A hotel for the soul. I booked a room through the Booking application, upon arrival within one minute I was registered and given a very nice room, the most important thing is cozy. You can put five stars.

I read a lot of reviews and arrived at this hotel on Satpayev 29/6 🤬🤬🤬🤬 a terrible hotel, they try to take off three rooms at the reception, the beds are small, they try to cheat on prices when booking. The first and last time I'm here 👎👎👎👎👎

Time stopped there in the 90s. The hotel is lovely and the staff is good. Excellent location. But apparently the management does not know about such concepts as furniture wear, repair, design, etc. Everything is old, the rooms are smoky. The gym sucks a lot.

Inconsistency with the status of a 5-star hotel. Perhaps this was relevant 5-8 years ago. The materials are outdated, cosmetic repairs are required everywhere, the hair dryer in the shower resembles an old man who blows in your direction (he really wants to dry your hair, but cannot, because he is old and infirm). The night shift at the reception is unfriendly and unwilling to help
It is better to choose a fresher 4 stars: you will also save on breakfast

A fabulous hotel. The room is nice, the surroundings inside the hotel are super. The buffet breakfast is very decent. I was particularly impressed by the spa area and the pool. Pleasure))) Really - 5 stars!
