We were at this hotel in October 2022, we were horrified by the room we were given, the photos did not correspond to reality, all the furniture was so old, the room was dirty, fingerprints everywhere, cleaning of course suffers, then we changed the room, the cleaning was done again, it was evening already evening, our tour operators could not change the hotel for us and we stayed. In all this situation, the guy at the reception Yunus conquered, very polite, competent, with a presentable appearance, fluent in Russian, politely explained everything, helped us find the right room.Thanks to his correct tactics of working with the client, we stayed there. Respect to him. Now about the positive characteristics of the hotel: location: 15 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the Marina mall, metro across the street, tram, near grocery stores, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, everything is within walking distance and of course the view from the window. I liked the breakfasts, they are designed for every taste, varied, you can have a delicious and satisfying breakfast. The pool is clean, the gym is good.

This is the bottom, do not believe the positive reviews they are customized. How such a miserable place is still in this location I can't understand. We chose it based on pictures from 20 years ago, and the price is on par with good apartment hotels. Immediately when we drove up to this place, everything became clear, but with every step it got worse and worse: the staff, dust and dirt everywhere, the smell, everything dirty and broken like from a garbage dump. This is the worst place I've been, and Biblioglobus slept with excuses for all complaints.

The hotel does not pull on 4 stars in any way. The staff is always dissatisfied, absolutely not friendly. The rooms in general are not bad, but also 3 stars with a stretch. The smell in the bathhouse is terrible, the food is mediocre, the pool and the view around leaves much to be desired. The front door is broken, in a week, no one bothered to repair it. All this very well characterizes the attitude towards their guests, the sediment is unpleasant. The only thing that was good was the shopping center, supermarkets nearby. It takes at least 20 minutes to walk to the sea. It's very uncomfortable in the heat. For the same money, there are good full-fledged fours on the second line and even on the first.

There are no hot drinks for dinner (minus), but you can drink tea in the room. Strange. Desserts in the restaurant, and tea in the room. But it was easier to resist desserts - thank you.
Located conveniently for the Marina area. To the embankment 3 minutes, to the beach 15 minutes on foot. Near the mall, supermarket, metro, pizzerias and cafes. You need to go to old Dubai by taxi or metro.

Nearby there is a grocery store and a pharmacy, the Marina walk 7km promenade and a bunch of restaurants (and the main thing is the view!). The room stock needs repair, everything is quite worn out. The room was cleaned every day. Dining room / restaurant - for an unassuming person - will do. The puree is normal!=) They caught the fence because of the coronavirus, the buffet was canceled, the waiters brought the food - accordingly, the choice of dishes disappeared. they didn't starve. , there are a lot of ants in the bathroom (7th floor) and there is no shower on the hose! (only the faucet and the stationary nozzle on top).
the kettle is a misunderstanding (very small like a toy, it takes a very long time to brew). The sound insulation of the windows is weak (we had a view of the road, the noise from the cars is clearly audible).
The TV is small (in 2023, no one puts such a diagonal anymore).
Of the pros: the air conditioner worked very well,
Tea, sugar, water are given without problems as much as you ask.
Restaurant:
The food is very mediocre, the shortage of teaspoons is catastrophic. The choice is very poor.
There are no hot drinks for dinner.
They do not give large plates for breakfast (they give them for dinner, why is it so unknown).

This is generally something beyond reasonable.
It feels like it's abandoned.

The men's hamam does not work, you need to turn on the sauna yourself and wait until it heats up. I waited about 15-20 minutes, but it didn't really heat up, I left, it was unknown how long I had to wait. The locker in the locker room does not close (although there are locks, but there are no keys).
I was in the men's spa area alone, now I understand why no one goes there. Overall rating 2.
Keep in mind that this is one of the cheapest hotels in the area. Hence all the nuances.

We stayed there for the third time, because two years ago Marina View matched the price-quality , but today it has changed beyond recognition. 1. The hotel needs to be completely renovated. 2. Very dirty, the bed is washed and torn. 3. The breakfasts are very meager (they used to be varied and delicious). 4. The work of the reception for 2 points, that is, on the dump. 5. There is no compliment in the hotel (of course this is not the main thing, but I compare it with previous years). It can be seen from everything - the hotel is in decline ! I do not recommend it!
