+ a large room with two rooms, an amazing view from the balcony (for which you have to pay extra), we did not take the cheapest room with breakfast and a view of the city.
- Except for the refrigerator (which does not cool normally), a kettle and a couple of glasses, there is nothing in the kitchen, spoons, plates, the claimed microwave and washing machine. But there are two slow-moving TVs.
you can't reach the sea, it's very far to the beach, and the entire coastal area is behind a fence in private ownership. There is a bus that takes you to the beach, but you need to sign up for it at 7 a.m. they said in the evening, and in the morning at 6:50 a.m. they told me that everything was busy for the next few days, and when we took a taxi to the beach, paying 2700rubles back and forth for a taxi, we saw our bus going to the same beach half empty...
the rooms are dirty, the mirrors are stained, the kitchen table is sticky, the TV is generally filled with something incomprehensible. There are two towels in the bathroom. A torn duvet cover, stains on the sheets, there was no sleeping place for the child, they went down to the reception - they said everything would be in 15 minutes... I waited 2 hours for a blanket, a sheet and a cushion for the sofa to be brought, after making up the sofa, gornechny hesitated for a long time in the doorway hinting that I should give him something, having received nothing, he did not lose hope and immediately brought 3 dressing gowns, slippers, bathroom accessories and towels, I said thank you to him and closed the door... The next day, half of the towels and two rolled-up dressing gowns were gone, but the one my wife was using was not touched (the robe had a half-torn pocket and was stained). They cleaned up our place a couple of times in 6 days. But on the other hand, the annoying concierge literally demanded that we personally give him a good review on Google.
The queue at the restaurant for breakfast was already at 7:30.
We had to wait forever for the elevators.

Good hotel, good location, near the metro, close to the Business Bay and Dubai Marina areas. Very cool breakfasts and dinners.
There are really a lot of people at breakfast, which makes it difficult to find a free table, so it is necessary to take this nuance into account.
I lower two stars for room service: 3 adults lived in our room, and every day after cleaning we had to beg for towels, since the cleaner either forgot to leave towels at all, or left only 1 piece for 3 people!!!!
It takes a very long time to carry the same towels, it takes a long time to prepare a third place to sleep. I had to wait 3 hours after arrival, which is until 2 a.m., until they brought a bed set for a third person.
Therefore, every time you lack the necessary bathroom accessories + bottles of water, do not hesitate to call the reception several times, otherwise you will not wait.

There are a lot of disadvantages, I don't know where to start! Firstly, the rooms are dirty and the cleaning is extremely mediocre, there are few towels for supposedly 5 stars! The furniture is old, the light in the room does not work, the drawers do not close, the kettle in the room barely works.
Secondly, the waiting time for the elevator is a separate nightmare, you can wait for the elevator for 15 and 20 minutes, if you live high, it's just terrible! We were almost late for breakfast once !
The queue for breakfast at 9:00 is a standard story, you also need to look for a place for breakfast. Extremely boring choice of dishes, bad coffee for breakfast.

Location: right by the metro 👍 it will not be difficult to get to the main attractions 👌
You can get to any beach by bus 88, stop across the street (you need to cross the elevated crossing) bus 2 dirhams, runs every 20 minutes.
The hotel has a shuttle service to the beach, but it is not convenient that you need to sign up for the day. We took a transfer twice.
If you have a budget trip, then the hotel is great. With beautiful views. You need to understand that if you choose a hotel by the sea, it is far from there to the metro, accordingly you will need to spend a lot of money on a taxi. And if you choose a city hotel like this one, then you can freely travel by public transport. 👍

