Small but very cozy rooms, polite and helpful staff. We had a rest for Christmas, we really liked it! Delicious cuisine in the hotel restaurant. We will definitely stop next time

The hotel left a double impression, on the one hand, a good location (10 minutes by metro to Nemiga), good linen and towels, a wonderful mattress. On the other hand, the standard room is for two, it is not designed for two, there is one bedside table and little space, it was also very surprising that the bathroom accessories and welcome water were for one person. In the shower, the water constantly flowed down to the floor, due to the lack of sides, which really spoiled the mood. The breakfast is standard, there seems to be a lot of everything, but in fact everything is not tasty.

A decent hotel! Not a bad location, although not in the center (on foot it is only 2-2.5 km away), near the metro. Comfortable and comfortable rooms. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff is polite. The food at the local restaurant-cafe is decent. The breakfasts could have been more varied, but overall everything is fine. I recommend it!

The hotel is stylish and modern. The room is small, but thoughtful! Work area, safe, wardrobe, blackout curtains, air conditioning - everything for a comfortable stay. The girls at the reception are nice, they will always inform you about any questions that arise. There is a dining room. There are many shops, cafes, bus stops nearby and the metro is 5 minutes away!

Great hotel. I'm glad I found him. Spending a couple of nights in Minsk for such a small amount is just a miracle. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The reception responds immediately to any whim. There is parking - both free and paid underground.

Very high-quality European three stars, reminiscent of the Ibis network: clean, comfortable rooms with excellent bathroom. We booked a Business room without breakfast — a bed, bathrobes, slippers, tea accessories, everything is super. One of the disadvantages is the rather expensive breakfasts at the hotel, but the restaurant is pleasant.

A very nice hotel. Unfortunately, I did not stay in it. Our colleagues who come on a business trip permanently reside there. The reviews are only good. The hotel staff showed rooms of all categories. A great option for staying on business trips. The guests especially noticed the proximity to the city center. There were no complaints at any time.

A very greedy hotel! It was the first time I had seen such a narrow double bed since the Soviet clamshell sofa. 1 (one) welcome bottle of water for two and only upon arrival. Oh, well, it's understandable why a small bed, a large one in such a room would not fit into the area. And all this pleasure for 125€ per day... A very greedy hotel! :)))
I can only recommend their excellent coffee for breakfast. I liked him!

We stayed at this hotel from October 5 to October 9, 2022. Very friendly staff meet at the reception, everything was quickly arranged, questions were answered.
Our room was standard. Very clean and cozy. Frequent cleaning. Change of linen and towels.
The location is very convenient. Within walking distance of Pushkinskaya metro station, shopping center. It is very convenient to get to the center.
We came by car. There is parking at the hotel, there were no problems with parking.
A nice bonus was a birthday present - a voucher for coffee and dessert)

I stayed a couple of years ago - everything was on the level. It's much worse now: the maids start cleaning around 9 a.m., slamming the vacuum cleaner on all the baseboards, which is very loud. The staff is not very friendly. There were a lot of unnecessary papers in the room, from the bathroom to the door, everything is in the instructions, for me it is superfluous. The plumbing is pretty "tired" and needs repair. The curtains are dirty. The TV is from the 90s already. It became a solid 3. I was very surprised by the "most responsible" admin at the eviction, they made me wait 5 minutes while they took the room. This is not acceptable

The first time they forgot to bring me food at all, and the second time they brought me soup that I didn't order, and then they said there was no other. The service is disgusting. Yes, and there is no letter in the inscription on the second floor directly opposite the elevator (I attach a photo)

We stayed there on a business trip.
Pleasant staff, friendly, ready to solve any questions.

Everything is as in the photo, just gorgeous, cleanly beautiful, service tower. Breakfast is 33p. Expensive, but it pays off, as it is very tasty. I recommend it, if you are in Minsk and the funds allow, I advise you to stay here, you will not regret it at all.
And I also wanted to add that the shower and shampoo are just gorgeous.

The organization of processes, room equipment, parking is good. But then the "BUTS" begin: at 23: 00 there was no hot water- wash as you want or figure out what's the matter (the choice is yours, the water appeared in the morning), a blanket no more than 120cm wide - sleep at attention (it was very cold in the room on the first May days), there were no seals between the shower curtains- this is a gap of about 7 mm and a puddle on the floor of a tiny but comfortable bathroom. The twin room is very small, if you stay together, then it is a problem to place 2 small suitcases. A narrow and comfortable sink is a rarity, and there are enough outlets. Do not take breakfast- it is expensive and the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. We had dinner late at night. There are no questions for the waiters, but the kitchen. Only the Napoleon cake was delicious, and there are suspicions that they are ordering for the cafe. Carbonara pasta has a recipe!- pasta in butter and cream sauce are not, potato cheesecakes with mushrooms SHOULD contain mushrooms, garlic was not found in the "classified and branded" sauce, etc.

A wonderful, very modern hotel! the renovation seems to have just been done, everything glitters and sparkles. Very polite and attentive staff,
The hotel has a wonderful buffet breakfast, it is not cheap, but definitely worth it, very tasty, varied and high quality.
The rooms have a mini bar and everything you need. Lighting deserves special mention. There is both overhead light and local lighting, and it is turned off from different places. Very convenient.
The hotel has two parking lots, one right at the entrance, but there are only 6 cars, the second on the inside of the building, behind the barrier, belongs to the hotel. There are probably 30-35 seats in the second one, it's free there.
The hotel is located near the metro, less than 10 minutes walk, near several pharmacies and a couple of cafes.

It is quite normal for the money paid. Small, but very cozy and, what I liked, functional room.
However, you need to do something with the shower in the room, to wash once is to fill the whole room…
There was cleaning, but selective. One bottle of welcome water is still a bit insufficient.
In short, it was fun, but there is a place to grow.

We stayed at this hotel twice (2017 and 2023). I can give you 5 stars both times. The rooms are very small, but thoughtful!!! Friendly staff, both were happy to be clean, the rooms were cleaned every day. The pickling is not in the center, but it is less than 10 minutes by car. From the wishes: you can add a kettle.

Positive:
- location, close to the metro station, there are shops nearby
- modern design, it is quite difficult to find something similar in terms of location, price and convenience in Minsk
- delicious breakfasts
- comfortable bed and overall ergonomics of the rooms
But, unfortunately, there are significant disadvantages that have blocked the advantages for me.:
- complete lack of sound insulation!!! Out of three nights, it was impossible to sleep for two nights because of the neighbors, absolutely every word is heard, and if people start talking loudly, then there is simply no chance of falling asleep. Moreover, the neighbors could be heard from all sides, as a result, the quality of sleep suffered
- breakfasts are quite expensive
- the air conditioning system does not work well, while it is cold with the window open, and hot with the window closed, it is difficult to fall asleep
- the water was supplied only on the first day, I have never seen this anywhere
- there is no cooler, i.e. you still need to look for water
- room cleaning leaves much to be desired, the bed was made somehow and pillows were thrown on top of it, it looked strange
If you need to stay in Minsk, I will most likely consider this hotel as one of the options, but in my opinion, silence during your stay at the hotel is one of the most important criteria. In general, the hotel itself deserves high praise, but for me the rest was disrupted by inadequate neighbors and poor sound insulation…
