An ideal place for meetings and events. Nature's Sunshine SC 118 company rents boutique #5, in the lobby of the hotel. There is a convenient location for customers, there are no problems with Parking on site, polite and pleasant staff will always tell you. We hold meetings in the lobby bar, over a cup of good coffee and tea.

Apparently, once upon a time it was a cool hotel. Now the lobby of the hotel remains from its former luxury, where live music (piano) plays quite often, there is a restaurant on the ground floor. where you can have lunch or dinner. I will not say that there is something enchanting there, but normal quality food can be ordered. The cuisine is European.The spa area is very weak, the fitness room also leaves much to be desired, the pool is a paddling pool for families with kids.
The breakfasts in the hotels are decent, the location is wonderful.
Everything would be fine if it weren't for the room stock…
It is so unpresentable and dirty that it is unpleasant to live in such rooms.
If the room stock is put in order, it will be a decent hotel. There are no complaints about the service and staff.

Interesting building design. This is such a classic American castle-type hotel with a glass dome, external elevators and a lobby in the center. Battered, of course, is already strong. One star can be dropped. It needs repair. And an amazing thing! The last two floors are for smokers, you can smoke in the rooms!

It was quite recently, quietly calm, excellent steaks in the restaurant, the rooms are clean and cozy, a very unusual circular building of the hotel with an internal air dome and rooms are arranged in a circle. The staff is sincere, not a single complaint, everyone is polite and sociable. If possible, I will definitely come back :)

At the moment, the hotel corresponds to a maximum of 3 stars. The rooms and the interior have not been updated since the 90s. Imagine how everything has been worn out for more than 20 years. The room was smoky like an airport smoking room. A buffet without frills (scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese) fresh is juice from a bag or a yup. The spa does not work every day, every other time they open the sauna and turn on the Jacuzzi. The cost of the rooms is unreasonably expensive in their condition, it's good that the rooms were cleaned. The bed is broken, it touches like a baby's lullaby, the mattress is springy.

A very "tired" hotel. The only thing that got caught was a large hall under the roof. And that's if you don't look closely at the details.
The interior is very shabby - chairs, tables, bar counters, etc.
You can be expected in the room:
- The radio! philips on the front of the bedside table.
- push-button phones of which one will not work
- in the bathroom there is a bathtub with a shower, which cannot be fixed.
- washed bed linen, sometimes to the holes
- there seemed to be a blanket under the pillowcase that was crumpled up and it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep
- the constant smell of carpet
Meager breakfasts, crazy prices at the bar, like in a 7-star hotel in Abudabi.
The only plus is that it is located next to the smart point - just a 1-minute walk away, but this is also for those who do not want to take a walk before work.

Excellent location (center, near metro), good service and food. Very high-quality Wi-Fi, which is really rare, although it is very important for business trips (and the hotel is designed primarily for business people). Own dry cleaning and hairdresser - no complaints, everything is fine. I would also like to note the comfortable, impressive lobby and an excellent SPA complex (free of charge for hotel guests).

The hotel is decent. But the strange attitude of the room service and reception staff. On the day of arrival, I asked to bring an ironing board-it was delivered 2.5 hours after 5 reminders! As a result, I didn't have time to put all my things in order. The board was taken away. The next day I asked to bring it again - after answering "now " at 18-30 and reminding the staff at the reception, nothing was done. Question: does a 5-star hotel really believe that it is possible to treat customers so inattentively?

The prices are quite high, the hotel is declared as a 5-star. However, the things that upset me for this money are:
- It hasn't been repaired for a long time, the wallpaper is old and dirty.
- We didn't replenish water, tea, sugar, we had to call the reception and ask them to bring it.
- There are no sockets near the bed. In the 21st century, when you need to charge your phone in the evening, it is very annoying.
The rest of the hotel is good - cleaned every day, cleaned well, the room was very clean, all appliances and bathroom in the room - everything is working properly.

Outwardly impressive - inside disappointing.
I lived in a DELUXE room:
1. The headboard is PIERCED
2. There are places with waste finishing materials everywhere
3. There are no sockets at the table - the kettle had to be boiled ON the FLOOR by the mini-refrigerator, turning off one table lamp
4. The batteries were BUZZING terribly - I waited for engineers for a long time several times - they came and allegedly fixed it, as a result everything was repeated (once - in the middle of the night)
5. There was no safe in the room
Of the advantages, only a comfortable bed.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is very conveniently located, I used to stay often when I came to Almaty, but if you came with your family, look for something else, only the location remains of the positive, everything is morally and physically outdated, both in the rooms and in the hotel itself (even the elevator buttons are worn out!) the breakfasts have become like in factory canteens, the plumbing in the rooms is all worn out, there is not enough heating! I woke up at 3 a.m. from the fact that I was freezing, I touched the batteries, they are cold! Although in the evening I made a remark at the reception that the room was cool. The slippers in the room burst on the first shoe (the quality is terrible!)

Disgusting service!
I stopped by for one night. The trip was canceled, I decided to stay for three days. I get a refusal from the guy at the reception, the reason is that there is a reservation everywhere, there are no available rooms and there will not be. In parallel, my colleague is having a dialogue with another employee, there are numbers!
As a result, both extended their stay.
No one even apologized.
At 22:00 I go to the reception. Please bring water and a dental kit. The employee's comment is that they forgot the water, the dental kit is on demand!
I go up to the room, water is brought in a few minutes. Thank you. Where's the dental kit? They bring it . Thanks again.
I could not go to the reception, because there are 2 phones in the room.
