Do I think this hotel is great? Definitely not, for me it's a sure three plus. Everything is clean, the rooms are cleaned, bathrobes, towels, excellent staff. But nothing more: a swimming pool for show, breakfasts and dinners are modest but delicious, there is no spa, to stomp and stomp to the sea. Is this one of the best hotels in Sukhumi? Unfortunately, this is probably the case.

A kind of food that not everyone will like, but the cook will change it if you ask. 2. The staff , as I understand it , has 2 shifts in total , the first is calm and attentive , and the second is Nicole . What is Nicole? A woman who feels like a hostess in everything looks kind and incendiary, but calmly rude to guests....

The hotel is quite good among the local hotels. But we must understand that this is a local service and there will be nothing supernatural here. We rested on the second floor. The most terrifying moment is the cockroach that crawled through our room. I had to shake up all the things.... There is a market nearby. I would hardly have returned to this hotel.

There are places that are remembered for a lifetime with their zest. The Garuda Hotel in Sukhum became such a place for me. Stylish, made with taste and love, the hotel welcomes guests with its oriental hospitality. Many thanks to the French chef who pampered us with delicious food. I have never eaten such delicious rolls anywhere. And oriental coffee is beyond praise. I would also like to mention all the staff. Everyone is very friendly and promptly solves any issues that arise. Georgy runs this beautiful hotel. He always keeps his finger on the pulse and is aware of all events. A transfer from Adler to any point in Abkhazia is clearly organized. We were met, brought, and then taken to the airport. The sea is clean, the water is clear and warm. We got positive emotions from the rest and returned home happy. The rest was a success. thank you! I want to come back here again!

Hello. We were with my wife and daughter, she is 4 years old. We did not expect that the food would be so good! Porridges, soups, desserts, in short, not much, everything is very tasty for children and adults. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel, lunch at the location. There is an Elbrus dining room nearby. It is delicious and affordable there, and again you can feed the child. The room is good, the bed, etc. everything is as it should be. If you compare it with Turkey, and usually it's Rixos Belek, Gloria, who understands he will understand, then there is not much difference. And about the roads, the location of the hotel and other nuances - this is Abkhazia. I recommend it to everyone.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff is responsive with a soul, they helped me a lot, they changed the linen additionally. The child was sick, they advised the hospital, they prepared crackers for us. The pool is very small, photographed with a distortion of reality. The breakfasts and dinners are modest. I think the price — quality does not match.

We were in January 2023. Great hotel. Probably one of the three in Sukhumi that is definitely worth living in. The staff is polite, always with a smile. The breakfasts are excellent (believe me, there is something to compare))). Dinners for 3. Daily cleaning. Towels are changed every 3 days. Rooms of different categories. The beds are comfortable, the bed linen is comfortable. The bathroom is really not very cool. It was not possible to swim in the pool for 3 days. Although it was promised to be warm, but there was no electric power at night and it is cooling down. In general, I liked everything very much. PS: there was a huge vase of madarins at the reception. Gorgeous Aa...I forgot the main thing))) a compliment on the day of check-in, a glass of homemade wine for everyone)))

It was 3 nights in March. The staff is friendly, the service is good. The heating in the room is working. The breakfasts are good. The hotel is notable for the decor of the corridors - different countries on different floors, it's funny. The hotel itself is small, intimate. Locals who are not interested :), they say this is one of the best in the city. In my opinion, it's just a nice, pleasant, small hotel.

We checked into a room of a higher class, great food, welcome -drink upon check-in. The hotel is not very well located, but in principle you can walk to the center in 10-15 minutes. The city itself is colorful - it feels like the war ended yesterday. People are amazing, very friendly. I recommend it!

When planning a trip, we called the reception, clarified the number of guests and the cost of the room, at lunch they called a second time and asked to leave a room for us.
