We stayed on New Year's holidays. A large and clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Room cleaning every day, clean towels and hygiene products. The convenient location and the availability of private parking is a big plus. The impressions are only positive ! :)

I stayed a couple of years ago - everything was on the level. It's much worse now: the maids start cleaning around 9 a.m., slamming the vacuum cleaner on all the baseboards, which is very loud. The staff is not very friendly. There were a lot of unnecessary papers in the room, from the bathroom to the door, everything is in the instructions, for me it is superfluous. The plumbing is pretty "tired" and needs repair. The curtains are dirty. The TV is from the 90s already. It became a solid 3. I was very surprised by the "most responsible" admin at the eviction, they made me wait 5 minutes while they took the room. This is not acceptable

Just the most beautiful hotel! The best price-performance ratio of all the places where I have ever stayed in Minsk.
The rooms are perfectly clean and modern, equipped to the maximum. 24-hour reception with courteous staff. Access to the room via an electronic card. You can safely arrive even at 6 a.m. Inside the room, everything is thought out to the smallest detail and the design is in the high-tech style - even here they pleased! I will definitely come back here again.

The hotel is quite good price / quality adjusted for Minsk. It took me a long time to find a hotel that was not with a naphthalene design and not for 13,000 rubles a night. Of the cons:
- disgusting pillows. Yes, it says on the brochure above the bed that you need to ask for pillows of a different hardness, but why not do it right away? why not put medium-hard pillows right away and in the closet 1 soft? Why should I worry about such things?
- no sound insulation. At all. The feeling that you all live in the same room:you can hear the neighbor's clearly calm speech, how he snores, how he takes a shower and what he talks about with his wife. And at night you will jump up from their doors because it sounds like your door has been opened.
- No kettle, tea, coffee. No one will do it for you if you check in late because nothing works 🤷♀️🤷♀️Thanks for the free 1 bottle of water. No snacks in the fridge, just alcohol.
These are not minuses, but remarks:
-the rooms are super small (well, for a 3 * hotel this is a common thing). You can live there alone for no more than 2 days. This is standard in the rooms.
- there will be a condom waiting for you in the safe. Apparently, according to the logic of the administration, this is more necessary than free slippers or a dental kit. Which suggests that dubious people stay at this hotel for sex.
In general, if you are going to Minsk for a couple of days, then it is quite tolerable accommodation. A standard 3* hotel, not claiming to be a 4*. and even 3+* I paid 11 thousand for 2 nights

Very polite and kind service. The rooms are small, well equipped, clean. The staff is very polite, answers all questions - a fairy tale. Covered parking is available for a fee. The metro is a 5-minute walk away.
One of the disadvantages is that the Internet in the extreme rooms works intermittently.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days, came on business. We liked everything: high-quality cleaning, friendly staff who can help with any question, location (close to the metro and the center). There are two grocery stores, a pharmacy and a cafe nearby.
The room has everything you need. The only thing to consider when booking is that there is no kettle in the standard rooms and there is no common cooler on the floor. We went to the bar on the 1st floor for boiling water.
I would also like to mention a very comfortable mattress and new high-quality bed linen!
I recommend this hotel and will advise my friends.
