There is a car rental counter on the ground floor, so, do not try to rent a car there, the deposit was not returned at the beginning of July (25,000 rubles), they do not get in touch, they do not pick up the phone, they do not respond to messages. There are 3 elevators on 40 floors, neither going up nor down, the queue lasts 20-30 minutes. You also have to stand in line for breakfast. Excellent location. Metro - at the entrance to the hotel. Bus to the beach (x28, 88) - across the street. Dubai Marina - 2 stops, Emirates Mall - 2 in the other direction.
Great food! Variety and sophistication of dishes and desserts.
We lived in an apartment, a kitchen, a huge bathroom, a bedroom, a separate guest room where you can have a snack or just relax sitting on the sofa. A room with a washing machine.
The room is slightly "killed" and at first spoils the impression and mood, but then the pros outweigh the cons and everything comes back to normal ;)
I recommend the hotel!

The main advantage of the hotel is its location on the main street of the city. It is easy and fast to get to all the attractions. There is also a metro station nearby, which also increases mobility.
The room is average, the hotel is not new, but overall neat and daily cleaning was at a good level
Minuses:
Old frames that did not save from noise
An old built-in closet where the doors popped out of the rails and it was hard to open them
Problems with the air conditioner, which caused all clothes and underwear to be wet
Problems with pipes in the kitchen - occasionally a huge puddle flowed from under the sink. Cleaning wiped it and just plugged it with towels
A small pool and it's quite a long way to the beach

We stayed from December 12th to 16th. The room is on the 33rd floor, a large two-room. Pros: clean bed linen, panorama, breakfasts are monotonous, but you will not stay hungry, I have breakfast at home with egg and tea, but abroad we begin to find fault)). There is a metro station nearby, they just got out and immediately entered.
Cons: our room was unbearably noisy, the windows let in a lot of noise, I had a strong feeling that I was sleeping on the highway. I slept only 2 nights out of 4, if you are with children or the elderly, think a hundred times. There is not always everything in the room, I drink a lot of water, and they brought only a liter, but they give everything on the call. Check-in is later at 15.00, you arrive and stagger if you don't want to pay 200-300 derham.
Recommendations: in no case do not use unnamed taxis that are at the hotel, we are on the first evening for 100 (!!!) Derham was taken to Dubai, they say, it costs 2 times cheaper if you use only a city taxi according to the meter. It is 3 times cheaper by metro. There was nowhere to eat nearby (except for a bunch of fast food), I had to look, eventually I found a place, walk for 10 minutes, use the 2gis map or Google maps to score a bench, reasonable prices and delicious. There is a shop next to the hotel, simple, but you can buy everything you need.
Otherwise, the hotel is not bad, but because of the noise, I'm unlikely to choose it again.

I got the impression that only Alsou works. The rest of us don't care about your comfort. The cleanliness is much worse than in a motel. We rented an apartment, but instead of 7 days, we only stayed for 1, the money seemed to be promised to be returned with a fine of 1 night (that is, in just 5 nights), at first they said that they would be returned in 2-3 days, as a result, they said we had to wait more than two weeks.
There were red spots on our bed linen that looked like blood, it's possible that this is it, but I'm not saying for sure. The floors are simply wiped with a dirty rag, and sprayed with a freshener to make it seem clean.
There are a lot of reviews, especially those where the names of the guys who clean the room are indicated, 10 identical reviews per hour come (but this is in Google)
I would like to note that I have stayed at this hotel several times before, and the service was excellent, I wish the hotel a speedy recovery.
In general, there is usually no desire to make a fuss, even if there are flaws, but this time, there was a complete set of complex absence of everything.

Location - right next to the metro, 50 meters to the station on foot and you are already rushing to Marina beach in a crowded subway. You can get off at the DMSS and walk for 20 minutes, or you can take a Fur Coat and take a tram.
Large rooms - there was a room on the 35th floor, 105 squares, why is it so big... Don't know.
The staff is always friendly and in a hurry to help.

The pool is on the 8th floor, such a pleasure, I wouldn't go, a lot of people.

A magnificent hotel. Conveniently located, the metro is 10 steps from the hotel. The center of the Burj Khalifa Tower is 5 metro stops away. Marina Beach is 2 metro stops away from the center. There are 3 bus stops to the beach near the Sail. There is a free bus from the hotel to the beach, but it is not always possible to get there. The breakfasts and dinners at the hotel are excellent. They offer excursions to the desert by jeeps, I highly recommend it. The desert is a separate topic. It's better to be there. Abu Dhabi I advise you to visit the Mosque and the Palace of Sheikhs. The location is good. We were at breakfast . There was a great restaurant nearby where you could have an inexpensive and satisfying meal (for a family of four, we ate 140 dirhams and ate too much, we didn't even eat everything (2,700 rubles).
There is also an inexpensive store nearby where you can buy everything you need. There were no teaspoons in the room , we bought five there for 1 dirhams )