I do not recommend it! The worst hotel of all! I was in April 2025. 9 nights. Breakfasts and dinners.
The dining room restaurant. The assortment is meager. Empty plates are not renewed at the distribution. Fruits, in principle, do not update: leftovers and cores are laid out (ass crusts from melon and watermelon), no one takes them, the kitchen does not cut new ones. Meat in its pure form sometimes happens, but rarely. More often they offer a mash of sauce with meat-flavored vegetables. Out of desperation, people pick out any meat/fish component from salads, so salads become absolutely vegetable, even if the name was different. The kitchen does not update them. Themed dinners are held, but they are not realized by dishes, but by music or decoration. The kitchen is unchanged. This is not a joke! Sea food on Saturdays - it was good there.
Tables are cleaned very lazily. There is a queue of guests at the entrance, and the tables are littered with dishes. There is no seating. The tables are dirty, they don't get cleaned unless you ask for it. The glasses are dirty.
He asked me to bring a glass of water to the room. They brought it dirty, with dried seeds on the bottom!!!
The bed linen is torn and it is not changed. The towels are disheveled from old age.
The shower cabin leaks a lot. The whole floor is covered in water.
The bathroom sink is installed so poorly that when washing hands, water spills onto the table. And if you're going to wash something, then the water won't get into the sink at all!
There is no view from the window - you are looking at the neighboring hotel. And this is the 28th floor. The windows are terribly dirty, as if they have never been washed. I work in Moscow City. Climate in the capital: rain, snow, winds. But the windows always look decent. What about here? Sunshine, no precipitation. It looks like the windows have never been washed in principle.
The windows are made of cardboard. There is zero sound insulation. There is a busy motorway nearby, so the noise and hum of cars are 24/7.
When checking in, they asked where to place it: higher or lower. I asked for a higher one. They placed it on the lower floor... here this type of room starts from the 28th floor. Well, how could it be!?
Elevators. There are few of them. The problems are obvious. Moreover, the staff constantly rides them, although there are separate elevators for them.
There were four people, but all the fixtures were for two people. He asked for a deposit. The next day, two towels were taken away again during cleaning! He asked again…
The TV is old: USB, hdmi, and you tube are missing.
There is a shuttle to the sea. But I couldn't use it. To sign up for it, people line up at 6:40. The recording for the day starts at 7:00. And the seats are running out…

Cons: the breakfasts are monotonous, there is a very limited choice of dishes, it gets boring on day 3. You have to ask the staff for everything all the time: they will not bring water themselves, towels will be taken away and new ones will not be brought, bathrobes and slippers on request, etc. The hotel accommodates about 3,000 people and was 98% loaded (in the first half of April), respectively, you need to wait a long time for the elevator and get up early for breakfast to avoid queues for food and find an empty table. I would hardly stay here a second time, only if I didn't have breakfast. Next to the gas station, you can have a budget breakfast at Papa John's, there is a great pizza (or rather, take it with you to your room) or at burger King. There is a business center across the street, there are a couple of great cafes there. Little Bangkok with Asian food and Japanese cuisine, there are only rolls.

But the most disgusting thing is the elevators, I kept track of how long we went to breakfast-33 minutes. We waited 16 minutes for the elevator to our floor, then drove up and down (stopping at almost every floor) and still stood in line at the dining room. It all really spoils the mood when you're tired and can't get to your room for half an hour while you're already at the hotel. Or when you go to breakfast and really wait and crowd a lot of time.

We are currently vacationing here, we have almost two weeks of hotel accommodation.
The room is normal, spacious, the furniture is worn, the carpets are an unknown color. There are a lot of elevators, it takes 15-20 minutes to get there until you collect all the floors.

The food is delicious, but the promised seafood themed days have not been seen in 10 days. But the biggest disadvantage is the transfer to the beach, you need to sign up for this mini bus at 7 a.m. on the next day, and you still won't sign up because people arrive at 6 a.m. The next day I came at 06:20, and still didn't sign up. Because the queue is huge. People get nervous and swear. And when you get indignant, the staff waves at you and snidely - bye bye (go to the room quietly) Crazy nonsense. It turns out that I'm on vacation, with two small children, I have to get up early, stand in line and still be left without a transfer! The bus driver is a different story, we did not reach the bus 15 meters with a baby in his arms, he saw us but closed the doors and left. It was a shock!
All buses approach the beach separately, but this driver is not comfortable, he stops almost a kilometer away. This really spoiled the whole impression, as the sea was the main factor for us and the availability of a transfer.

