The interesting layout resembles the interplanetary parliament from Star Wars. Good service, a normal breakfast, but the rooms clearly require refreshing repairs (worn carpet, worn and peeling wallpaper in places, air conditioning clearly requires cleaning, floor lamp shades and sconces have long lost their shape and everything is stained). Therefore, only 3 stars.

In fact, it's fine, we didn't have any super expectations - because the money was very budgetary. But the rooms are very clean, generally not terrible, everything works, nothing is broken.
The spa is generally a fire and there are very few people. I really liked the cafe with breakfast, there is always shade, even in the heat, a good choice and delicious, plus fresh fried eggs are fried in front of you.
The lobby is very impressive after all
Of the cons, there is no super view even from the upper floors, well, if you walk, then there is not such a large selection of cafes around.
And so we are happy with everything, we lived there for almost a week.

She lived from April 28 to April 02. Unfortunately, there are no positive reviews. Although I was warned that the hotel needed renovation, I did not think that to this extent. Curtains with holes, a table stained with mugs. Tulle probably hasn't been washed for at least 2 years. It is very dark in the room and bathroom. Breakfast is monotonous. People who do not live in the hotel go to the pool. I'll choose another hotel next time.

The hotel is just the BOTTOM. This is a motel that is located in the American ghetto. It's nice to see the photo. You stop by, there are just no words. As I understood from the manager, the hotel was built in 98, and has never been renovated! The window is broken, the floor is stained, the beds with sagging mattresses. Furniture from the 60s, which was used by everyone. Mold on bathroom items. They put a board under the mattress, CARL's BOARD!!! And it's 5 stars!!!! I'm attaching a photo, look at this hell. To restore it, and not to suck the last life out of it! I didn't like breakfast either - porridge with a slice. I fished out a tablespoon of garbage and stones on one plate of porridge. The appliances are dirty, the chairs are sticky, just a guard!!! I moved out right after breakfast, they promised to refund the payment, but they haven't sent anything yet. I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE if you respect yourself.

The hotel is located across the street from Ayia Park, which attracted us since we were with children. The large indoor pool and spa are gorgeous. I've been going there for 20 years. There is no better place to swim with children in either Almaty or Astana. It is periodically repaired, painted, new plants are planted, etc. In general, its design has not changed just these 20 years. And we like this design (with huge palm trees, bridges, a river ...) I really like it. But! When we stayed at the hotel in August, we were extremely disappointed with the rooms. They're in a terrible state. The electrical part, the ventilation is breathing heavily. What should be blowing is not blowing. And if it blows, then with such a noise that we couldn't sleep, and moved to another room. Updated rooms for some reason! from the side of Rahat Towers. And there's a soooo sad look. The rooms on the park side are old. The breakfasts were meager. A 2-year-old child had nothing to eat. And on the third day, we didn't want to eat there either. The staff is polite and diligent. This is a big plus.
I personally really like the look of the lobby. This is a huge shanyrak. Such energy! There are a lot of plants and a river with pebbles in the lobby. The kid was delighted.
In general, it is clear that the owner is not up to the hotel. He (they) do not want to invest money there. It's like they're selling a hotel.

This is the level of a 2 star hotel. We booked a semi-suite. The room stinks of cigarettes, the wallpaper is stripped, the floor is stained with grease, the table is scratched, the chairs are full of holes and stained. And this is a junior suite, Carl! We asked to change the room, we were given a second one exactly the same, only without the smell of cigarettes. They further confirmed that all their rooms are in this condition. Although all the sites have decent photos. We asked for a refund, they returned it, but they didn't even apologize.
