Compact, but very logical and stylish rooms, everything is convenient, cleaning every day, the staff is professional and polite. The hotel is not in the center, but not far from the metro, and the distances in Minsk are adequate, we walked to the center. The only drawback is the rather expensive restaurant in the hotel compared to other places in the city. But, I would still like to go back there.

An excellent and modern hotel, where everything is thought out to the smallest detail, which is actually the main concept of the hotel "in the details". The rooms are new, clean, there is air conditioning, several pillows of your choice, bath accessories specially designed for the hotel, buffet breakfast, sufficient choice of dishes, amazing coffee from the machine, several types of tea, lots of pastries, porridge, egg dishes. Everyone will find something to their liking. The only disadvantage is that it is located in a residential area, almost on the outskirts of the city, opposite the cemetery) if someone is confused.. but basically there is a high fence and nothing is visible. It is very far from the center, but nearby (10 minutes to the right) Pushkinskaya metro station, from where you can quickly get to the main attractions

The location of the hotel turned out to be not very convenient for step-by-step access to the sights of Minsk next to the cemetery, but a 6-minute walk from the metro. But the low score is not for that. Unfortunately, even at the stage of booking a room, the correspondence in the messenger was very dry and unfriendly. The invoice was issued in euros, and a 100% prepayment was requested at my request to re-issue the invoice in bel. rubles. On the day of check-in (if there is a 100% prepayment and confirmation of payment from the hotel in the messenger), it turned out that the administrator did not have this information. They found it after 30 minutes. We checked into a room that was not equipped for 2 guests. After checking in, we left our things and went for a walk. Upon returning, it turned out that the electronic lock in our room was faulty and there was no way to get into the room. The receptionist offered to spend the night in another room without the things that were locked in our room, and in the morning something will be decided. Alternative: wait, maybe the master will be able to arrive faster. The master was waiting at the reception, as at the train station. We were not offered tea or coffee, or to charge our phones or anything from the hospitality field. I am already silent about compensation for inconveniences. Tired after a long trip, we waited 2 hours for the master to get our suitcases out, after which we randomly moved to another room in the night. A day later (the reservation was for 2 days), they found that there was a package of souvenirs in the first room. The reception informed them that they had not been given anything, and a guest already lives in that room, who needs to be woken up to find out about our loss. The package was found in the room, from which I can conclude that the maid did not clean the room, did not change the towels we used, etc. Otherwise, a rather bulky package with souvenirs would have been discovered and handed over to us immediately. I do not recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy your stay in Minsk.

We stayed at this hotel in mid-November for a couple of days when we came to walk around Minsk. The impressions are extremely positive. Very nice room (standard), nice design, everything you need is clean. I would like to separately note the presence of a pillow menu, it was very surprising. An excellent and very comfortable mattress. A separate aesthetic pleasure is faucets in the bathroom.
The staff is polite, I would like to mention the administrator at the reception Zlata separately)
Another advantage of the hotel is its convenient location. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes by taxi.
I will recommend it to my friends and I will be happy to come back myself!

I read a lot of laudatory reviews, came for a week and faced the following:
Positive
Clean, cozy, good mattress, kettle, mini-bar, bathtub, table in front of the sofa, extra blanket, spacious room, good Internet, bottled water in the room, bathrobes and slippers, full cosmetic set in the bathroom
Minuses
The dashboard in the room buzzes like a transformer, it is impossible to sleep under this hum.
There is no sound insulation. A family with children arrived in the same room next door, you can hear every word!
There is no bedside table, it is boarded up, only a shelf on one side of the bed.
One lamp on the ceiling was flashing, the overhead light was not turned on, or it turns out to be a disco in the room.
The shower holder is broken or it simply does not fit this watering can, it is impossible to wash in the shower.
Very small cups are coffee cups. It's problematic to make tea for two, just take two sips and brew it again.
A closet with one door, the second one is missing. If it's a design, then it's weird - all things are in plain sight. The same goes for the shelves - they are completely uncomfortable, only above the refrigerator, there is nowhere to put things.
There is a pillow menu, but the pillows themselves are not available from this menu.
The staff is polite, but they can only respond correctly if you are satisfied with everything, if difficulties arise, they give up, do not know what to answer and just smile stupidly.
It is stated that the restaurant is open until 23.00, but you can only get into it until 22.20, because the kitchen closes at this time. There is a cerberus administrator sitting at the entrance to the restaurant. And if you're hungry, then no one cares. Our request to feed was answered with "the kitchen is closed, we can't help you with anything."
There are no discounts at the restaurant for a birthday, but there is a voucher from the hotel for coffee and dessert. They didn't tell us about it at the entrance, they found out by chance from the waitress at dinner. But there were no vouchers available, they promised to issue them the next day, but they never remembered.
The restaurant is not tasty, the pancakes seem to be made not from potatoes, but from semolina porridge. Borscht is terrible.

I speak as a person who cares about the low price of the hotel, but at the same time have basic comfort.
The reception is lovely girls, they helped with everything, explained, even helped to sort out my problem with online booking. Everything is polite and neat, definitely like.
Room - as long as the corridors and rooms are not killed, they are neat and as in rooms in the center of Minsk for 300+ bel. Rub. At the same time, you get a beautiful bed of the same quality, a ventilated room (ventilation system), the photo of the room corresponds to the online photo, even a bottle of water (of course included in the price) was put, it's nice, I haven't always seen this in more expensive rooms. According to the standard, there is a safe, a mini refrigerator (inside the algocode horse money, well, for those who really want, I skip this moment, if I want, the Martin store is downstairs right in the same house).
Accessibility - I'm a visitor, on business, mobility was important, 5 minutes from Pushkinskaya metro station, shops nearby, what else do you need?
If anyone is interested, there is a full-fledged restaurant / cafe downstairs (for whom it is more convenient to call the hotel coffee shop), the price tag is like everywhere else, so for an amateur, I preferred a double big mac and business.
There are also promotions for booking a room, which again goes to the karma of this hotel!
Definitely ready to move in, I was afraid that for such a price (150 bel.rub 2-bed room) I'll run into problems (I was ready for them too, but thanks for not having them).
For comparison, the room is very similar to the Zalking hotel, which has recently gained popularity (Well, yes, it is less pretentious and not in the center), but, in fact, the comfort is the same, and this is the main thing (the price differs by 2 times!)

An ambiguous impression remained. Formally, everything is not bad: the rooms are neat, the linen is good, the bed is large. But for such a price — 4,500 Russian rubles per night without breakfast — I expected more in terms of services and customer orientation.
It all started with check-in: arrived at 10 a.m. and asked to check me in earlier. The receptionist did not check the availability of rooms, did not offer early check-in with an additional fee, but simply cut off that check-in was at 14. Fortunately, my friends had already checked in the day before and I was able to spend these hours in their room.
Breakfast: 850 Russian rubles is too unrealistic a price for a completely standard set of omelets, sausages, pastries and coffee.
In the room: water is not provided in the room, but there is also no cooler on the floor. There are no slippers either. A dental kit, as it turned out, can be provided at the check-out, but you need to ask at the reception.
Therefore, I repeat once again that technically everything is not bad, but these small things in the hotel spoiled the impression of "price / quality".
I probably won't recommend this hotel.
