Excellent location, near the metro.
The pool is not very. The kitchen is for 4. The apartments are large, but have long been in need of restoration.
The staff is polite and attentive.
There is a children's room, but it is very small and in fact it is possible to leave a child only at the age of 7 years. That is, the hotel is not a family (toddler) format.
If it is possible not to take breakfast, but to take lunch and dinner, then it is better to do so. There are a huge number of people at breakfast, straight queues line up at the entrance to the restaurant.

The only three advantages of this hotel are:
1. Location.
2. Coffee machine.
3. Large rooms.
The rooms are dirty, cockroaches are present, the sauna is rotten, the pool is dirty, after visiting there was a rash on the body, on the first day. (you won't be able to sunbathe, the pool is covered with an awning), the food is monotonous. You can ask for water for a day to be brought to the room, you will not find anything so cool here. They also lost my suitcase, but then they found it, I was sitting without things. The breakfast room is small, queues accumulate, you have to get up at 8 to eat. There are better threes than this dump, with mud smeared in the corners.

1. The hotel is pleasant. The biggest plus is the metro station almost at the entrance to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The water in the bathrooms is warm and goes well. Sockets for Russian plugs are also available. Just need to find them. There are also USB sockets.
We lived on the 28th floor. You can wait for the elevator. There are a lot of them. If you do not blunt and do not stand at the section where only 2-3 elevators work, and go to the section where 6 elevators work, then there will be no problems at all.
2. There is some kind of fan next to the hotel, which throws dust into the air. Because of this, it is very dusty on the balconies. Balconies are not cleaned. This is a minus
3. Dining room. There is a lot of food. We took breakfast. They ate their fill and took buns and fruit to the room with them. But the food is almost the same every day. However, we had enough of what we have. There are few people in the dining room until 9 am. But we went to 8 and calmly found tables. After 9 it is already sold out, but you will find a table in 3-4 minutes.
4. Swimming pool. The water is good. There is a separate warm Jacuzzi and a pool for children. But our youngest daughter was allowed to swim with a circle and in a large pool. There are few people in it. The maximum number of visitors is from 11 to 14, when it's the hottest on the street. The rest of the time, the pool is almost empty.
5. Free transfers to beaches and malls. I'm minus here. Transfers are free, but they are not organized by the hotel itself. A bus will come for you, in which people from other hotels are already traveling. You need to sign up strictly a day in advance. Sometimes there are no places. And sometimes there is no bus itself. For example, we signed up for a bus to the beach at 10:10 on April 4th. He didn't arrive on time, and after 20 minutes we were told that he would arrive only in an hour. We didn't wait.
Total. Rating 4. There are pros, there are cons. We are unpretentious people. Overall, we liked everything. The staff is polite, but it is better to know English well in order to calmly solve all problems

One of the advantages is the proximity to the metro, a comfortable sleeping place. We had an apartment room on the 9th floor. Everything in the room is very old, dilapidated, the cleaning is terrible ... in 5 days, the room was cleaned properly only once.. It's very dusty. The curtains are very dirty. The kettle did not work, it was replaced on request. The smell in the bathroom was not eliminated, they demanded a replacement room, it was replaced after long conversations.. the balcony is never cleaned. I liked the hotel. The room was with two rooms (type 1 bedroom), a balcony, with a view of the Parus hotel. Cleaned every day, very well, towels were changed. A baby cot was provided. Breakfasts were included, there were a lot of people, but you can eat and it's convenient that you ate and went about your business. The pool is nice. Parking is huge, assistants pick up and Park. Minus these elevators. We lived on the 29th floor, sometimes we had to wait. We'll come back again. Everything is super.

We liked everything, we lived in an apartment, a spacious living room, a great bedroom, clean bed linen, towels, we had a normal cleaning, a few days really late. By calling housekeeping, they solve any issue. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is super, they cope with such a flow of people for breakfast very well. I liked the food, we took breakfast and dinner. Walking distance to a great beach is 40 minutes. The only minus when checking in for an early check-in was 300 dirhams, then dropped to 200, but we preferred to take a walk and exchange money) 50 meters to the subway and it's great, it's very convenient to get to everything

A nice hotel is located on the central street of Dubai.
The ideal location is Near the metro, shops, cafes. Dubai Marina is a couple of stops away.
Nice pool with a SPA area and a bar.
The rooms consist of 2 rooms, there are apartments.
Great view from the room, especially if you take it with a view of the bay. Rooms after Renovation (not apartments).
Clean, cleaning every day.
Very good breakfasts.
Of the disadvantages of the hotel-
1. There are not enough buses to the beach. It is necessary to make an appointment in the evening to get to the beach the next day.
2. A small restaurant- there is a queue for breakfast.

