We stayed at this hotel at the end of March 2024. Of the advantages:good location, clean bed linen, comfortable bed, pillows, you can cook something in the room. Among the disadvantages: a tired hotel, mediocre breakfasts, the furniture in the room is stained, which causes its untidy appearance. I wouldn't go back to this hotel.

We were given a room on the smoking floor, although we do not smoke. There is a smell of tobacco in the room. The furniture is old, but enough to decompose things. Cleaning is minimal, on request. Every day they give coffee, tea, water, shower accessories. They asked for an iron, they gave it without any problems. He stays until the end of the rest in the room. There is also an ironing board and a dryer. The staff is friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi in the room catches perfectly - free. Near the road, noisy. They closed the window at night. The air conditioner is working. The breakfasts are meager. It was possible to choose something. Vegetables and fruits are not delicious. Instant coffee, tea bags. There is no salt or oil. We lived in a room with three people, towels were left for 2 all the time. The room faced Sheikh Zayed Street, respectively, the noise was constant, the noise from the subway generally vibrated along the wall. The metro station is nearby. We cleaned up for three. Since I have a child and he plays on the floor, I'm used to a clean floor. I had to dust myself. The hotel itself is also shabby, has been in need of renovation for a long time. There is a gym, a restaurant. The restaurant is on the top five. The choice of dishes is not great, those who are used to Turkish all inclusive, of course, will be dissatisfied. But everything was very tasty. In the morning, there is a standard set for breakfast, but no porridge. For dinner, meat, fish, seafood, salads, rice, and drinks for dinner - water and juice. Even my fastidious child was pleased with the food. Lots of fruits. There is no alcohol even for a fee. I lived in this hotel from 05 to 15 September 2023, I must say right away that the impressions were not ordinary. On the one hand, this hotel is located in one of the best areas of Dubai Marina, and in principle, if you are not too picky, it corresponds to its level, without any unnecessary horrors. But on the other hand, the hotel is really tired, and this is clearly noticeable in the Deluxe rooms. The furniture has lived long enough, in some places there are shabby coverings, the smell of slight mustiness or dampness (as I understand it due to the constantly working air conditioner and the lack of ventilation of the room, because it is above +40 ° C on the street), some problems with the bathroom in terms of slow draining of water, in some places rusty plumbing, (as I have a rusty shower head). The remote control from the TV with the battery compartment lid falling off, but carefully taped)))), which still fell off)))
The view from the windows is magnificent, right on all the charms and skyscrapers of Dubai Marina, and even the famous Dubai automatic subway, but the windows themselves have not been washed for a very long time.
In terms of communication with the staff, it's a sin to complain, some of them understand Russian, some are trying to understand and help you in every way! It's a sin to complain! Therefore, I read some reviews that the staff is not particularly friendly, like passing by they may not even say hello - this is all not true !!!)) For example, they helped me to bring my things to the hotel right from the transfer, while the registration was going on, they invited me to sit in an easy chair in the lobby and brought a glass of soft drink from the restaurant for free. Despite the fact that check-in at the hotel starts at 14.00, I was checked in earlier, around 10.00 without any problems.

The three of us had a rest with the child since April 1, only breakfasts were paid , sometimes because of excursions we did not have time for breakfast , I asked to change for dinner - they sent us far away , like you can't do that , if you want to have dinner , pay 70 dirhams per person (three of us for a second).
The furniture is terrible, very old, the dirt is ingrained, due to the lack of balconies, things did not dry out overnight , there is a terrible smell of dampness in the corridor.
There are no complaints about cleaning, water was brought daily and gels and shampoos were updated.
Everyone at the reception is talking through their teeth.
It doesn't exactly pull at 4 * , the food is monotonous, all seven days for breakfast it was the same, if you come at the end, most often some dishes simply don't exist.
