Hello, we had a rest from November 1 to November 7, 2023 , two grandmothers and two grandchildren, occupied 2 rooms. Not a bad hotel, despite the fact that it is old. It is maintained in good condition, there is everything you need, cleanliness, order, silence, access to your own beach, clean towels, sun beds and umbrellas in sufficient quantity. All without question. There were small problems with preparing dishes and tables for dinner, but everything was solved. A large selection of desserts, for lovers. The food is a bit monotonous.
All the good things were ruined by the last day. Our all inclusive ended at 12:00, which is natural. We went to the reception to find out about the possibility of having lunch for an additional fee, since the children need to be fed. The answer was positive, payment for two adults and two children, according to documents and a voucher for accommodation and meals. Our holiday fairy tale is over. At the entrance to the cafe, we were told the prices for three adults and one child. I.e. from 12-00 to 13-00, one 12-year-old child turned into an adult and raised the payment from 45 derham to 90!!! Everything is like in the famous poem by Marshak S.Ya. "Baggage" "...during the journey, the dog could grow up." So our child suddenly became an adult. Very unfortunate... All the documents turned out to be unnecessary and not relevant for the hotel staff, including the manager.

We just got back. The impression of the hotel is twofold. We arrived at 11 a.m., checked in only at 15 o'clock. A resort fee is charged, 15 dirhams per day! Keep this in mind! We originally bought dirhams in Russia and as it turned out, this is the best option! They settled on the ground floor, where repairs are underway. Outside the window, a bunch of air conditioners that buzz like turbines from airplanes 🤦🏼♀️ asked to be relocated, said well, as a result, the next day they pretended that they did not understand what was being said🤦🏼♀️ they understand Russian at the level of "thank you" and when they sing defirambs. We decided not to ask for anything else. Russian-speaking only animators and sellers of their shops. Russian Russians are 90% in the hotel, our tourists actively teach the staff to speak Russian 😁 The rooms are damp, nothing dries, the windows do not open, there are no balconies. We are unpretentious in food, well, as they say, you will not stay hungry. Well, it's not called all inclusive, but full board! The beach is flat, the tide was out all the time. There were enough sun beds, towels are provided. For cat lovers, come here! 😍 The attitude towards Russians is excellent! Cars are allowed to pass, drivers wave-welcome! Let's start with the arrival, we arrived at 19:30, they didn't let us into the room, they sent us straight to dinner, sorry, but I want to change after the plane and the bus, despite the fact that I was with a small child. Next, bracelets on the arm, they scratch the hands very much. Of course there are no Euro sockets, but I waited for the adapter for a day and with the phrase "well, you know, we buy them ourselves and not at all." I did not like the approach to the sea, I need to leave the hotel and go left and only there go towards the beach, a staircase of 37 steps leads to the beach, which did not allow me to go there with a stroller. You need to take off your slippers on the beach. And it turns out that going to the toilet is either barefoot or wearing these slippers across the entire beach in your hands, the logic is not clear at all. There is a mini zoo near the toilet, for this I give a plus to the hotel. During the week of rest, we never had towels and bed linen changed (in Dubai, they changed every day!). Room cleaning from 15 to 18, we did not clean for 2 days, because after 17 there is nothing to do on the beach in winter, and cleaning came at this time. There is no claim on food, it is varied, fruits, cakes, 2 soups, chicken, fish, meat. The playground is just terrible, there's only a loophole, there's not even a swing. In the restaurant, every other time, the child lacked a high chair. On the way to the restaurant, there is a man constantly sniffing perfume, by the way, which absolutely does not correspond to the mentality of the Emirates. He also made a remark to me, saying why I don't want to smear his perfume! It is unlikely that I will return there, the hotel did not leave me the feeling that I was in the Emirates. We had a rest at the beginning of June 2023, at a very budget price, we liked everything, yes, the old building and there is no balcony, but this did not bother us at all. We rested at the hotel from 18.09.23. The rooms, of course, are tired, but everything works, everything closes, plumbing does not leak! The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed daily! There are no balconies in the rooms, but we managed without them! The beach is clean, there are enough sun beds! The beach bar is open from 11 o'clock, you can take water from 10 o'clock! Animation is present: exercise, yoga, aqua aerobics, games, tennis, and archery (these are daytime entertainment), evening entertainment every day! The dining room is clean, the food is delicious, for every taste. Fruits, pastries, vegetables, meat of three types daily! In previous reviews they wrote about the mosque, it did not interfere