The shower cabin was leaking in the bathroom, the holders of dispensers for gel and shampoo were broken (shower gel, liquid soap and shampoo for hair, it's all her and also liquid, but it smells delicious))) ) the room has a small refrigerator, kettle, glasses, cups. Tea, coffee, sugar were replenished every day. The elevators are nimble and in sufficient quantity. Just 20 meters from the hotel is the Dubai Internet City metro station, from which you can quickly and not expensively get to the main attractions.

Not a bad hotel, we had a room with two rooms, beautiful and comfortable. Very decent breakfasts, certainly not comparable to Turkey, but still OK. We personally remembered about food closer to 15:00. Swimming pool, sauna. The metro is a few meters away from the hotel! Free transfer to a very cool beach! You just need to make an appointment in advance. Perhaps the only disadvantage of the hotel is that sometimes it took a very long time to wait for the elevator. But these are small things. I really want to return to Dubai 😍

I don't know where 5 stars come from, this place has only one plus and that's the subway. Very tired building , interior, no cleaning, dust, gum, hair under the bed and lockers. Yellowing towels and sticky promoters of fur coats, tours. Air conditioners that smell of mold. Waiting for the elevator for 30 minutes. We spent the night and moved out.

We arrived in Mercury on October 10, on the heat street, entering the room, we were delighted, first of all we were surprised by the size of the room. A large hall with a TV and a kitchenette, a nice balcony, a large bed and a bathroom and shower all in one room. Every day they brought a bottle of water, bags of tea, coffee, sugar, and reported daily. The hotel staff is very polite, but very few speak English well, but you can find Russian speakers at the reception. The cuisine at the hotel is great - a buffet, delicious food, desserts and fruits; I especially want to emphasize one waitress, Linda, from Bali, who speaks excellent English, very attentive and friendly. Thank you so much for the warm welcome. Next time we will definitely choose Mercury 😘

Nice hotel, convenient location. There is Parking, you can get a ticket from the concierge if you rent an apartment for a long time. We took it for a month, they gave us a pass without any problems.
The restaurant is wonderful, the staff is lovely. I am always amazed in Dubai how much they love children, carry them in their arms, play, treat them with berries and cookies, they are as friendly as possible. And all the waiters play with the child for a free minute. And no one is scratching their ears that it is impossible to make noise or it is not appropriate to behave like this at work. I was even cooked at the request without sauces or a dietary version of the dishes, as I observed the nutrition.
A good gym, free of charge for hotel guests.
The only negative is the pool. Just as terrible as possible. Firstly, it is necessary to climb up to it on a slippery slide, it is absolutely unsafe. Secondly, there is not a sunny side, the children's pool is generally in the corner under the roof, the adult is covered with an awning, probably more or less in the heat, but when it was 27 in the afternoon, it was cold to swim there.
There is a bus to the beach in the morning and in the evening, you need to make an appointment with the concierge beforehand.
There is also a metro nearby, right in step, convenient if you are without a car.
There is a game room and a pharmacy downstairs 24 hours. There is a small grocery store on the ground floor, not all prices are adequate))) baby food is 3 times more expensive. You can order food directly to the hotel via talabat and cook

Nice apartment for any financial possibilities, 20 steps from the metro, Alsufu beach is a 30-minute walk away. Convenient access by car. There are Russian-speaking managers.
Not far from the hotel there is a currency exchange office, various cafes, shops.
On the 8th floor of the hotel there are swimming pools (adult and children) and a Jacuzzi - open from 8 to 22.
There are shuttles to the plaza, but very crowded, it's easier to get to the nearest one on your own.
The staff is responsive.

Separately, I want to say about the bathroom, large, comfortable, has everything you need and even more. The bed in the bedroom is huge and comfortable. The service staff is helpful and attentive, although there are few Russian speakers. Breakfast for every taste, lots of fruits, drinks. Room cleaning is daily, we even refused a couple of times. There is a transfer to the beach, and it's just 1 small bus, which you need to sign up for from the evening of the previous day. But we took a taxi and even walked, it's a couple of kilometers to the beach, which is located near the Sail.

