I liked the location of the hotel, the rooms were cleaned daily , towels were changed , water was replenished (I especially want to mention Rajesh and Emon the guys cleaned well ). We visited this hotel in September 2023.
I really liked the location of the hotel. There is a metro nearby, literally 5 minutes away, which is convenient for traveling around Dubai. The entrance has its own entrance for a taxi, which is also convenient. I'm not picky about food, we only took breakfast, they were varied and very tasty, with hummus, meat, side dishes, drinks, etc.
We were settled in just 5 minutes, the room was on the 11th floor with gorgeous views of yachts and skyscrapers.
Every day the room was cleaned, water was brought, new towels, etc. The room had dishes, stove, sink, washing machine, microwave, which made our stay very comfortable, since after ek Kursk on arrival late, you can take a bath, wash and cook or eat while warming up food.
At the reception, the staff is very polite and helpful, helped with all the difficulties in 5 minutes, and we forgot the keys and password to the safe, etc.🤣
There are enough sockets, our plugs fit, there were also 2 TVs, a large refrigerator, 2 separate toilets.
And the most high is the ashtray in the room, yes, you can smoke in the rooms there. It was a jackpot for me😎
Downstairs you can change dirhams in the store for 35 to the dollar, in the Marina Mall for 36.
Marina Mall is also 5 minutes away, on the minus second there is alcohol in the Africa store, there are food courts, pharmacy stores, clothes and much more.
The pool is located outside, not big but cool and with a red view. Since we swam in the sea, we went to it only once and just to see.
In general, we liked the rest and the hotel very much, we will come again.

I liked everything, there is a supermarket, a tram stop, a metro station, a shopping center with an exchange and a food court within walking distance.
Swimming pool with nice cool water.
JBR Beach is a 20-minute walk away.
The breakfasts are normal, we were not hungry, the rooms are clean, the smartest case for the TV remote control (if you will, rate it).
Of the minuses - in the bathroom and kitchen, however, they saw a couple of small ants and, unfortunately, there is nowhere to dry wet things (there is no balcony or dryer, they hung on panoramic windows), the very fastidious may not like something else, but for those who want to see everything as much as possible, visit in a short time without constant use of taxi services, the convenient location compensates.

Of course, air conditioning is available in any room and not only in the hotel. Next to the hotel, there is a canal embankment, which opens out to the sea at both ends. Walking along this embankment in the evening is an indescribable pleasure! Everything is on fire, houses, boats, palm trees, etc. Walking distance to the beach is about 2 km. There is a transfer to the beach at the hotel, but only in the morning, and this is the hottest. The most pleasant thing for me was to come to the beach after four.

One of the best locations in my opinion is 15-20 minutes walk to the beach among stunning views of skyscrapers, the hotel has a swimming pool that is pleasantly pleasing, the food, although a small selection, is very cozy and delicious, everything is clean, the furniture is old and there are floors for smokers. The corridor may smell damp, but not critical, there are a couple of shops at the hotel with good prices. There are many grocery stores nearby and a large marina mall hypermarket is a 15-minute walk away, which is very nice. I'll start with the introductory ones: we rested in the second half of September 2024. The cost of the tour with a flight to this hotel for 2 adults with breakfast and dinner cost 152 rubles. For this money, I liked everything. A bonus upon check-in was the improvement of our one-room studio to a two-room deluxe on the 5th floor. Thanks for that. They didn't pay for anything. The number is as shown on the website (photo with a green headset). Everything worked. As we wrote below, all the amenities and water are replenished every day. They asked for slippers and bathrobes - they immediately gave them. Our goal was the sea and walking, so there is no question about the number. Yes, the windows faced the road, the riders could be heard in the morning. The sea is a walking distance of 23 minutes, the bus from the hotel was used once. Firstly, he leaves around 10 a.m., we are used to being at sea by 8. Secondly, he travels for about 15 minutes, since there are traffic jams around 10 a.m. The pool was visited a couple of times in the afternoon. There were always free deck chairs. Towels are provided by the pool, they can also be taken to the sea. I've seen umbrellas given out to hotels, though I don't know if it's paid or not. Metro and tram are within walking distance, 300 meters from the hotel. The food is good, it looks like homemade, without frills. Both for breakfast and dinner there were always vegetables, two or three types of side dishes, as well as meat and fish/Seafood. Desserts and fruits. Juice, water. We've never been hungry. Yes, these are not Turkish feasts, but we didn't need that. The hotel had a restaurant and a delivery service. I will attach a photo with prices. As it is, there are enough cafes and shops in the area for any purse. Excursions were not taken at the hotel. They didn't want to go far, but you can see everything else for yourself. We used the subway. The neighbors bought a 5-day tour on a double-decker bus (read about 60 dollars per person on the Internet) they liked it. It is also one of the ways to move around the city and get guided tours. You can enter and exit there an infinite number of times. As for the location of the hotel, it is good if you plan the sea and shopping / walking. If you take it closer to the sea, it will be further to the metro. As we were told, this is the third line, I do not recommend considering it further from the sea. Their roads are wide, with bumpers - you can't just cross. They also drive in circles by taxi.

We rested at the hotel 2 times in 10 years, yes, it's old, but the combination of price and location is quite good. Nearby and inexpensive supermarket Karyforr and metro station and Marina Mall. The Internet finally became free in it, and they placed us in a Suite at all, it's like with an extra room, although we paid for the usual Deluxe. The deposit, as everywhere, is 100 bucks, there are even Russian-speaking porters, I can clean the room if you wish, at least every day, every day they put water and clean towels. We rested 3 times in 10 years (twice in 2013 and in 2023). We really like the location of the hotel. The breakfasts suck. We varied our breakfasts. We had breakfast in the room, gathered groceries, and bought everything ourselves. Eggs, croissants, chicken, fruits, vegetables, freshly squeezed juice. It definitely wouldn't have been more expensive if we had taken breakfast at the hotel. Close to Marina moll and Carrefour shops, as well as Marina embankment. A 24-minute walk to the beach, there is a shuttle service. Papa John's pizzeria is nearby. Marine moll has a good Waitrose store where you can buy ready-made food and have a great meal in the room. We went to this hotel 4 times. The first 3 times were wonderful. They greeted us with a glass of water or juice, politely registered us. The staff was polite, the rooms were large without any comments. The breakfasts are meager, but enough to eat. The fourth time we arrived, we were met by a man of clearly Russian-speaking nationality, speaking broken English with an accent. I gave a tiny room with a non-working air conditioner (at a temperature outside of +40-45 it's like death), I had to change the room three times. A room with a working air conditioner was given only after the husband had already begun to communicate with the administrator in raised tones. They didn't like our euros. The last time the hotel was disgusting. We won't come here anymore. If you see the receptionist wearing glasses with a creepy accent, then the rest can be spoiled