with our life! Of the minuses - there is nowhere to go, there are a couple of shops: some are within walking distance. Some went by taxi. But we knew about it and didn't have any illusions about it. Another nuance: if you were brought in the morning, they will not feed you breakfast, only lunch! And if you have an evening flight, then you won't see lunch either - just breakfast. This is the concept of the hotel. But this is also not critical. They didn't starve to death. I liked the hotel. Vacationed with children in the second half of June 2023. We arrived on our own by 10 (we immediately put on bracelets, you can go to the bar) settled us at 12:30 and went to lunch. Animation for children and adults is not bad. Water polo, exercise, water aerobics, beach volleyball, mini disco and various shows in the evenings (fire, magic tricks, local dancers, acrobats, etc.). Life hack for summer heat and moisture - to calmly watch the animation in the evening without sweating, buy good pocket fans on charge (we were everywhere with them)😀. The territory is small, well-groomed. Green. There is a small playground. Beach for 5 - sun beds, umbrellas, foot washers, showers, everything is civil, there was enough of everything. Bars on the beach, by the pool, in the hotel. Of the minuses - the bars are open from 11:00, it's not really relevant on the beach, it's already hot if the summer season, as well as the hotel bar Arcadia smoked by locals and vacationers. But this is the mentality of the locals - alcohol is prohibited, so you need to smoke non-stop. Even if the child sits down, he will be stoned from all sides. This needs to be accepted proto. And it's better not to go to this bar, since there are others. It is better to take water in the morning in the evening, so as not to sit on the beach for several hours without water. It's in bottles. The rule of 1 drink in 1 hand concerns those who abuse alcohol and then smoke, interfere with themselves and others. There were such compatriots. We were also given 4 drinks in 1 hand. The main thing is to show respect for the staff and from your side. I liked the food, you can eat all the dishes, unlike Turkish AI. Children 6 and 8 years old ate well, ate almost everything. Every day chicken, beef, fish. The last one without bones, fillet. Children don't eat at home, they ate here. Many times there was mashed potatoes. There are few harms. There have never been fries and pizza. But it's a plus for us. There are a lot of vegetables. Drinks can be taken both at the bar during meals, and at the counter wine beer, soft drinks. Fruits in small cuts are very different - we chose sweet pineapples))), as well as watermelons, melons, grapefruits, oranges, dates. Yoghurts, ready-made breakfasts. Cakes to choose from. Porridge in the morning, for lunch and dinner soups - in a blender and every other time the usual - noodles, Asian, vegetable, etc. You can make toast. The rooms are old, but everything is there, the cleaning is good. Once they left dollars for a tip to the cleaner, but found them neatly burned on the table. They didn't take it. They didn't leave any more. We tuned in to pay extra for a room of a higher category, but on the very first day we realized that we were already fine. We lived on the 4th floor. The carpet in the old room is still better than the slippery tiles in the renovated room. The same square. There is no balcony anywhere. But you can not turn off the air conditioner around the clock, even after leaving the room, everything dried quickly with it. Dinner until 22 00. Algocol is good, canned beer, sprite cola fanta drinks are poured from bottles. The juices seemed diluted with water, but they didn't taste like yuppie. The wine is simple, not powdered. But we took the car, for the whole period, 2 weeks, brought it to Sharjah airport, and handed it over there. We wound 2500 km, were in Dubai 5 times, Abu Dhabi, in the mountains of Ras al Khaimah, in local shopping centers. We can recommend Rak Mall and Manar Mall in this Emirate. In June, after 10, it is already very hot, there is no way without shoes. Sometimes there are big tides. But it didn't bother us. The first days were waves like in the ocean. There are many beautiful shells, crabs on the rocks, small fish. In June, the sea is gentle in the morning, very slightly gives a feeling of freshness. We swam for 2 hours. After 12 o'clock it is already very warm, after 16 00 like a hot bath - to soak after a long day, the very thing relaxes the muscles instantly))). The children were happy. We got up at 6 in the morning to move to the pool from the beach at 11. The water is cooled in the pool. Our mood was good, we were very satisfied with the country. We were in the UAE for the first time. The heat was well tolerated. They got used to it quickly. There are air conditioners everywhere. There are transitions in Dubai. Check-out from the hotel is strictly at 12, the bracelets are cut off. It can be extended for an additional fee. On the day of departure, only breakfast. Since we were on the car again, we sat down, and went to the shopping center for a walk and lunch, since we had a plane in Sharjah at 19 00. Before that, we visited a lot of other countries with children and have something to compare it with. 5 with a minus for the current time, choice and cost.

