I understand that rules are rules.: "According to the rules of the promotional fare, the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be changed." But usually companies go to a meeting! After providing death and marriage certificates (her sister's husband died), Belavia categorically refused to return anything or at least change it. I informed them that we were definitely not flying and they could sell our seats even more expensive, they would sell them, but we would not see anything. It was 3 weeks before departure.

Company 0 bought tickets online. Flights were canceled through no fault of our own , after two weeks they picked up the phone , shouted write a statement , we will return it and hung up .
