I give 5 stars solely because of the price and location!!!
The rooms are clean, which is the most important thing!
But please note that the renovation is very old, the interior, doors and rooms from the 90s!!!
It did not bother me, and moreover even inspired nostalgia for the children's camps of the Soviet Union! The same wooden doors painted white!!!
Since I only had breakfast, I can say that they are excellent!!!
A big bonus is that there is an alcohol store on the other side of the hotel! And the prices there are very cheap for the UAE!!!

The first time was in the all-inclusive format.
In general, there were not enough fruits for the four. The choice is meager and often everything is green (March 2024).
You can swim in the sea only at high tide, otherwise it is shallow.
There is a pool and a slide for children (they are well watched there).
The food got tired of the monotony on the fifth day.
I liked the fire show from Saturday to Sunday from entertainment.

All bars have good alcohol, beer is exclusively canned. Rooms on 1-2 floors require renovation. The bathroom is dead, but everything works. There are no balconies, and the window still needs to be opened. The pool is heated in winter and has a variable depth from one meter to three. You have to go down the stairs to the beach. There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The bottom is sandy with a gradual decrease. The children are fine. The hotel is falling downhill. I've been in it 7 times. Now it's a rotten Egyptian three-piece. The rooms are really rotten, mold, dampness, constant floods. The plumbing has been killed, the bed linen is already gray and thin. They save on everything. Hygiene products began to be poured into dispensers, they are not changed, they are diluted with water, they swell. The smell is terrible. "Restaurant" - the dining room is served by lazy, young Indians, etc. Half of them sleep on the move, half of them get sick, blow their nose, sneeze and immediately lay out spoons. But they lay it out if you catch it or find it. The tables are not cleaned. You can walk around with a plate for a long time and have nowhere to sit down. The pool is dirty, already green. The filters and pumps were not working. A really green swamp Beach- it was gorgeous, it became- dirt, garbage, a cat toilet. They do not sweep the sand from the deck chairs, the tables are never wiped. Garbage, algae. There were a lot of people, because the BM resort completely closed the beach. And the whole second hotel was in BM beach.Naturally, neither the hotel nor the staff is ready for such a large number of guests. In general, neglect and fall. Some Russian-speaking tourists, the All-inclusive system, so the management decided that it was enough for Russians to pour alcohol into dirty plastic cups. And that's enough! It's time for us to vote in rubles. Do not go to this homeless shelter, maybe after that the hotel management will reconsider its attitude towards guests and take action.

Alcohol, whiskey rum tequila vodka cocktails are all there, high quality, no headache) the hotel staff are pleasant) special attention to anamation, the girls are well done in the morning and afternoon and evening entertainment! Aida contests discos aqua aerobics, conducted everything) Of the minuses, there are no buses from Ras al Khaimah, there is no bus station, only taxis between the emirates. Of the minuses, there are only shopping centers and a highway around the territory. To take a walk somewhere you will have to take a tour or a taxi. Great hotel. We had a rest at the end of April 2023. There is a Russian-speaking staff. The renovation in the rooms is old. The rooms are relatively small and cozy. Faced with the problem of drying towels and swimwear / swimming trunks — had to hang them on the window railing. Food is on top! A lot of greens /salads. The beach is private, large enough for guests. There are a small number of jellyfish in the sea, but they are not very "poisonous" — like nettles))

The hotel and the rest exceeded all my expectations. We rested in November, chose between him and Radisson, thought for a long time, but the choice fell on BM, because Radisson had no greenery at all on the territory, only sand. Yes, the rooms are old, I would like to renovate. But I rarely find fault with this, I'm not going to sit in the room. Cleaned well, there are no complaints about it.
The food is delicious! Not Turkey, do not compare, you will not have three halls with food, but there is always a choice, and most importantly, everything is really always delicious.
The beach is gorgeous! Soft sand, the perfect entrance to the sea for me, without fluctuations. Children are generally fine. There was always enough room for everyone. As for the sunbeds, we got up early to take a walk on the beach while there was no one in particular. Somewhere at 7.30 we were already there, so we always had sun beds. Then people came up, occupied, but closer to lunch they were free again.
Banana trees on the way to the beach are gorgeous! And fenek (desert fox) comes out to the clearing in the morning :) I saw him live for the first time. At low tide, you can watch crabs, fish, sandpipers (birds), we even spotted a stingray.
The animators have a separate respect for the guys. There are plenty of activities - aqua aerobics, bocce, darst, archery, zumba, charging. And the most pleasant thing for me is that the animation is not intrusive. The guys always invited everyone, but without going overboard, as happens in the same Turkey. If you want, come, if you don't want, lie down) Vitalik and Kristina always lifted the mood, big greetings to them))
The evening shows are good, we went every day. We got to the dance show on the first day - we were absolutely delighted.After the show there is a disco, so it's not boring at all)
All the staff are very polite and attentive, nice sociable guys. There is a Russian-speaking guy at the reception who is worried about this moment.
The only drawback is that the hotel has a small territory, and there is nowhere to walk behind the hotel.
In general, without expecting much, we got a wonderful vacation)

Good day! We had a vacation with my sister and parents from April 8 to April 15 this year. This is not the first time in this hotel, as I really like it. This year the tour operator was "Russian Express", they met, drove, the next day a very adequate guide Nazar, explained everything in a popular way and for a short time, was always in touch and answered all questions. We had paid for standard rooms, but they were occupied when we checked in, and we arrived at 2 a.m., so we checked into a suite (we don't mind)). The staff is just great, there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception Tamina, a smart girl, who helped a lot when her father's blood pressure rose. I like the hotel because it is small, cozy, there are always free sun beds on the beach and by the pool, in the evening you can walk around the city. As the holy month of Ramadan was just ending, prayer could be heard very beautifully from a nearby mosque. The food is excellent. I would like to return to this place more than once.

