The hotel is fresh, nice people work in it! It was comfortable to be in it! It's a little far from the sea (it was scary until we arrived), but in fact it didn't bother at all! The food is delicious, I was very pleased that the menu changes daily. No one from the family has ever been hungry! The rooms are well cleaned. Sorry for our sometimes scattered things! But they were stacked too! But there is also a small disadvantage - the windows let in noise from the street. It didn't bother us , it just had a place to be. If I wanted super silence, then there would be a minus.

We stopped by at the end of May, and left at the beginning of June 2023. I liked the hotel very much , the cleanliness in the hotel , in the rooms , in the corridors is captivating . The staff is very polite, friendly and attentive. Daily , high-quality room cleaning . The menu is varied daily, everything is very tasty and original . I liked the feijoa jam, so I bought a jar of jam home. One of the wishes is to water the flowers on the balcony more often and clean there. Put signs on the veranda of the restaurant "Do not smoke" and make a place for smokers because it spoils the appetite of non-smokers and the irony of children. An additional place was not prepared . The extra seat is hard , the transverse crossbars of the cot (armchair) are very annoying , but an attentive groan gave out an additional mattress and blanket (it became softer) . The location of the hotel is good, parking, the road around the hotel is good-asphalt, there are many shops, the center and the market nearby, close to the sea ( about 10-12 min walk) . The botanical Garden, Freedom Square and Glory Square are within walking distance. The overall impression of the hotel is excellent! I recommend. I want to come back again!

We are in Sukhum now, but we are already leaving. We were in Abkhazia for the first time. We immediately decided not to save money on the hotel and did not regret it. We chose the Garuda Hotel. It is new and it is undoubtedly the 5th in terms of service and nutrition. It will give a head start to many Turkish, Egyptian and Greek hotels that I have visited many times before. It is somewhat remote from the sea, but we did not swim in the city. We took a taxi to Mocha Beach. The beach is large and well-equipped. Everything you need is there. The beach is somewhat isolated from the city and the sea there is quite clean and transparent. The amount of runoff there is minimized. Basically, when I swim, I don't dive and I don't drink water. We also do not forget to wash our hands before eating. In general, we swam and went on three excursions. We have not caught any rotovirus. Have a good rest!

We had a rest with my husband from 25.08-03.09 In general, I liked the hotel itself, the rooms, the food, the territory. But the attitude towards the guests leaves much to be desired. It felt like it wasn't us visiting them, but them visiting us. Very arrogant waiters who roll their eyes and seem to be always dissatisfied with something. I believe that for 100 thousand for a hotel in Abkhazia, such behavior is not acceptable. Since you position yourself as a top-class hotel/luxury class, please educate your staff. Because there is no hospitality. There is no one at the reception at all in the evening. One night, a doctor was needed, there was no one at the reception. They called, called, and no one showed up. One thermometer for the whole hotel is generally a laugh. In general, the attitude towards the guests is simply disgusting, I think that we will not recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely not return.

We were vacationing in Abkhazia for the first time and we were lucky enough to choose this hotel))) He's just great at everything!!! The staff is friendly and does their job for 5+ The hotel is very beautiful. The room has everything you need: soap, gel/shampoo, toothbrushes/paste, slippers, bathrobes, tea/coffee, sugar, water, WiFi. The sound insulation is good, the mattresses are comfortable, the bed is snow-white. We had breakfast and dinner included. Respect and many thanks to the chef!!! It is very tasty, varied, always fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to one of the best beaches in Sukhum - Mocha Beach. Nearby there is a shop, pharmacy, market. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the embankment at a leisurely pace. Conclusion: we definitely recommend it and will definitely come back again!!!

The hotel is just a fire! The rooms are beautiful, there are carpets in the corridors too, which increases sound insulation. The beds are huge and soft, the bed linen is perfectly white. The staff is all very friendly! Breakfast is a separate song. I haven't seen such breakfasts for a long time. It is very satisfying and varied. The choice of jam is simply amazing. We stayed at the hotel with my husband and child for 7 years. We were pleased with the staff ~ they were greeted warmly and quickly checked into the room. The sorceresses~the maids cleaned the rooms every day, the towels were changed daily too. They do not save on anything: great food, detergents in a large assortment. The distance from the sea is ~ 6 small blocks. But this does not spoil the rest at all. I recommend.

Good day to everyone. Very rarely do I write such a detailed review, well, it really boiled over. Let's start with the pros : - Nice girls at the reception. We were checked into room 501, but it smelled eerily of cigarette smoke. Just a couple of minutes after the call, we were moved to 301. Thanks to them for such a service. - A very tasty barbecue for dinner. And now about the cons : - Dead numbers. - Dirty carpet. - There is no bottled water in the original packaging. What is this supposed to mean? There is a glass bottle, but it already has mold in it and you have to be completely abnormal to drink it. I'll attach all the photos. - Plastic spoons for tea, are you serious? ;) - Depending on the room category, they provide different shower accessories. And this is taking into account the fact that there are already unrealistically inflated prices in the season. - Mold in the sink. - Uncomfortable pillows and dirty face towels. - The noise from the elevator engine room can be heard even on the 3rd floor. Hi earplugs on vacation. - The entrance doors to the room are without any sound insulation and there is a huge gap from below through which you can hear everything that happens in the corridor. - Special attention should be paid to writing about breakfast. We have never seen such a terrible breakfast in hotels. There is absolutely nothing to eat. The cherry on the cake was a cheese product, instead of cheese. Well, this is completely overkill. - There is no normal grain coffee machine in the hotel. Don't believe the positive reviews. Apparently, people did not live in normal hotels of this price category.

A very cozy boutique hotel. We rented a 2-bed room, very comfortable, clean rooms,attentive staff,we liked breakfast and dinner, delicious and varied. Comfortable beds and a mattress, snow-white bed linen. The interior in the corridors is different everywhere, cozy and comfortable. It was a rainy, cold day and the pool was not used. Thank you so much to the staff for their attention, kindness and hospitality!!! The location of the hotel is 10 minutes from the market and 20 minutes from the embankment, (on foot).

The hotel is just wonderful! The interior is very clean and very beautiful. The staff is very motivated, they try to help with any problem. Our room was cleaned every day. We took pre-paid breakfasts and dinners. The choice of food is not great, but everything is very tasty! On the downside: the beach is a 12-minute walk away, but the water in this part of the city is dirty. We went to the sandy beach of Mocha. And the hotel itself is located in the private sector, there are no cafes nearby. I had to go to another part of the city for lunch about 20 minutes on foot. It wasn't a problem for us, but maybe it's important to someone. Our vacation at this hotel was great for us! Thank you very much!
