For the fall of 2023, for a Long Stay, the price/quality ratio is normal (~$3 thousand / month 2bedroom) and generally excellent for tourists.
There is a gym, a swimming pool, a sauna and a hammam, for three.
They feed (if you take breakfasts and dinners) - normally, for four. If you order dishes separately in the restaurant, you also get a 4/5 rating. Well done.
but
You will have to butt heads with the hotel to have your room changed if something is wrong - because the rooms are occupied because of the price/quality ratio. Many people live for years.
And the apartments are not new in Long Stay. Something is not working, somewhere the dirt is living its life already.
Short term, don't worry, it's all good)

The hotel is an apartment complex. Very popular, the reason is the location, really convenient. Near the metro, the main highways. There is a swimming pool, breakfasts, which makes it suitable for family holidays. Some floors have been renovated, suite category, high floors 30-40. The lower part is in a very dilapidated condition, old furniture. The staff tries to keep it all in good condition, but time takes its toll and of course it is indecent to sell it for money, especially for a set price. The rooms below the 20th floor are very noisy from the highway, the windows do not hold sound -old and broken mechanisms.

Dinner: the hotel offers themed evenings: Indian cuisine is something strange, Turkish dinner - 1-2 themed dishes, Asian cuisine - 1.2 types of sushi. Seafood Night - seafood is presented in salads, you can choose a piece of fish and it will be fried. They brought a piece of neither peppered nor salted fish. The shrimp are rotten. After this dinner, diarrhea lasts for 4 days. On the theme. in the evenings, the side dish is pasta and gravy. The desserts at dinner are the same - 2 types of cakes. Fruits - watermelon, melon. The air conditioner in the room was working strangely, condensation was everywhere. The horror!

There is a free shuttle service to Jumeirah Beach, Dubai Mall Outlet, Palm Jumeirah. The location of the hotel is almost at the Dubai Internet City metro station. Everything is super!!

We rested at this hotel from October 20-26, 2023
I want to say right away, guys, in this hotel, take rooms of the “Skyline view” category-these are clean, beautiful, spacious two-room rooms (60sq.m) with excellent views of the city, on high floors.
In no case do not take the apartment, they are tired and in need of repair…
There are 40 floors in this hotel, we were settled on the last one-a kind of bomb (photo attached)!
For some reason, we didn't have a balcony in our room, although the guys from the 37th floor had one, but we weren't too upset about it.
From the 9th-26th floor there are apartments, respectively from 27-40 skyline.
There were no complaints about the room, they were cleaned every day, you ask for bathrobes and slippers on the first day, you must provide them.
Water is also brought on request without problems.
As for the food:
1. Breakfast is a simple buffet, there are a lot of people, sometimes there are not enough places for everyone.
2. Lunch and dinner are good, there are already much fewer people, but they also cost decently (about 110 dirhams per person)
As mentioned above, the location of the hotel is excellent, the metro is a minute walk away + a lot of shops for buying food.
In general, the impressions of the rest were good, I recommend the hotel and I can rate it by 4*

Inexpensive four, upper floors with awesome views of the sea and the city, the lower ones with a kitchen. Location 5+. With minimal knowledge of English norms. They practically don't speak Russian, maybe a couple of people from all employees, respectively, not every shift. Kitchen and restaurant 5 with a minus, minus due to traffic jams at breakfast, dinner fire, themed. Beer is expensive, but you can survive for a week. By the way, there is only water for dinner from drinks :-)

Good afternoon! We were at the hotel from 6 to 12 November . In general, the hotel is good, convenient location.
There are no slippers, the floors are icy, there is only one glass.
And one huge one !!! BUT it crossed out the entire stay at the hotel. On departure, we were presented with the fact that we broke the Watering can in the shower and demanded 500 dirhams. Two and a half hours were disassembly. It really was cracked, but it didn't bother us to the extent of the shower and the bathroom. Our request to show the number verification log was refused. To show the cameras where an engineer will protect our room before checking in-they refused. We, for our part, provided a video that was filmed on arrival for friends, where a crack in this very watering can is visible with a detailed magnification!! To which we were told that there is a fact. But it's still our fault again that we didn't tell them about it. In general, we paid the money, the mood is spoiled. Impressions about the vacation were crossed out . Such hotels need to be avoided

I don't understand what ratings this hotel has - the rooms are already very tired and clearly require renovation, the food is quite monotonous, especially at breakfast.
Of the significant disadvantages:
1. The number and mode of operation of elevators - in the morning you can safely put 10 minutes on the descent from the 24th floor. Once, after breakfast, my wife went to the room to get her wallet, they waited 40 minutes - it's just going up and down!
2. Although the rooms are large, they are stupid. We booked a room for four (two adults and two children aged 8 and 13). As a result, they gave you a room with three beds and said that an 8-year-old child should make a bed with you or offered to pay another 150 dirhams per day (almost 4000 rubles) for an additional one. bed.
3. The line staff is very helpful and works well (cleaning, dining room, etc.), but the management leaves much to be desired - it is impossible to achieve anything, responsiveness or desire to help 0.
4. You can have breakfast in the hotel dining room only until 8 a.m., then you can't even find a place to sit down.

