Stylish interior, interesting music, top-level staff work and, of course, food! It's awesome delicious, I really liked it (for the tinctures, a separate respect!), but the draniki did not go very far, they seemed very thick, maybe we just ate too much of them during our stay in Minsk.
I was very amused by the situation when we were offered someone else's clothes several times at the exit from the "wardrobe"))

This is a top restaurant in Minsk, for people who value time, a good attitude towards themselves and those who like to get a gastro orgasm. I have not met such knowledge of the composition and serving of dishes by a waiter anywhere, they are professionals in their field, it is a pity that I did not remember the name of a young man with long hair, but he meets all the requirements 100%
He knows the approach to each client individually, even the tea that was mixed up when serving, brewed anew and brought a new one. The dishes are carefully and beautifully decorated by the chefs. In general, the impressions of visiting this institution were only positive, and I say with confidence that the owner of the restaurant did not skimp on anything, the interior is TOP, the staff is TOP, the chefs are TOP, the dishes are the tastiest TOP. We were at the institution on April 12th. The kitchen is very good. The draniki are some of the best that we tried in Minsk. Good serving of dishes. We took everything to the table to try to make the most of it. Nikita, the waiter, served us and gave us recommendations on the dishes. The only thing we didn't like was the cheese for dessert.

Expectations based on the reviews were not met. The interior was surprised by the mix of loft style and crystal chandeliers... There is no Belarusian authenticity... The kitchen seemed ordinary. We ordered borscht, salad with eel, pancakes with trout, cutlet with crayfish necks, mors, and pudding for dessert. It's not bad... but to say that directly ah- probably not...

On June 17 and 18, we had dinner with my wife twice in Bulbashi. Well, that's just great. We tried a lot of things. Snacks include mini cabbage rolls, tartlet with herring. We tried borscht, beef stroganoff, venison stew, pancakes with brisket. For dessert, my wife tried glazed cheeses. Everything is very tasty, and the pancakes are the most delicious in Minsk. Good local beer, very tasty liqueurs. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, good design, and pleasant service. Ilya, the waiter, was always informative and professional. The prices, taking into account the quality of the dishes, were normal. In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Minsk. Thank you.

Be sure to visit - without this restaurant, impressions about Minsk will not be complete. The best that is appreciated in Belarus is reflected here: hospitality, goodwill and, of course, the amazing skills of the chef and the whole team. All dishes are worked out to the smallest detail!!! If you are going to visit - book in advance, especially on weekends. However, I am sure that it will be difficult to get into everyday life.the real Belarusian cuisine is only here.

I didn't want to write a review, but today I received an advertisement for "Forget about Vaselki" from the Bulbashi restaurant. This is the bottom. And so on in order.
We decided to go to Minsk for the November holidays, and in three weeks we booked three of the best restaurants in our opinion, one of which turned out to be Bulbashi.
After visiting this restaurant, the eldest son had severe food poisoning. It's a shame in this situation that we came to a medical conference at the BDMU and, accordingly, we had to skip part of the conference.
The restaurant replied that everything was fine with them and this could not be, and what we took for poisoning was an allergic reaction to celery.
After the answer about "celery", I was "undermined" and I "got" the SES service-despite all their objections during the day to take a statement and measures for this restaurant, in the evening the statement was accepted. At the time of writing the application, the SES employee did not know how to accept the application from the Russian and called the head for consultation, but she was deaf and turned on the phone on speakerphone: I learned new information about myself, but the main thing is that already in the morning in the restaurant all the spoiled products on a call from the SES had to be thrown out and "this" let there He won't find anything anyway.
I think Russia is a sample of the 90s, but no, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an official response about the inspection and the violations identified, for this the employees of the SES "offset".
It is better not to go to this restaurant with children, otherwise celery allergy is a contagious thing.
Love your children, don't experiment.

The most delicious restaurant in Minsk. It was a very pleasant atmosphere, the sweetest girl was a waiter (I don't remember her name). All the dishes that were tasted there were wonderful. Pancakes with brisket sauce, medallions, meat salad, baked eggplant on toast - everything is super simple! The tinctures are excellent, especially the crambambula. I advise you to book in advance.
