We came to have dinner with friends. The first person to greet us was the waiter's fifth point, who replied through gritted teeth that he needed to go downstairs to sit at a table. A girl met us downstairs and told us to wait at the entrance. After 5-7 minutes, she came up to us and said that we actually needed to undress upstairs, so we went upstairs to leave our jackets. After coming down, they sat us down at a table and left us sitting. The menu arrived after about 7 minutes of waiting. After such a service, we didn't stay, got up and left without ordering anything.

The best restaurant in my life! Michelin smokes nervously, as they say... Pay attention to the decorations of the restaurant: a wall with walled-up dishes, pots under the ceiling, a table with the base of a tree trunk - this is all the history of this place. Amazing cuisine, where you want to savor every bite...excellent service...I don't know anyone who wouldn't like this place...and I advise everyone...

It's a terrible place. The staff doesn't care about visitors. They sat me down at a table where they were shouting very loudly. Noise and uproar. There was no reaction to all our requests. We've read very good reviews, most likely hyped. There are a lot of good places in Minsk. I won't write which ones, they'll think it's competitors. If you want to spend an evening in a quiet place with your family, you are not here. I don't recommend it.

It was funny to find out that you need to book a table in advance on Friday and weekends in Minsk. We barely got there. We had borscht and salad with pickled pears. The borscht is excellent , served with Borodino bread and bacon . The salad is also decent . Keep in mind that the portions of salads and hot are not small from the word at all.

Just a wonderful place with unique delicious pancakes with smoked salmon and good beer. Separately, I would like to note the novelty of the season: salad with eel. An absolute taste hit (by three at once) with a combination of eel, strawberry, radish, asparagus and something else). You can sing a lot of praises, but it's already been done before me, just join in!
Now the nuances…
We were sitting on the summer veranda on a warm evening. We didn't book in advance. They are not local themselves - tourists from Moscow. There were no problems with the table on Saturday evening, despite fears: after all, it was also Children's Day - people were walking! It was also easy to accommodate two pairs of our colleagues who came separately a little earlier. But when we were there, a couple of obviously decent local companies were refused, citing a full landing. The tourists who came after us without reservation were seated next to us. The conclusion about tacit face control is self-evident.
The waiter's work was exemplary! Three Muscovites melted away from his friendliness and helpfulness to the point of losing their vigilance! For which they paid in the truest sense of the word! Our check amounted to 154 bel.rubles. They left 100 Russian ones for tea, which were available. When they came to the hotel, they regretted that they had not given enough. Until you opened the bank's app to split the costs. And there... tara-ra-ram... 184 bel.rubles were written off!!! Attempts to justify the wonderful waiter with inattention: the hand slipped, etc. did not pass, since the first attempt to pay through Tink also turned out to be not at 154, although less than 184 (I will not say more precisely - there was a refusal in Russian rubles immediately). So, as a result, the boy added 30 white rubles of tea to himself (almost 20%, or 900 Russian rubles from 4500, for me - an obvious overkill!). There was no anger at nyashechka, we were on vacation! They are suckers themselves, he probably needs them more))). But the sediment remained, I want to warn others. I will attach photos of the receipts for proof.
Will we go there again? Absolutely!!!! It was tastier and more pleasant nowhere! We will not book: loshki tourists are welcome there! That's just going to be more careful and leave a tip exactly as much as we decide)))

The halls are empty, but they say there are no seats. I was alone and they didn't want to accommodate me. They didn't even offer options, for example, to book a table for dinner or to offer a table for 1 hour/2 hours while there are no customers. Customer orientation tends to zero.

We were on a business trip in Minsk and came here at the invitation of our Minsk colleagues. We had a wonderful time. A pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff, very detailed and delicious talk about the dishes from the menu, after which it is difficult to resist and not try. Dishes of national Belarusian cuisine. Everything that was offered was very tasty and beautifully decorated. Before visiting, it is better to call and book a table, because the place is quite popular even on weekdays.