We rested here in February 2023. This is my second time in this department. The hotel is amazing in its location (just a few seconds to the metro🤩), the Marina is 2 stops away, the Moll of the Emirates is also a couple of stops away.
There was a suite just with an incredibly stunning view!! The rooms are large - a living room and a bedroom. The bath is amazing - it has both a shower and a bathtub! But I note that there is no kitchen in the suites, it is only in the apartments. And by the way, the apartments here are mostly killed☹️
There were problems when checking in — instead of one declared bed, we were given two separate ones. And I had to spend an hour and a half of time dealing with a not quite adequate Indian at the reception. As a result, we were promised to replace the room the next day + were given a late eviction as a gift. Thanks to the girl Nazira at the reception for helping us! Nazira, you're just a darling)
The hotel has a great gym! The breakfasts are the same every day, but we are not picky, so we were fine.
Will I come back here? I think that in a few years definitely yes)

The shuttle to the beach is only for 15 people, you need to sign up early in the morning. It is not aimed at children. The menu in the restaurant does not fit at all. In the morning, one porridge, slimy oatmeal. Everything else is peppery, spicy. The children's room is very small. Two children can hardly accommodate themselves anymore. The cleaning is bad. They don't clean the floors. During the three weeks of our stay, the bathroom was wiped only once. Vacuuming for 3. At the end of the rest, they noticed a cockroach in the room.

The juice was natural freshly squeezed orange two years ago, now it is powdered. In general, the hotel has become not a solid 4, but 3 stars!!! We will not recommend it.

Water is not always brought, balconies are not cleaned, otherwise it is good. The rooms are spacious, was on the 33rd floor of 105 sq.m.The food is normal for this price category. The contingent of residents is mainly the CIS, India, Asia. The alcohol market is a 7-minute walk away, Yandex maps showed, local ones did not show. The subway is behind the hotel. In the heat, walking to the local beach is a bit far, but we went. The monorail to get to the water park is also a 25-minute walk away.

It didn't go well for us personally.
Everything is old, ancient. They don't clean properly. They take the towels and do not return them back. In general, it is dirty and unpleasant. No food, monotonous, spicy. There are a lot of beans, rice and dishes with these products. Baking is not enough. Cakes of 2 types, watermelon, melon and pineapple in the cut are tasteless. Not ripe. There is very little meat! You can wait up to 15 minutes for the elevator. Because there are a lot of people and you just can't get into the elevator. The only plus is that the metro is nearby, I just left the hotel, walked around the hotel on the left and here is the entrance to the passage leading to the Dubai Internet city subway. The tourist fee of 20 dirhams per night is paid on the spot. An extra bed for a child is 150 dirhams per day! I will not choose this hotel a second time. Thanks for your attention! The hotel clearly does not pull in 4 stars!
A huge hotel with a lot of people. The staff can not cope with either the check-in, or the catering of tourists, or the cleaning of rooms.
They were settled 3 hours later than expected and only after a scandal. The child did not have a bed made, so I had to go figure it out again.
At breakfast: queues at the entrance to the restaurant, queues for food, and after the battle for an empty table.
There is a huge problem with elevators, the queue to get into the elevator is 5-10 minutes stable, both up and down, as a result, 10 people get into the elevator and it stops on each floor.
The rooms have been in need of renovation for a long time.
There is a smell in the shower, mold, a broken shower head.
There are stains on the couch.
The furniture is old.
The windows and glass railing of the balconies are dirty and stained with the prints of previous guests.
From the fact that there is a busy highway nearby, there is a terrible noise in the room even at night and with the balcony doors and windows closed.
Upon check-out, the hotel staff held our luggage demanding compensation of 500 dirhams for an old plastic, cracked coffee table that stands in the scorching sun on the balcony and is already crumbling time.
The boorish administration did not accept any of our arguments, they refused to understand the essence, putting an ultimatum - either pay or we will not give you the luggage and you will not fly anywhere.
The administration is trying to squeeze all the money out of tourists and thus renovate a shabby hotel.
This is not the first time we have been to the UAE and in Europe, Asia and Latin America, but this is the first time we have seen such a terrible place.
I do not advise anyone.

Maybe on the occasion of a birthday, or maybe it's for all the guests, they didn't explain it to us. Convenient location near the metro. It's a long way to the sea, of course. Walking distance to the nearest beach is 30 minutes. Transfer to the beach in the morning by bus and from the beach after lunch, you need to sign up for the day or come five minutes before departure, someone will definitely not come, be late or for some other reason. The room is very cozy and spacious, we had a two-room. The pool is on the eighth floor, we were in it once or twice, in the evening and in the afternoon we somehow wandered in. In general, we liked everything! The main thing is not to forget to take a good mood with you!
