We flew from Kutaisi to Moscow, docking in Minsk. Unfortunately, our plane was delivered 2 hours later (due to the delay in its departure from Baku). The company informed us that the connecting passengers do not have time for the flight and we will have to stay overnight in Minsk. Upon arrival, we were accommodated in a 4-star hotel 8 minutes drive from the airport. They fed me dinner. Breakfast in the morning. They were taken to the airport by shuttle and sent to Moscow. Anything can happen, I understand. And I want to note that the company has worked smoothly and professionally. Thank you very much!

We flew with my husband from Antalya to Minsk on 09/26/2022 flight number 8108. Tickets for seats 30A, B, in the tail. All flight attendants are supposedly polite with a mask of indifference on their face. We got only a chicken dinner from the snack, we didn't have enough beef. My husband and I refused the hot one, so they didn't give us cookies with salad either. They didn't even ask how we would continue to fly hungry for 5 hours. Unpleasant.

Belavia, I am very pleased with your company. I flew to Georgia, returned today. St. Petersburg-Minsk-Tbilisi and back. The connection is short, I gave my luggage to Pulkovo and received it in Tbilisi, super and back the same way. Everything is clearly on schedule. Nice staff and clean planes!! Keep it up. Good prices, there is an opportunity to choose. I flew night flights, slept the whole flight. The only thing I would like to do back from Minsk to St. Petersburg is not 2:40, but 1.15 would be super!!! Good luck! I bet GREAT!!

I used the services of this airline when flying from Baku to St. Petersburg via Minsk. Transfer in Minsk at 1.50 am is more than enough time for such a small airport and I didn't have any luggage. When departing from Baku, the plane was 45 minutes late, to which people said, well, this is probably not the first time Bel Avia has flown with this company. I was lucky, because I transferred from Minsk to St. Petersburg and flew with the same airline. that's why the plane was waiting, but if I was flying another one, I had to buy a ticket again. 05/14/12 flight Minsk-Sharjah. It was only at the hotel that I discovered the absence of a wallet with credit cards. Naturally, I immediately blocked all the cards. I was sure that they had accidentally fallen out of the bag when I took out my glasses during the flight. From the hotel, I immediately went to the airline's website, and wrote an email, and wrote a message on my mobile phone. During the day, I was told that a similar wallet had been found and could be picked up at the lost and found office of Sharjah Airport. When returning home on 24.05 at Sharjah airport, the representative of the airline Rustam Kurbanov helped me a lot. Without his help, I would have flown away without a wallet. He is a very responsive person to any request, any person. I am very, very grateful to him.Such employees should be appreciated. As for the airline itself, everything is in normal mode. The Stardesses are on top, in the sense of beautiful, polite. Takeoff and landing are super. The only thing that left a residue was nutrition. There are only 2 sandwiches and drinks in 6 hours. But it's not zkipage's fault.

The whole procedure from baggage check-in to arrival is going fine. I did not have a chance to use the company's services, because of the circumstances that arose, I had to make a refund of tickets. The website could not figure out how the refund is calculated. We filled out an application - a few days later, less than half of the cost was returned for return tickets, which made us pretty nervous (40 thousand losses). No comments on the payment, technical support does not respond to questions, only writes that the message has been accepted. There were already thoughts about Rospotrebnadzor, chargeback, etc. But then, lo and behold, they returned the same amount. In general, everything is fine, but I want such support that everything is clear, well, there should be comprehensive information on the site.

A very long wait! Sometimes, when a trip is not immediately confirmed, it is necessary to book tickets and then redeem them. The redemption procedure is only in the office, unfortunately it is impossible to redeem a ticket online, so there are always queues there. Yesterday, I once again spent an hour in line. The staff is excellent, they do their best, almost all operators always work, but there are a lot of customers.
