes and go to the toilet on the 1st floor of the hotel. The cabins are very comfortable, there is a shower gel, shampoo and cream.
The pool is small and always full, so we never stayed there.
Drinks on the beach are expensive: the cheapest beer is about 900rubles.
In general, the hotel looks great - new, modern, cool finishing materials and design. The lobby is generally beyond praise! And in Turkey or Egypt he would be 5*, but here he is a four.

There were no expectations from this vacation. But it was pretty good in the Hamptons. The rooms are still fresh, there is a good view in any direction. BUT take a premium sea view, because they can settle on the second floor, where there is a flat roof, which will be most of your view. Daily cleaning and Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Wi-Fi is excellent everywhere, we spent a lot of time watching movies in the lobby (kinopoisk does not work, by the way). Nothing is being built on either side of the hotel yet, so the beach is clean and spacious, turtles swim closer to the left border.
Of the minuses: 1. There were a lot of children. 2. There were a lot of our compatriots who preferred to rest in Turkey, the same hotel as us. 3. The food is not bad, but primitive, do not expect seafood and a variety of fruits. If you're lucky, you'll indulge in a ripe watermelon, that's all.