The first place we visited in Minsk. We were very pleased with both the service and the kitchen! We took draniki and tartare, and in the morning we returned for cheeses and lusts — everything is delicious and beautiful. The portions are large, it's unusual after Moscow fancy restaurants, so don't rush to accelerate :)))

This is the best restaurant in Minsk at the moment. Firstly, the service is at the highest level: the waiters sincerely try to immerse themselves in the atmosphere, tell you everything in detail, and in principle, as a good friend, they will tell you what is better to take and what is better to drink. The phrase of our waiter: "Many visitors say that they come to us because there is a big queue in Cornflowers" is a blow to the heart. So: do not compare *oops with a finger, Bulbashi is another level of cuisine. Let's move on to "secondly" - this is a luxurious kitchen where everything is balanced and made so delicious that you sincerely want to finish everything, but you can't physically do it, because you've eaten too much. Draniki with stewed beef in beer is a separate respect and a van love. And, thirdly, these are tinctures: we have tried enough tinctures in Minsk, they are not bad everywhere, but the perfect balance in horseradish is only here. It's really tasty here and you want to get culturally drunk with it. Bottom line: don't waste time on Cornflowers when you want to get great pleasure and bliss from high-quality author's cuisine.

With what fanfare we were advised this place, expectations were overstated. It's good that everything went on the rise. If soft drinks are straight average, snacks are very "instagrammed", but not very meaningful, both in quantity and concept and originality, then the second courses already justify both the rating and reviews and even the cost (still above average by Minsk standards). The service is at the highest level - and they will bring it quickly and tell you "what kind of hook is there and what kind of deflope it is." Is it worth coming here if you don't drink? Definitely yes, but do not build illusions about snacks, they are more for aesthetics. The main dishes and the eyes, and the receptors, and the stomach are happy. And if you drink, then they will write to you here without me, how good it is here)

I trusted the solid 5 stars and came to this wonderful restaurant of Belarusian cuisine. the first thing I would like to note is a very pleasant subdued atmosphere. The waiters are courteous and pleasant. We were called nothing but "ladies" and were polite.
The place is ideal for a pleasant evening and a delicious dinner. The portions are large and very satisfying. Especially delicious pancakes with beef tenderloin. They melt in your mouth!
In general, the place fully deserves its 5 stars, they left well-fed, satisfied and tasted Belarusian cuisine

We have been looking for a place for a farewell dinner in Minsk for a long time. And clearly they were not mistaken. The interior of the restaurant is very interesting, a combination of rustic style and modernity; a kind of fusion. From the moment of entry to the table, you are accompanied by polite and friendly staff. The waiter's service at the table is above all praise. He knows the menu perfectly and thoroughly, gives unobtrusive recommendations, is polite and attentive. The submission of blue is strictly in accordance with the agreed procedure. As for the restaurant's cuisine itself, it's a delight. Each dish is original, original and most importantly delicious, with an interesting presentation. We visited this institution before the Independence Day of the Republic 2024.
It is worth noting that there are quite a lot of free tables, but still the locals recommend booking a table, which we did. Booked on the pretext of a date. We were placed at, in our opinion, the most beautiful table on this street, because it was located on a small balcony.

We were in Minsk for 5 days, went to this wonderful restaurant twice, everything is very tasty, interesting unusual combinations, everything is fresh. The waiters are very attentive, I especially liked the guy with dreadlocks, told me in detail about each dish, chose a salad on his recommendation and did not regret it. The spicy cranberry liqueur pleased with its mild taste. Dumplings with venison are just a delight. The shingles need to be ordered for two, a large hearty portion. A pleasant place, we recommend it.

A small cozy restaurant located in the basement next to the Town Hall, there is a summer veranda. The kitchen is on top, the staff is young and responsive, the dishes are beautiful, the interior is pleasant, the bathroom is clean. They told us very tasty things about what and how the selected dishes are made - this is a rarity. We ordered borscht, chowder, turkey cutlets and beef with potato casserole - everything was very tasty! I recommend you to visit