I want to write a review about our trip to this hotel. We went from 25.09 to 05.10.
Check-in. We arrived at 10 o'clock. At 12 they put bracelets on us so that we could have lunch. At 13h we were checked into the room.
Number. Personally, we were satisfied with everything. There were accessories, soap, conditioner, shampoo. Towels. Cotton swabs, sewing kit, hats. Coffee, tea, sugar hair dryer. There were no slippers, bathrobes and toothpaste. In the bath itself there is a pin with a rope for drying clothes. The windows don't open, but we didn't have to. They cleaned our place every day. We replenished the mini bar once. We took our own adapter for the outlet, but you can buy it, it's not expensive.
Restaurant. Quite tasty and varied food. There is something sharp, but we somehow immediately determined what it looks like and did not take it anymore)) you can type coffee in the coffee machine yourself or ask to make a cappuccino. From fruits only watermelon, melon, apples, orange, dates. Lots of delicious cakes. Juices - orange, apple, pineapple are natural, at first they seemed very sour to me, but then I got used to it, I liked it. Also free fanta, cola, sprite, tonic, beer. Red and white wine and other strong alcohol, but we didn't drink it, they say norms. We only drank beer. There was no seafood, but there was fish in different forms every day. Every morning we took a little sausage with us and in the evening we fed the kitties, there are a lot of them here. If possible, please feed too. We also bought dry food in the store and I also went to feed in the evenings.
Territory. The territory is not large, but it was enough for us. The pool is gorgeous, from 3m to a child's depth, large enough, lots of sun beds, there are always free ones. Towels are issued by card every day. The sea is warm, clean, sandy. There were no jellyfish. On the territory in the evening you can see chanterelles, too, people feed them. If you leave the hotel and immediately go to the left, then in the same building but on the other side there is a store with alcohol. There are also purchases from other hotels.
The shops. I've already told you about the alcohol store. There is also a souvenir shop very close by. Very inexpensive. Burj Al Hadaya Store can be scored in the navigator. A little further there is a store with branded items and huge discounts. 50% and more. We bought a lot of Brands For Less there. Everyone goes to this store, but we are lucky, we are very close to it. We went several times))) for example, we bought sneakers for 2000, which we cost 7000r. It's very nice. Next to the hotel we also went for a massage and took pizza.
Excursions. We took it from Irina, who is sitting at the exit. I advise everyone. He will tell you everything, show you, remind you. And much cheaper than the guide. And if not one excursion, then the discounts are good. We took it from her. Overview of Dubai. It's very interesting, it's a pity the road is long, so everything was fast. Boat trip to Oman. Also a very good excursion, swimming in the lagoon, with fins and masks, banana, kayak, fishing in the Indian Ocean. Safari. We took mega. Quad bike riding, fire show, camels, belly dancing, jeep riding. Well, in principle, it's not a bad excursion, especially if you've never been on one. But we took the Atlantics water park from our guide Alexandra. In general, I do not advise categorically!!! If we could buy from Irina for 145d. water park + aquarium. Then Alexandra drove the amount of 160d. And also pretended that you have to pay separately for the aquarium. Although even in the water park there are combined tickets. In general, do not take anything from them. I liked the water park. If there are carols, take them with you. The floor is very hot there. I'll have to buy socks. I really liked the mountain rivers, they alone were worth a visit. The food is of course expensive there, well, as in any water park.