In a room of 2 rooms and 4 beds - 2 hand towels ..... and that's it. Bath towels were requested, but after the "cleaning" of the room they were gone.
They asked for bathrobes - 2 pieces for 4 people, but they also disappeared after cleaning.
2 bucks were left to the cleaners, but apparently either little or shit.
There is no beach nearby at ALL, despite the fact that it is visible from the window.
There is a shuttle to the beach, but it is unrealistic to sign up.
You can't walk to the sea - everything that is within walking distance (+/_ 40 minutes) is closed territory.
We took a taxi to the #gbr beach. Taxi 30-50a one way.
Sooo I do not advise you to choose this hotel for your vacation!
If you are interested in the beach, look for something to live in areas with free beaches (all shuttles still take you to free beaches)

I had to beg for water every day, they just didn't bring it. I paid for 3 adults, although there was a child, we were not provided with a bed until we were forced to make up a sofa three times a night, which is impossible to sleep on. They didn't give me any pillows. I had to ask for bathrobes, fresh towels - I had to ask for them every day!
But the deposit is 500 dirhams, which is $150.
Towels in the pool are easy.. they have holes. Mercury - you ruined my vacation! I don't recommend it to anyone!

I really liked the hotel. The apartment is large, 2 bedrooms and a living room, 2 large bathrooms. Tea and coffee making facilities are available. Breakfast is served according to the buffet system. Everything is delicious, that's enough. There was never a queue. Cleaning is daily. The location of the hotel is good, near the metro station. We took the metro and tram to the beach. The time took up to 30-40min. But it wasn't exhausting. The transfer from the hotel to the beach has never been used, the time is unsuccessful at 9.45 and 10.45 . It 's a little late. I liked everything. I will be happy to stay at this hotel on my next trip.

We lived from 11-18.12.24. 4 people (3 adults and a child) in a suite room. The check-in was waited for a very long time. As a result, they gave the wrong number. One bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a sofa bed. The sofa is uncomfortable, the iron bar is felt under the back.
The room was poorly cleaned, it is not visible whether it was cleaned or not. Fortunately, the garbage was taken away and the bed was made. Towels were partially changed, they were not given to the right number of people, they forgot to bring them. They constantly went and asked for it themselves. Water was also not brought every day. Tea and sugar were added 1-2 times. The toilet smelled of sewage. The mirror in the room is stained, not clean, the windows are very dirty, 37 fl. Never washed , apparently.
The food is monotonous, generally normal, for an amateur. Everything fried is spicy. There is nothing suitable for small children.
There are always crowds of people in the lobby, there is nowhere to sit, you can't wait for an elevator.

A NIGHTMARE! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING AT THIS "HOTEL"
The ROOMS are VERY OLD, there are no hangers, drawers open at best 1 out of 3, very dirty and old plumbing, everything is constantly out of order, but the most important thing is that there are problems with the plumbing!!!
I stayed at the hotel with my family, husband and two small children settled in a two-bedroom apartment, city view and two balconies, on the 11th floor. On the 7th day of our vacation, the manager came to the room with a Russian-speaking employee, and explained that we needed to move to another room, due to the fact that there were problems with plumbing in the room above us on the 12th floor. We said we would move, but in the evening. In the evening of the same day, at about 19:00, we asked reception to give us the keys to a new room, we were given a room on the 9th floor, with a balcony directly above the restaurant, without a view, the room was worse than ours and we refused it, at reception they said they would confer and contact us in 10 minutes, we waited for about an hour, my husband contacted the reception again, but he was told that the issue would be resolved tomorrow. The next day we had breakfast and went on an excursion, we returned at about 23:00, we missed dinner and expected to eat in the room and feed the children, but on our return we found that all our keys did not work, we decided that this was some kind of mistake, I stayed with the children waiting near the room, and my husband he went down to the reception, where, after waiting for 30 minutes, he was informed that the room was no longer ours, we were being moved and we urgently needed to pick up our things, they looked at the new room, came to us after 50 minutes of our waiting (around 00:00), the hotel employee asked if 10 minutes would be enough for us to pick up all our things things. And he didn't leave while we were getting ready, despite the fact that the children were already crying a lot by that time, they should have eaten and gone to bed a long time ago. All our money and personal belongings were locked in the room. We were able to move into a new room around 2 a.m., which cost us a lot of effort, given the condition of our children. Moreover, we were informed that the next day we would move again, we could not go anywhere and sort things out all day. It was only in the evening that we were informed that we were staying in this room.

What we have in fact:

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments, and I want to share my impressions.
Firstly, the location of the hotel is just great. Nearby, just a couple of minutes away, is the Internet City metro station, which makes access to the main attractions of Dubai quick and convenient. The rooms are spacious, with stunning views of the city, especially if you choose a higher floor. A balcony and a fresh renovation add comfort, and all the necessary equipment is always at hand.

