A good hotel, at the reception they help with everything promptly. Unfortunately, during the 6 nights of the visit, the cleaning of the rooms only affected the change of towels and bags in the trash cans. They have never been vacuumed, the bed linen has never been changed. They approached, found out twice, but still did nothing. The kettle in the room seemed to say that it would be, but it was not there. Boiling water can only be taken in the bar on the ground floor in this case. The master password for the safe was found at the first request of his instructions on the Internet. Accordingly, the fact that you put your password on the safe will not protect your belongings in any way. The surrounding streets are quiet, calm. The curtains are thick, you can arrange darkness even during the day. Bed linen, mattress, pillows - great! It was comfortable to sleep. The plumbing is good. The tap water is of pleasant hardness, the shower does not dry the skin much, the soap is well soaped. I would like to have more storage space. The breakfast buffet is decent, there is something new every day, the restaurant staff is very friendly.
In general, the hotel is good, unfortunately one of the main memories about it is the poor quality of room cleaning. Nevertheless, the hotel deserves a good rating, as otherwise it proved to be quite good.
There are no rooms with windows facing the cemetery, which is across the street, as far as I understand. Yes, it is not very visible. But the neighbors are quiet)

Great hotel! Cozy rooms, inside there is everything you need. Friendly staff, no complaints at all about them. Breakfast is normal, someone writes that it's expensive, but it's subjective here. Convenient location, 300 meters and you are already in the subway. And most importantly, an adequate price. No wonder the hotel has a rating of more than 9. I advise you!!!

The location is almost in the center of Minsk, it is not difficult to find a hotel. The hotel is new. Clean and cozy. There is parking nearby. I didn't really like that they give 1 bottle of water for three and at the same time there is no killer with water on the floor. I had to go down to the lobby bar for boiling water. Breakfasts are scarce, especially for their cost.

For its price, it does not meet expectations. The numbers are meter by meter. The air conditioner thunders throughout the room when turned on. It feels like you're living in a dorm, not a hotel. Slippers for a fee... we lived for the same price as here, in another hotel, where there was a swimming pool, spa, huge rooms. Breakfast was generally disappointing. After such a "breakfast" we went to a cafe. Empty juice containers, a crust of bread, no choice at all… I do not recommend it.

A modern and cozy hotel. The location is quite convenient, there is a bus stop nearby, and the metro is 5 minutes away (although walking from the metro with a suitcase up the hill is such a pleasure).
I won't stop a second time for only a few reasons:
1. The room is stupidly cold (special thanks to the maids who do not check on the eve of the guest's arrival that the battery is turned off to 0, and you enter a cold room.
2. Noisy ventilation
3. Lack of normal hot water supply. A barely warm heated towel rail that did not heat the tub. At first I decided that there was no hot water, but it turns out that it needs to be drained for 10 minutes. I had the 4th floor. Are you serious? It's February outside.
In the most run-down hotel there is a heater in the bathroom so as not to depend on the city's water supply.
And I will note the reception separately. Who was genuinely surprised that the water was barely warm. And he offered to send a maid to help.(apparently turn on the hot water tap). That was the end of all the help.

A quiet hotel, comfortable enough to relax in.
Of the advantages:
A good bed, pillows - I have a bad spine, I slept great. Beautiful bathroom, good water pressure. A strong enough hair dryer (this is important for long hair). The location is excellent, near the metro, McDuck, a few stops to the center or ten minutes by taxi. A good cafe, reasonable prices for food (not breakfast). Drinking water at check-in (but then not replenished). Good internet connection.
Minuses:
The air conditioning is central, which was not pleasant. There is no bathrobe/slippers, they are at the reception for an additional fee.payment. An absolutely illogical room in terms of furniture placement: to go to the shelves where the shoe spoon lies, you need to pass by the bed. That is, it will not work to take off / put on shoes at the entrance, you need to walk around the room in a dirty one. There is no closet. The hair dryer is bolted to the wall (this is a personal hell! It will neither dry properly nor fit. If you are afraid that they will steal it, give it out for painting upon check-in, but remove this nightmare.) There is a single bottle of shower gel / shampoo in the bathroom, no separate shampoo, no hair balm, a significant disadvantage for women.
In general, 8/10, I came on the recommendation, most likely I will return, but with my hair dryer and shower cosmetics.

The hotel is quite nice, the staff is polite, the rooms are clean and modern renovation. Of the disadvantages, the rooms are very small (we had a standard business), so small that the two of us are cramped. But we came for a walk around Belarus and only spent the night in the room. There was a real lack of a closet and an entrance hall as in standard rooms. At the same time, there is no noise in the rooms. The food at the hotel restaurant is average.