The attitude is very friendly, but few people know Russian here, we downloaded the translator application.
The sea is very warm, I like this, my husband would like it cooler. Tan carefully, it is very easy to burn. There are also water aerobics, evening events, discos. Well, everything is so average, in large hotels of course it's all more chic.

Well) it's time to write a review for a hotel in the UAE. Of course, when choosing a hotel, we read reviews that he was "tired", but we didn't expect that much😄
The fattest minus is the number of rooms, which is old. It seems that repairs have been made and, it turns out, we had a suite (a room on the 3rd floor). but! The children were given 2 piss mattresses (someone has already written about them). It should be a shame for this. Mattresses can be exchanged for new ones.
In the shower, while you wash, a flood is arranged such that you can break your head while you get out of the cabin and until you wipe all the water! Yes, I take rags on vacation for such a case, and here they came in handy. It turned out that the walls of the shower are not sealed at all, that water oozes out.
Mold was also present on the sealant.
In general, that's it.
We opened the window to dry the laundry on the grate at least a little.
The corridor of the floors is also in a deplorable state, doors, walls, as in the Soviet Khrushchev.
But downstairs, in the lobby, dining room, cafe, everything is more or less modern and clean: furniture, tiles - nice to see.
Pros - great food, delicious, varied (three types of meat, fish), a bunch of vegetables in different servings, side dishes, pastries, fruits). Here we were satisfied. Juices, drinks, everything is very edible.
The pool is clean, cool!, the beach is also comfortable, but it is impossible to be there. Boiling water (disgusting feeling, did not expect such a degree). But that was July)) but, by the way, if you come early in the morning, the water does not burn so much) we took masks, fins, watched the water world, not Egypt, of course, but you can find something).
Gym, great.
Wonderful leisure, Ossama - you are the best! Volleyball, bow, bocce, gymnastics, evening performances. Everything is very cool.
As one of the guests wrote below, the hotel is not very good, but I want to come back) here, probably, we have similar impressions!

There is no territory...the sea is very crumpled... i.e. you don't swim...There is nothing at all behind the hotel...from the word in general....only a taxi for very serious money...the food is monotonous...It's cooked well, but 10 days is one thing...enumeration...separately, about the maintenance...rooms for 3 are old....cleaning 1...only then they come to you...sometimes they do something...exit from the window to the highway...It's hard to sleep...and there is a mosque nearby...I respect faith... but 5.30 every morning....not for vacation.... i.e. not dressed...

I was with the children at this hotel in June 2021. Upon arrival, the manager with a sweet smile gave us the most lousy room in the hotel. Above the kitchen, where the air conditioners crackle constantly (it's not that it's not possible to sleep in this room, but just to be). After my urgent request, the room was changed, given on the opposite side with a view of the road). The rooms are a horror, there was always some kind of stench (as in the whole hotel), the furniture is not that old, it is ancient, painted, the window did not open. On the evening of the first day, a cockroach crawled on the child's bed... and this is in the Arab Emirates... judge for yourself... the next day I went to the reception, the manager pretended that this was news and a surprise for them (although I later talked to other tourists, many saw cockroaches), but I changed the room to a more decent and modern one on the 3rd floor. The food at the hotel is more or less, though monotonous from day to day. Local drinks are so-so, juices are diluted by upi. The only plus of this hotel is the sea - it was very warm, clean, there were waves, but this is a plus the children liked to jump on them)), there were jellyfish (vacationers said they stung someone). The beach would not say that it is clean, there are a lot of cigarette butts. The entrance to the beach was closed at 18.00. There was no animation from the word at all, no. In general, I do not recommend the hotel.

The food is monotonous. There is nothing grilled. The most offensive thing at the entrance to the restaurant is that they write down the room number to control that you will not come to eat a second time. A small hall. Sometimes you stand in line outside the door and wait for a table to be available. The room was on the 3rd floor. Excellent. Room service is good. The staff is friendly. Especially the desk clerk. There are always free sunbeds on the beach. It is very bad that the bracelet is taken at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, and the departure for the plane was at 8 o'clock in the evening and until that time it is not possible to take even ordinary water in the bar. I told all my friends. I didn't advise you to fly there.
