A great hotel in my opinion. There is a gym, a swimming pool, a sauna and more. A good breakfast buffet has a variety. The rooms are cozy but cozy.. in general, the rest here is pleasant, the piano plays and so on, the acoustics are super and just the atmosphere.

You can argue about 5 stars, but given the overall situation with hotels in Kazakhstan, probably yes. The hotel is slightly shaken up, cosmetic repairs are needed in places. Good location, nice green courtyard, a lot of good places to sit and eat. Normal Internet, good breakfasts. The city center.
