A great place for a family vacation.

It is not a bad hotel, considering the location and the 1st line to the sea.

1. very competent architecture of the building! All windows are outside the solar zone, i.e. there is no heat from the sun, + the walls are very well insulated!
2. the first line, the beach is excellent, clean, there are no problems with sun beds, clean sea, crabs and starfish.

4. There is an alcohol market nearby (in the UAE it is generally very cool), a Brands for Less discounter nearby, cheap branded items. KFC and pizzeria.

A very nice hotel. The staff is helpful and polite (some speak Russian).
The rooms are clean, the fourth floor has a very good cooling system (air conditioning), the floors below are less cool.
The food is very tasty, there are cuts, salads, first and second, a variety of juice, fruits and cakes. If you are a vegetarian, vegan or Muslim, you can choose a hearty meal (without meat, without animal products, without pork)
The beach is clean. Every day (early in the morning), hotel employees go and clean the sand from debris or sharp objects (shells, glass). The pool is cooled, different depths and it is also cleaned every morning (from insects and leaves).
A gym with good equipment.
We took all inclusive and all drinks in the bars were free. soda is common, mint, lemon, ice will be added if you ask. Before the excursions, you could take bottles of cold water (believe me, this will come in handy)

The hotel, to put it mildly, is not very good. We were bribed by the private beach and the relatively large territory of the hotel, so we went.
The numbers are terrible. Hell is for asthmatics and allergy sufferers. After four calls to the reception, the window was finally opened to allow some air to circulate. The ventilation system seemed to be working poorly. In addition, there was no normal cleaning during our stay. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed on the unfortunate carpet, which had obviously seen a lot of life. I hope it will be vacuumed someday. I don't even want to comment on the bathroom. Everything is very deplorable.
Three-star staff. The bartenders and waiters are good. Excellent animators who tried to entertain the guests every day. There are no questions about them at all, the guys did well, they tried. Receptionists and cleaners... well…… On the day of arrival, we were bullied at the reception, and we had a master class on excellent service, so to speak :). If you have any requests or problems regarding your stay at the hotel, then prepare to either be left alone with these problems, or constantly remind the receptionists of yourself, experience has shown that their memory is short.
The hotel's grounds are normal, but it hasn't been particularly cared for or cleaned. It smelled like sewage. The semi-bald lawn on the steps with sun beds in front of the sea did not add aesthetic pleasure.
Food is a separate story. In short, it's also bad. The vegetables were brought from our local pyaterochka and magnets, everything was tasteless. The hot dishes are monotonous, the whole vacation has not changed. I can only mention the desserts, they were delicious.
In general, if there are no other options at all, then you can go to this hotel. There is a sea, there is a private beach, somehow, but they feed. You can last 7-10 days. Just be prepared to close your eyes to all the disadvantages and calmly endure all the troubles :)

I really liked the hotel. We had a rest in early April. The rooms are not bad, but with an old renovation (but who goes on vacation for a good room?))
The staff at the hotel is very nice, friendly. Many people speak Russian well.

There were bedbugs in our room, the bites appeared on the penultimate day of the vacation, I didn't want to find out anything anymore, but we still came to find out, maybe we could be moved away from bedbugs at least for the last day?? The staff was helped to explain our situation by the hotel guide (he has 5 stars separately, excursions are cheaper, the man himself is very pleasant and responsive, will help with everything and tell us everything), in response we received shrugs and a statement that these are not bedbugs, but simply mosquito bites))
In general, the rest turned out to be dubious, but OK. We definitely wouldn't have stopped there a second time.

The food is monotonous, but delicious, they give fruits, the choice of sweets is very small and it's the same every day, I liked breakfast the most. The alcohol is delicious, not hard liquor, beer, soda, tonic in cans, very tasty juices, sweet fruits, especially oranges and greyfruits, sometimes dates were given. We swam in the pool and went to the beach. The sea is of course incomparable, very warm and clean, from the cons it is better to swim until 11 am, after it is very hot, the sand becomes fiery and after lunch waves appear, and the sea goes away, and goes decently to the buoys. The descent to the sea to the beach is by a steep staircase, so you are not really there. There are 2 swimming pools, one for adults, the second for children, a paddling pool, very small. It was amazing to me that the adult pool was divided, and children who came with their parents (local) were swimming in a dedicated lane, it was every day. Moreover, the locals came not only to swim, but also to sit in the hotel bar, especially in the evenings. We are non-smokers, and therefore we simply could not sit in the bar on the ground floor, since everything is smoky, it is impossible to be there, there is no separation between smokers and non-smokers. Not far from the hotel there is a supermarket through the underpass, small shops, where they bought souvenirs in the form of dates. It is very dark in the underpass, day or night, but of course it is possible to pass. Everything there is made for cars, not for pedestrians, cars go almost everywhere. There are also a lot of cats on the territory of the hotel, I feel sorry for them, they are so dead, many vacationers feed them, we even bought food for them. We did not go on excursions, because the child is small and he is also seasick. The staff is polite, smiling, but very slow, this also applies to room cleaning, and how they work in the dining room. Another important point is that we were taken from the airport and to the airport on some kind of small bus to the brim, there was very little space, and honestly it was uncomfortable, the suitcases were traveling separately in a trailer. We had only breakfast, lunch and dinner, i.e. there are no snacks at the hotel, only if for money. In principle, everything is not bad, but in my opinion there is something that can be improved))). It's a little damp. The lobby bar is always filled with local Arabs. They smoke everywhere. Both Arabs and tourists.
There is a staircase from the floor to go directly to the pool (so as not to go around the street).
