The hotel has been used for decades: the furniture is rolled, the kitchen set is the same. Among the advantages: close to the metro, tram, Marina; good breakfasts (for 5 days, almost no hot meals were repeated) . The beach with a cloud of Pakistanis is a 25-minute walk away.

Hotel review, not chic far and not even average, below average, let's start with the fact that yes, the location is good, near stops, the sea, malls, a hotel on the outskirts of the Dubai Marina, you also need to walk to the canal
The rooms are old, the linen has not been changed once, towels too, as well as daily cleaning
There is tea and coffee in the room , there are dishes , water
Breakfast is meager, it is possible to find something to eat for an adult, it is difficult for a child
We cooked in the room again
The staff is friendly
The shop in the hotel is good
Update the renovation in the rooms and diversify the breakfast and everything will be fine

Convenient location, large rooms. Jumeirah Beach is 7-10 minutes on foot. Near the Marina and the most pretentious street. Of the minuses - smoky rooms. You need to ask for a non-smoking room at the reception. The hotel is tired. There are rooms with a common passage to the next room. But the convenience of the location and good food make this hotel a good choice for a stop in Dubai.

2 km from the beach, the bus takes you to the beach at 10:00 in the morning, at 12:30 from the beach, which is not very convenient, and besides, it is still a long walk from the unloading point. The hotel itself is a bit "tired", but quite passable. The breakfasts are not bad, there is always fruit. The room has everything including a minimum set of dishes.

We rested in this hotel for 12 days ... a lot of negativity. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am and only at 16-00 we were checked into the room and this only after I came up 4 times and reminded about myself. There are no balconies in the hotel and it's terrible! They put on wet swimsuits, because in the bathroom they did not have time to dry overnight. The reception staff responds to requests every other time....... in general, they walk a little alive! The restaurant is generally a separate conversation: we had an excursion planned until 22-00 and I explained the situation in advance and asked to change dinner for lunch (we bought a breakfast + dinner tour), so they made such a fuss there. In other hotels where we rested earlier, this was not a problem at all, according to the principle of money paid, change. In short, we will never go to this hotel again and I recommended that friends not go. I give two stars to the guy who cleaned our room: a very smiling, attentive, friendly person!!!

Nice apartment hotel. Honestly, for a long time we do not see the point of spending money on some kind of sprawling hotels, preferring apartments and hotels with breakfasts / dinners. You walk all day and it's better for us to spend these funds on impressions. The hotel is clean, has everything you need for life, washing machine, stove, kettle, iron and board, refrigerator. Take a few capsules with you for washing, they won't take up much space, and why run and buy funds here and waste time with them?. We were given two rooms to choose from, and settled in as soon as the cleaning was over. The hotel has its own small swimming pool, with very warm water. A new experience-swimming and staring at skyscrapers 😂
And you can also hear the muezzin singing in the mosque.
The food is delicious and everything is fresh.
There is a metro station and a tram stop nearby. Very convenient
About the beach
There is a beach, though it is public. Marina beach. From our hotel 20 minutes on foot. There is also a bus from the hotel according to the schedule.
Of course, on the second day in the morning I was pulled there with terrible force.
When we were dropped off at some terrible passage between two skyscrapers, one of which is under construction, I was very surprised by this way. At the end there was a surprise-the descent looked like randomly sketched blocks. The water is a magical color and just as magically icy! And what did I want in February? Of course, it's just such a situation now, I'm sure they will make beautiful steps and a passage when the construction is over. There are paid sunbeds somewhere, I don't know how much they cost. But I was definitely not pleased with the beach.

We only took breakfast. But we needed soups and broths, and there are no deep soup plates in the apartments in the kitchen. Upon request, we were refused to provide plates, at least for the duration of our stay in the room. The kitchen is shabby. But most of all I was surprised that they brought us to the beach to the place where the construction is going on and we walked to the sea between the construction sites under a protective canopy on the hot sand...although 100 meters away is the official entrance to the jbr beach. And back...feet in the sand...there is nowhere to wash....They showed a request to leave a little further away -they refused.

We booked an apartment through the Island. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the reservation had been cancelled. Without explanation!!!!! Sooo old and dirty hotel, it's a shame for Dubai. Dirty old rooms, not even 3 stars. Of the advantages, only the location of the hotel and the presence of a washing machine and iron in the room, that's all! It is impossible to sleep, it is very noisy, there is no sound insulation. Otherwise, even going to the bathroom is disgusting, everything is dirty in mold .... The food is very poor, we went to try it once, for an adult 79 dirhams, for a child 42 dirhams. The child ate potatoes and cucumbers, the rest was impossible to eat. There is no choice. Black tea bag 19 dirhams!!!
There is a pool with cold water, swimming for a long time will not work. If you take a dip at all.
If you have already been to Dubai, I do not advise you to stop here from the word at all!