We had a family vacation twice at this hotel. The most important advantage is the location! Near the metro, buses, the bay is about 20 minutes on foot, but we took the bus. By the way, Alsafuh beach is closed for repairs. A little further on, there are several more beaches and even a night one! The hotel has swimming pools, one large, one children's "paddling pool"), a Jacuzzi with hot water (adults only), a sauna, a steam room. We had rooms on the 35th and 39th floors of 105 meters each, the view is beautiful!!! We only took breakfast, you won't be hungry. But there is no coffee machine, for some reason they removed and put teapots with coffee 😕 Cleaning of the middle class, but in principle it is clean, you always need to ask for towels to be brought, because after cleaning they left only one for four. The hotel is right at the Internet City metro station, which is why it is wonderful. There are good views on the high floors, we had a sea view. But the noise from the road is constant and very loud, especially annoying at night. You can sleep with noise-absorbing headphones. The room on the 38th floor was nice, spacious, two-room with a fresh renovation, with a balcony. All the equipment is working, there are shampoos. Missing items must be requested through guest relations or by calling the number 0. Not immediately, but they will bring it. We asked for bathrobes, slippers and a third towel. Water is brought in liter bottles, if it runs out, you can ask to bring a new one. They bring it within an hour.
The breakfasts are monotonous, literally the same thing from day to day, but I didn't get tired of it in a week. They make an omelet, there are always fruits and vegetables. Come early, then there will be more places, and there is a veranda if there is not enough.
By the way, we were not charged a deposit, apparently tired of explaining what it is and why) Tour.our weekly fee is 120 dirhams, to be paid immediately upon check-in.
The area is full of shops, there is even an alcohol market, a cafe, and in general the area is not bad, cozy, you can just walk in the evening. I really hope that my feedback will help someone avoid it.For it is possible that this hotel could have claimed 4 stars when it opened, but only at the dawn of its appearance and, perhaps, due to the lack of competitors at that time.
According to the hotel in order:
1. The check-in is very long.There were a lot of people, everyone was waiting, the process was long and unhurried.We got to the room well after 3 p.m.
2.Problems with elevators.Due to the heavy workload of the hotel, we had to wait for a really long time, not all the elevators work, there are a lot of people gathering and everyone does not fit into one incoming elevator, which increases the waiting time.
3. The room stock is very old and dilapidated.Having changed three numbers, I can safely say that it wasn't bad luck with the number, but these are the realities.The furniture is old and partially out of order (as in the case of the window in our room - the handle remained in my hands when I tried to close it, and the bedroom light did not work at all).Everything looks very sad and pretty worn out.There is no sound insulation and the feeling that you are sleeping along the road to the sounds of traffic.
4. Cleanliness and sanitation leave much to be desired.The rooms have a persistent musty and old smell.Doors, handles and switches, furniture surfaces and even walls are dirty and stained in places.The window was so dirty that it was difficult to see through it.The tulle from the dirt is just gray.
There was an elementary lack of a brush in the toilet, the bathroom sink was clogged and the water in it stagnated constantly, but houskeeping saw this problem every day when cleaning.
The cleaning product had a pungent vinegar smell, which added to the overall odor picture.
5. Room service.For the first three days, until I went to the reception, they didn't even replenish our water.During the entire stay, such simple things as hygiene products such as brushes/pastes and tea have never been replenished.Often, a set of towels consisted of only two large ones, a foot towel and a small towel were simply not placed.We washed the floor, changed the bedclothes (there are no questions here) - this was the only thing that was noticeable.
6. To get to breakfast (directly to be in the restaurant), you need to stand in line for at least 20 minutes, or even more.
On the plus side: the breakfasts are quite edible; the bed is comfortable; the reception staff and guest relations agreed without question to replace the room all three times.
Result:Having traveled a lot, I can say with confidence that this hotel is absolutely not at the 4-star level and is objectively not worth this budget either. It is worth making a footnote that there is a category of superior rooms (as it turned out quite by accident) that somehow match the stated photos on the site, but probably at a different cost.
A lot of 3-star urban type hotels will be at a level above this four.
