A good four for that kind of money. The place speaks for itself, you can get to the beach on foot. Metro and tram are nearby, Karefour is in the next house, Marina Mall is a three-minute walk away. The hotel is not new, but everything works. Suitable for budget tourists. There is no luxury here.

There is parking, there is a small gym, there is a cooling pool and there is breakfast.
Now for more details:
- parking is above ground and underground, there is control at the entrance, you do not need to pay if you live or come to visit
- the gym is poorly equipped, some of the equipment needs repair, does not work around the clock
- the pool is small, sun beds need to be occupied in the morning, otherwise you will have to lie on artificial grass. We were at work during the sizzling heat in July, so cooling the pool was very useful, but a week later the compressor broke down and the water became too warm :) no refreshment…
- breakfast is quite varied and delicious, but I would like to see beef and lamb more often, not just chicken, there are also not enough vegetables and fruits
Within walking distance of the metro and the Dubai Marina shopping center, there is also a place to walk in the evening - the Marina is nearby, although I can't recommend walking there to anyone in the summer months, it's hot during the day and stuffy at night :) the best time is winter or early spring

This is the second time I have booked this apartment hotel. Not new, the service is good , the room is cleaned every day. One of the best Marina locations at an affordable price. Near the metro (6 minutes), Marina Mall(5 minutes) . I took it for breakfast, I don't need it anymore, since you walk all day. The devices have a swimming pool with a gorgeous view. I will definitely go back there again

I do not know where so many positive reviews of this hotel come from… The old hotel, all the furniture is old. We took it on the basis of breakfast and dinner. The kitchen is very poor, tasteless. Once there was a salad with finely chopped fruits and a fresh cucumber. What kind of fantasy does the cook have… There are two types of dessert, and not once in a week was it more or less delicious. Tea, coffee only at breakfast. For dinner, the only drinks are either ice water or orange or pineapple juice. They ate just so as not to stay hungry.Our European charging sockets did not fit, at the reception they sold an adapter for 25 dirhams. Of the advantages of the location: near the metro station and behind the hotel there is an embankment and a mosque. The cleaning was also fine. At the reception for the first day, the person who made us out was not at all smiling, he greeted us dryly.It felt like we came to stay with them for free. Although I've heard it often. that the fours hotels in Dubai are on par with the fives of Turkey. But this hotel is definitely not a four, a weak three.

Normal apartments are within walking distance from the metro and Marina Mall (5 min walk). There is a shuttle service to the beach. It takes 15-20 minutes on foot. We were vacationing with my husband and daughter at this hotel during the New Year holidays and this was our fifth visit here. The room was rented with one bedroom and half board included.
Advantages: walking distance to the beach, proximity to the metro, Marina mall. Affordable price for food, good dinners, cleaning.
Cons: rather monotonous breakfasts, an uncomfortable shower, tired repairs, but it did not bother us, the lack of a compliment for numerous vacations).
In general, the rest in January is excellent, the weather is super, but the sea is a little cold 24-25 degrees with a breeze, but you can walk all day! I recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is for 4, maybe even for 3+. The facade already needs to be updated, and it's time to repair the rooms too. The staff was friendly, the floor attendant did not understand much Russian, reacted quickly to all requests and solved most of the issues. The food was monotonous for 6 days, it is difficult to distinguish something tasty. You can note the convenient location of the hotel, 5 minutes to the metro, 20 minutes to the beach. 500m away is the Marina Mall with many shops and cafes, including grocery stores. In the same mall , on the 4th lower level of the parking lot , there is an unmarked liquor store, there are many compatriots in the queue. It is quite decent for not a lot of money for Dubai .

The hotel positions itself as a 4* star hotel. I took a couple of photos, just in the course of my movement around the hotel.
Only for the location, it is possible to put ~~3 with a big stretch*
The reception staff, the one with whom we were unlucky enough to communicate, left the feeling that we, as guests of this hotel, are an unnecessary element that prevents them from dealing with more ambitious tasks than the guests and their questions.
It is more important to walk around in a red jacket without bothering even with the elementary task of putting suitcases in a specially designated storage.
A bathroom with a plastic bathtub, which caused constant alarm from the unreliability of plastic, and a fixed shower and an interestingly functioning water switch where water simultaneously came from a tap and a watering can without a wire, and in addition to this beauty, water flowed from the third place, the very attachment of the watering can. So that it was possible to rinse three parts of the body at once!
The trip to the pool was decorated with wonderful towels with patches, among other things, issued for painting.
Now I doubt even that it is 3* , but rather 2*

A very budget 3* hotel, everything is at a minimum, there is an unpleasant smell in the rooms. There are shampoos and shower gels, no slippers. In the room, microwave, washing machine, kitchenette, safe. The breakfasts are very meager, there is practically no choice. It's a 40-minute walk to the beach, it's a long way. Near the Dubai Mall. The hotel did not impress in any way. For this money, you could and should have found a better one.