It was in April 2024. This is a huge hotel with 8 floors of parking and 32 floors of rooms. Accordingly, the attitude is like in a factory. Everything is clean, cleaning every day, but you don't have to wait for some kind of individual approach.
Everything needs to be asked, but they react quickly and clearly. To update the water - to ask, a bathrobe and slippers - to ask, an additional towel - to ask (we were 2 adults and 2 children), at the same time they can change them and put 1 large and 4 small, maybe 2 large, maybe 3 random. If I ran out of toilet paper, I'm even afraid to imagine...
breakfast is not very good. I got tired on the 3rd day. It seems like a lot of things, but there is not much choice, and it is not very tasty. It's always the same sausages, chicken and beef, omelette, scrambled eggs, potatoes, there's always one single kind of unleavened porridge, I still didn't understand what it was. Well. Juice an apple or an orange. Some kind of rice, fruits - apple, pineapple and watermelon. Everything seems fresh, but tasteless. About queues and lack of places, about what they write in the reviews, I did not notice this. We had breakfast around 9, there were always tables. The issue of queues for coffee (they also wrote a lot about it) was resolved in a coordinated manner. They just removed the coffee machine, and now there is ready-made coffee in a large vat. The coffee is lousy.
The location next to the Internet City metro is very convenient in terms of travel. Large rooms, balcony, quite decent plumbing. If we take the word view, there will be a high floor, and fairly fresh rooms. Below, where the apartments, as far as I understand, have not been updated for a long time. I didn't notice the long wait for the elevators either. But I think this is due to the high floor, who lives below, there are risks of sticking for a long time.
It is difficult to take a sunbed by the pool (on the 8th floor), but in principle there is a normal pool, there is a children's pool nearby, and a Jacuzzi.
The hotel itself has a minimarket: snacks, drinks, household.
In general, the hotel keeps a minimum sufficient level, but I don't want to praise something separately.
At the same time, the staff is friendly, polite, and responds promptly.
There are several shops nearby, and an alcohol store is 10 minutes away.
There are several very nice restaurants across the street in the business center on the second floor. Asian, poke, coffee shop, Japanese cuisine.

We rested at this hotel from November 5 to November 13.
We arrived at the hotel at 9 am, paid 200 dirhams for early check-in and we were settled in a room on the 34th floor with a sea view.
The room is two-room, which is extremely convenient. It does not give a feeling of stiffness, you feel very comfortable. The numbers are already tired, but in general everything is fine. Very comfortable beds, good bed linen, it was very comfortable to sleep.
In the kitchen area there is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, refrigerator, round table.
We only took breakfast. For me, everything is very simple, but quite enough. Delicious pastries. Of the minuses - there were often not enough mugs, sometimes plates. We went to breakfast at different times, but you can't guess.
I liked the pool. It's great to relax and unwind in a hot Jacuzzi at the end of the day (it's just an incredible buzz), swim in the pool and warm up in the sauna. The hamam did not work and the sauna does not work during the day, only in the evening. Towels are given out in the pool, very cool staff work there.
Right across the street from the hotel (if you leave the hotel and turn right, cross the road) is a good shop. We took water, yoghurts, and sweets for tea there.
A good Carrefour grocery store, we were at Emirates mall. They bought dates, fruits, and there are also a lot of gluten-free products (it's relevant to me).
They left 5 dirhams of tips in the room, as a result, they cleaned up perfectly and even made swans once) Another interesting thing is that when we checked into the room we had only 2 towels, and after the tip there were 4 + on the floor).
We had dinner at Alfeniq restaurant, 10-15 minutes from the hotel on foot. The price tag there is normal compared to other establishments, the food is delicious and the service is fast.
We didn't go to the beach by transfer. Once we were at Jumeirah Beach, I didn't like it, because there are a lot of people and a dirty sea. We got there by metro to the DMCC station, then 15 minutes on foot. The cost of a chaise longue there is 150 dirhams + a separate towel for a fee. To wash in the shower is also paid.
All the other times we went to Kite Beach. It's just amazing, if you arrive early in the morning, it's absolutely a delight. The sea is clean, transparent, a lot of cafes, free showers, you can change clothes in the toilet. The cost of a chaise longue is 120 dirhams on 3 and further rows, on the first 150. Towels are included in the price. We got there by taxi, about 30 dirhams went out in one direction.
By taxi. We caught a beige taxi with colorful roofs on the street. If green and yellow, then this is the most budget taxi, blue and red are more expensive, pink is a female taxi (the driver is a woman and carries only women). They usually charge 5 dirhams for boarding in the city, the rest is according to the meter. Everything is very comfortable, the circles are not wound.
By metro. We were given silver cards in Russia, we only replenished them in the subway. There are machines there, you can do it in them. For the first time we looked at how people do and also did, it's not difficult there. It is also very easy to understand the subway, mixed cars are painted on the cars, there are for mothers with children (we went in it).
There are Russian-speaking girls at the reception, you can always contact them.
For phones, the adapter was taken at the reception.
The main advantages of the hotel are the location (right by the metro), large rooms, a cool area with a swimming pool, responsive staff.

It takes a very long time to wait for the elevator, especially in the block to the left of the reception. There is absolutely nothing missing at breakfast: no dishes, no free tables, no food. It even happens that there are no juices and hot water to make yourself tea or coffee.