A standard set of alcohol, whiskey, vodka, tequila, rum, gin, as well as soda, cola, sprite, fanta and natural juices for cocktails, there is dry white wine, there is also red, but we have not tried it. The pool is large and always with warm water of 29-30 degrees. The sea is literally 100 meters away. The beach is very clean, there are a lot of sun loungers. We had a vacation on December 24 with my husband. The hotel is old, it doesn't look like a 4* in any way. A confident smile.
There is nowhere to go in the area, there is nothing to do in the hotel, the territory is small, there is not much entertainment. The contingent was 45+, there were no young people.
The renovation is old, the room is sad. We had a terrible broken bed with a slope to the center, it is impossible to sleep evenly, you roll into the middle. The windows don't really open, the audibility from the street is very strong, there's a mosque nearby, and if you're a light sleeper, get ready to wake up at 5 a.m. for prayer. earplugs saved me.
As for the food. Indeed, it is monotonous, the same fish every day, there is always chicken and beef. There are two types of good beer, but the wine is tasteless. On the 1st floor, a rude African woman works in the bar, spoiling the mood on the very first day. We never went to that bar again.
The sea and the beach are clean, there were plenty of sun beds.
We took an excursion to Dubai from an Arab downstairs, I didn't remember the name. I don't recommend it, we drove around the markets and shops for half a day, but we didn't really show the sights.

We tried everything, cocktails and beer, everything was of normal quality, no one was feeling bad. There are a lot of Russians, probably 80 percent, mostly over 40)), a lot of couples with children and pensioners. The mosque is nearby and every day at 5.30 you will definitely wake up to very loud prayer songs. The sea- we swam, it was warm enough in mid-February, but again there is, but it is low tide, there is no sea in the morning, the water goes very much to the buoys, after lunch it comes, at this time you can collect shells, there are a lot of them. The staff is very hospitable, there are many Russian speakers. There are shops nearby, prices are low. Just walk and cross the highway, there is no public transport nearby. The result is a quiet place (if you do not notice the mosque), there are no drunks and everything is included, including alcohol, for a relatively low cost.

What can we say, and we can do a lot:
1. The first impression is not the best- old rooms, old filling, charging is not even ours, adapters are needed, call the reception, they will bring you all the old adapters, well, at least they work
2. The food is the same every day, the breakfasts are clear- then there is more monotony, get used to it if you are not greedy settlers)))
3. Sooooo far from Dubai, yesterday we arrived from the center, taxi 750 dirhams, more than 18,000rubles!!!!! Yes, I did not pay anywhere, they threw me in one word. We checked with the guide later - and it's true.
4. The sea nearby is a huge plus, right next to the hotel, but!!!! A red flag- do not approach, this is the norm, they monitor this very harshly, and it is correct.
5. They gave a room in front of the parking lot, next to a huge mosque and chanting 5 times a day, even at night at 5 am!!!!
6. Next to the mosque there are 2 nightclubs, and drunks are constantly around!
7. After a week of living, I can say for sure that the place is pleasant, go and you will not regret it.

Rest from May 27 to June 5, 2024. The impressions were immediately spoiled by a long wait for a room to check in and outright extortion of money, ostensibly to get a more comfortable room. Two young ladies at the reception are especially actively engaged in this - Ishadora and Tatimina, the latter speaks Russian. When they refused to give us $ 100 for the room, they settled us in room 208 on the second floor, there is complete unsanitary conditions and everything is soaked with mold. I had an attack of mold allergy. Only after that, the room was changed to a quite decent one, 304. Many tourists later told that they paid $ 100 extra per room to these young ladies so that the room was either for smokers, or vice versa for non-smokers, or improved. The food is quite acceptable, without frills, but you definitely won't stay hungry. The restaurant itself is more like a canteen in the Zavodsky district. The restaurant service guys work very well, which cannot be said about the work of the young lady who "runs" the coffee machine at the bar - she barely moves))) constantly collecting a queue. The drinks are all of good quality. Having "all inclusive", there is no possibility to have a snack, except for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can only drink))) The pool bar and the beach also enjoyed the service. I liked the beach. I absolutely did not like the hotel. I can't say anything good except the sea.
We lived on the 3rd floor, the room smelled of mold. The windows do not open, so do not ventilate.
The food is monotonous, curry is added to everything.🤡
If you think you can safely drink coffee at breakfast, it wasn't there ... there was a coffee machine for the entire dining room in a single copy (I can't think of a restaurant) and every morning there was a queue of at least 5 people. And if 1 person takes 2 coffees, for example, which is most often the case, calculate for yourself how long you will wait for your cup. I can't pour it myself, there's some bartender doing it.
There are no snacks from the word at all. Breakfast lunch dinner. There is nowhere to walk near the hotel. In general, I strongly advise against it

Vacationed with my husband in October 2022.We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.It is small with its own beach, there is a swimming pool.There are no problems with sun beds, everyone has enough.For me, it's a very nice territory.Near the hotel in walking distance there is everything you need:pharmacies, supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, bakeries, dry cleaners,clothing stores, as well as an alcohol market (suddenly who needs it) and much more.A hotel for a relaxing holiday, a place where you can relax from the hustle and bustle. Of the advantages of the sea and the cheapness of the hotel, there is nothing to do with children, only excursions and the sea, outlets and a fish market. A great hotel by the sea.
Large swimming pool. Lots of sun beds. Great cafe by the pool.
The Norton bartender is very friendly and polite.
The beach is down the stairs. Wide, lots of sun beds. The sea and the view are gorgeous.
I recommend it to those for whom living conditions are not very important. The rooms are old, but everything is cleaned and changed every day.