The hotel for four does not fully correspond. Among the advantages: good sound insulation between the rooms, individual air conditioning, they clean every day and provide two bottles of water, tea, coffee and cream, there are kitchen utensils for cooking (frying pan, toaster, electric stove, knife, forks, spoons, plates).
Of the cons: there are no balconies (respectively, clothes dry badly), there is no boom boom at the reception in Russian, the shower head is not regulated, the gym for "4" is weak, there are no slippers.
In fact, the hotel is located on the fourth line, it takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the beach, because you can't go straight - the hotels of the first beach line blocked the crossings

A vacation that we won't forget (but really want)
Marina View Hotel Apartment: 10/10 if you like to suffer
If you still don't like it, then 2 stars is the ceiling (more about it later)
There are places that don't want to see you so much that it would be better to just write about it at the entrance. But for all 9 days we honestly tried to find the advantages.
Staff
The check—in was brisk - I mean, we waited cheerfully for two hours until we were given a room.
And then they cheerfully dragged their suitcases down the corridor, because they didn't offer any help here.
At the reception, it's like in a clinic: slow, cold, even without a damn smile on duty!
And at first they gave me an extra bed so that I wanted to lie down on the floor next to it and not suffer.
Number
Everyone delicately writes that the furniture is tired. But it's too much(!!!!) gently. For a check that they issue in a day, it's even a shame. The cabinets won't close, the handles fall off, and there's no balcony. The view from the windows of the neighboring building — that's Marina View for you!
On the third day, the most exciting thing started - the ceiling in the bathroom started leaking.
And do you know who cared? That's right, just us.
Everything was fixed on the last day before our departure (no longer for us, but for the next guests)
There is a washing machine, just like in the photo, they didn't lie!! But without the powder. However, with a reminder that you can ask for it at the reception.
You don't have to try, by the way. There you will be sent to the supermarket.
The omelet is not ready yet, but it is already served. They even managed to ruin boiled eggs. Waffles and pancakes are served every other day, so that you don't relax.
Instant coffee. Tea bags dangling right in the communal teapot. Orange juice is a lottery. Half of the days are acceptable, half are diluted.
The same set of ingredients is used every day. During the week of rest, we managed to try all possible combinations and even got tired of them.
Tables are not being cleaned, appliances need to be searched. The whole “restaurant” is a canteen from the time of the late USSR, with the feeling that you are eating leftovers from yesterday's dinner.
Beach
Transfer to the beach at 10:00, back at 12:30.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk there.
Aesthetics at the beach - Anapa 2005. It's very narrow, the sand is dirty, and there are algae in the water. Camels make their mysterious rounds with pouches under their tails at intervals of once an hour.
And bonus: the Indians, who supposedly admire the sea, but in fact take you on video while you are lying in a swimsuit.
Location
Let's hold on to the last good thing!! Metro, malls, Marina — everything is nearby! Every whim is within walking distance. There was something to distract myself from thinking about the unfortunate choice of the hotel.
Guide
If you suddenly book through Al Khalidiah Tour, change your mind! The guide dictated the terms of the meeting to us, was rude in correspondence, and then stopped contacting us altogether. As a result, an envelope with information about the transfer was simply thrown under the door.
The verdict
If you like to suffer, welcome! For the rest, we advise you to simply choose something else.

The hotel is ancient. The studio is great. Cleaning every day, change of towels. Everything is close within walking distance. There was a transfer to the beach. We walked. We had breakfast and dinner. Always fresh fruits, meat, chicken, seafood. Cakes, fresh pastries are simply bombastic. There is a gym, sauna and pool. During the whole vacation we were only by the pool, took towels to the beach. The hotel is well located. There are many cafes nearby. The shops. Metro 6 stops and every day you can watch singing fountains. The gorgeous embankment where we rested. We walked along the embankment to the Ferris wheel. It's a pity that it doesn't work. Laser show, over the sea is very cool I recommend. We plan to come again

We were there recently. The hotel pulls 3 arrivals, very tired, the furniture is very old. The breakfasts are meager, there is no porridge! For the first time in a hotel where there is no porridge for breakfast, only eggs and then cooked terribly.
The staff is quite friendly, slippers and bathrobes were given at the first request. The metro is nearby, and so are the shops. It's 20 minutes to the beach, not 40 minutes, as they say in the reviews.
Beautiful Marina nearby, wonderful evening walks, restaurants, etc.
