The hotel is 3 minus, the rooms are old, the smell is musty. The plumbing is dead, constantly clogged, and the shower also leaves much to be desired. You can buy a better hotel for that kind of money.

We were a company of 6 people in this hotel from June 14 to June 21, 2023. We were satisfied with the hotel. The territory is not large, but very well maintained. Many thanks to animator Rana and the lifeguard at the Gedo pool, the child is delighted with you, constantly remembers you. The hotel has a Russian-speaking administrator Yusuf, we arrived early in the morning with a child, and we were checked in at 2 days, although according to the rules check-in at 3. I really want the hotel to have permanent baby food, because it turns out to feed the child normally only for breakfast) at least pasta, grated cheese, mashed potatoes and sausages for lunch and dinner). Good afternoon, I was with my wife in January 2023, I liked the hotel, although not new. Most of all we were pleased with the beach and the sea. There were always places. Towels were given out. Beach bar with soft drinks. With food, too, everything is super! There was always a choice, if something ended after a few minutes they brought it. Alcohol, though local, is of high quality. The animation is quite decent, there is something new every evening. But it ended around 22.00.... The staff always tried to make it comfortable. If you have come to rest on the sea, then you are here!

The rooms are small, but quite cozy. Cleaning is carried out every day. There are a lot of sun beds, the entrance to the sea is gorgeous. The water in the sea is 30 - 33 degrees, I didn't even want to go ashore. The service staff is very friendly, they are very worried about the rating of the hotel, they ask if everything is fine, if everything suits them. There is only one pool, but there are no problems with sun beds here either. The food is monotonous, but there is everything: soups, meat, fruits. Alcohol and juices are not diluted, very tasty and natural. We were very satisfied with the rest. Thank you 👍👍👍

Hello everyone. We rested at the hotel from 24.06 to 02.07. There is something to compare. We arrived at the hotel at 8.30, at 11.45 we were already settled. The hotel is super! The service is super! The food is great, everyone has enough. If something is over, fresh is immediately brought. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed constantly. The hair dryer stopped working, said at the reception, it was fixed in 10 minutes. The staff is friendly! The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shops. I will say separately for the animators, they work out their salary 100%! Well done guys! There will be an opportunity, we will return to this hotel again!

4) we left for another excursion early in the morning. They asked me to prepare lunch boxes. We received a reply that lunch boxes are not being prepared instead of breakfast, and "you can pick them up at 12 p.m." (departure for the tour was planned at 6:30 a.m.)
When asked how we would do this, we received the answer: "You should wait for the breakfast opening and eat. Driver will wait). The argument that the driver should pick up a lot of people from different hotels had no effect
5) In addition to the disgusting attitude of the front desk, the hotel itself is very "tired". A crackling air conditioner, a shabby bathroom, hard mattresses (personally, it doesn't bother me to sleep, but it can be a problem). During the rain, the window leaked at night, the wind whistled strongly
6) A small beach, the sea is very far and shallow, you can walk to the buoys (perhaps due to the season, we were in early May)
Bottom line: initially we understood that this was not Dubai, and there were no special expectations. But even so, the emotions from the hotel are sharply negative. The impression of the holiday was spoiled, only constant excursions saved, which helped not to see it all and not to run into constant shoals of staff. It is better to eat kebabs on May holidays, or save money for something normal. There is nothing for 4 stars here, a maximum of 1.5-2

The animator was a girl who did not speak Russian, so there was no yoga, water aerobics or other games.Previously, there were Kristina and Vitaly, they completed one thing and started the other. In the evening program, instead of live music, the girl sang karaoke, sounding terribly out of tune. The dance with skirts was 20 minutes instead of 40, and the skirts were two-tone, not bright. In general, everything seems to be the same, but not the same. And the first time they didn't let me have lunch, because the eviction is at 12h, and lunch is at 12.30. EVERYONE was shocked who had a check-out after lunch.Don't worry about eating too much. In general, savings are made at every step.
And the huge advantage of this hotel is a good access to the water, almost always calm, clear water, tides. He probably covers all the disadvantages.

We rested for 7 days from July 10 to July 17. I liked everything! We compared the 4th in Turkey with the 4th in the UAE. So it's much better in the UAE! To be honest, we thought it would be unbearably hot in July, but no, we have already adapted on the second day. The sea is hot during the day, but we adjusted, got up earlier and went swimming from 7 in the morning until 9-10, then the pool until 16, from 17 again the sea. The pool is cooled, it's just gorgeous during the day. The food is all fresh, the choice is good, there are no big queues, everything is decorous and noble. In addition to vacationers, there are many locals in the cafe, they behave with restraint. The alcohol is good, I've never had a headache. All drinks are of high quality, not diluted. There is an alcohol market in the hotel building on the reverse side, there are shops, supermarkets, wholesale trade not far from the hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day, bed linen and towels are changed, even if they are not on the floor. We sometimes hung a "do not disturb" sign, so the hotel employees put a letter in the door with a record of the date and time that they came and wanted to get out. In the 4th such persistence was seen for the first time)).
We went on an excursion to Dubai, took it from Victoria (she sits in the hotel building on weekdays), $ 63 per person, but it's worth it, as if I didn't come to Dubai, but New York, very cool, I recommend it to everyone! In malls and shopping centers, the aroma of Arabic perfumes is sprayed. Even in the toilets there is a pleasant smell, after visiting the toilet they immediately wipe it, I have not seen this anywhere.

We rested on September 9-19. Very hot. Air 50 during the day, 30 at night, water 36. The condee worked well in the rooms, the furniture is not completely old. Food is scarce, fruit is scarce. But there's always something to eat. The room turned out to be with bedbugs. They did disinfection. Bars on the beach, in the building and by the pool. There is a bar in the building until 23.00. The alcohol is good. Cocktails are made for money only, there is a menu, although everything is included. The territory is very small, the building is a swimming pool-44 steps - the sea. After 11 am, you can't step on the sand without sneakers. The sea is hot and clean. The pool is cooling. I won't give you more than three stars. The liquor store is a two-minute walk away.

What you liked, you can go outside the hotel, cross the road and there are a lot of shops, as we have ridiculous prices called flamingos, a lot of souvenirs, magnets, food, etc. Hotels are boring, there is no animation, this is not Turkey for you.
