We flew with this airline on the weekend on the route Yekaterinburg-Minsk-Yekaterinburg. The impressions are only positive, everything is according to the schedule. I was pleasantly surprised that economy class passengers are fed in flight. I haven't seen this for a long time, although I fly often. Usually, meals in the economy are paid additionally. The planes are small but comfortable, much better than those of an airline with three blue circles on a white background. Registration is fast.

Ticket prices have reached some kind of historical high, but the service in terms of food is still lame. We flew on a daytime flight: not at night and not in the morning, but this did not prevent us from feeding passengers breakfast -it was written "breakfast" on the boxes, which was far from what was stated in terms of content - pancakes with chicken -inside which there was practically one rice. With such ticket prices, you can offer passengers something better.

Even Aeroflot was bent through Moscow. But! AF for 4.5 hours with appropriate comfort charges less for a ticket on two segments than BA with his cart. Business is disgusting. In Airbuses, this is "Eurobusiness": the same economy with a minimum distance between the seats, fenced off from the economy by a curtain and a guarantee that no one will be put in the middle seat. At the same time, when buying a ticket and in the call center, there is no information about which single row will be emergency, even to stretch your legs. Today, at the registration in Pulkovo, an employee recommended me to change the original reservation, they see "good" places in their program. Belavia is just a disgrace, mercilessly exploiting pity for her on the part of her older brother. The prices are higher than the premium company of the Russian Federation, the service is about nothing, the planes are miserable carts, so they also simply monopolized certain segments, as, in my case, with Peter. The bottom. Is it really an unaffordable expense for the company to put six normal seats in each plane of its own, meager, fleet? You can fly their business only if there is an Embraer on the line and you are sure of it. There are seats worthy of a flight. Without alternative, I flew from Minsk to Georgia and Russia. And for me, a Fly Dubai night flight is better than maybe a more convenient one, but BA. What else pisses them off is that registration starts exactly 2 hours in advance. At all airports. I understand the possible costs, but at least in your basic could you have done it earlier? Despite the fact that, in general, a business hall in Minsk, from where to Russia, is worse than a university canteen. International is not much better. The operator girls are just sleepy flies. The flight itself: Welcome drinks will not be offered unless you ask. There is no wardrobe. All things on the shelf. The diet and the range of drinks is very weak in comparison with AF. Flight attendants do not catch those who want to visit the business toilet from the housekeeper until you poke them. The only plus of BA is that their business is almost always empty. A big plus for introverts. But if you want service, then AF. Don't hesitate. There is a gap between these companies, in service and quality. BA has no value for money. Is it okay?! In my opinion, no, when the price in one direction is 5000 for 1 year, it is not normal to talk to customers like that. But, never mind, the airline representative does not know what could have been told to enable the service through the website, and not pay 5,600 rubles. for a 2kg overweight at the airport. Well, OK, we paid, we returned, and after throwing our passports with tickets, they didn't tell us where and what time to go, and we almost forgot we were late for the flight. Moral, if you, dear airline employees, are not satisfied with your po, the fact that you are sitting at the check-in desk at 30 years old is not our problem and you do not need to mix your shit on us! Guys, if this happens to you, pay for this luggage immediately through the official website of the company, if it didn't work out the first time and the link hung up, call the Russian representative office and ask for an update, because this airline doesn't care about you and your problems, which are essentially solved for our money. I called to sort it out and they don't want to return the money, I'm very upset, I doubt that I will still contact here. The service was not rendered, but they do not want to return the money in full. Okay, if the ticket cost 10 rubles, it still wouldn't go anywhere, but when you pay 220 rubles and a small part of it is returned to you, it's not in any gate. On 09/15/2023, I spent more than three hours in line for an air ticket at the Belavia office (14A Nemiga str., Minsk). The office is stuffy without air conditioning. There were only 20 visitors in the hall. But the operators are not interested in prompt customer service. Instead of 7 jobs, 3-4 were filled. I attach a photo. There are apparently no regulations on the speed of service, people are boiling up, there are conflicts in the hall. Which employees don't even interfere with. They respond to a request to give a complaint book only from the third time. Explanations of what is happening-a new program, and also "employees are having lunch." What kind of dinners are these, more than 2.5 hours. But even the non-bored employees did anything-they examined their wristwatches, yawned, and talked leisurely among themselves. Awful. I had a better opinion of this company. Unfortunately, it was not possible to pay with a MIR card on the site, so I had to endure this torture and throw three hours out of my life. I will not apply anymore.

When choosing seats, there were 2 rows to choose from - 15 and 16 at the same price. On the plane, it turned out that the backrest does not fold out on the 15th row, but it does on the 16th. My explanations and request to replace the seat were refused (a whole row was free, but it was for the rest of the flight attendants, although most of the flight was free, and during the rest it was occupied by 1 person). I think that the cost for the 15th and 16th rows should be different, because these are different places in terms of comfort and for me this difference was key, the flight was very difficult.
