A great hotel, fully matching the description on the website. We were checked in immediately after arrival, a welcome delicious glass of wine, which certainly lifted the mood. By the way, no one asked for an additional fee or tip for this. The rooms are clean, the kitchen is incomparable. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Friendly staff. We recommend it!

I will try to describe my impressions without prejudice. By the standards of local residents of Sukhum, the hotel is considered elite, if you tell the driver of any car (minibus) where you stopped, then they will tell you that bourgeois people usually rest there)) The location of the hotel is in a residential area. To the sea (beach) on foot from the hotel in a straight line 15 minutes; to Sukhumi bazaar - 10 minutes.
Next to the shop with Turkish goods "Wave".
First impressions: friendly reception, clean room, comfortable bed, nice clean linen, bathrobe and slippers (an analogue of the branded trains of JSC "Russian Railways"), a TV with cable TV on the wall. You will have neither the time nor the desire to watch TV, you will be passionate about excursions and walks in Abkhazia, and at night you will watch dreams.
Breakfast from 8 to 10. We usually had breakfast at 8.30.
Dinner from 18 to 20. Once we had dinner at 19.30 and everything was enough for everyone and even more - we ate too much... If it didn't seem enough, then you can also have a cake with tea or compote), if desired, you can put ice.
There is a large selection of delicious dishes on the buffet, which are constantly replenished. Everyone will remain well-fed and satisfied!!! The waiters are very delicate and tactful, they react quickly to your mood.
The dishes are different every day, there is always something that you will like.
The hotel has wi-fi with a large coverage radius.
The room is cleaned daily - in your absence.
There is always a water cooler on the floor, you do not need to buy water. The water tastes like spring water, bottled.
There is an ironing board with an iron on the floor.
General impressions about Abkhazia. Despite the fact that Abkhazians are hospitable people, they will not let you pass on a zebra crossing, there are their own road rules, be careful. At some intersections there are traffic lights only for motorists, not provided for pedestrians.
Do not get confused in time, in Abkhazia Moscow time, crossing the border, your watch can automatically switch to Georgian GMT +4.

We were at the hotel in April 2023. I really hope that the hotel will keep the quality and will not deteriorate! You can definitely mention nutrition here. Just 5 stars. A variety of homemade rolls, cheeses, fresh vegetables, fruits, delicious salads, hot various dishes, Abkhazian cuisine, fresh pastries, a variety of additives,sauces, and all sorts of goodies. The difference between this food and other hotels is that there are interesting and unusual dishes here: there were Asian noodles, Georgian traditional dishes. Everything is very tasty. I'll give you a bonus!
I would also like to mention the service.Everyone is very kind and sweet
The pool is small, but very warm. We even swam in the rain. It looks more like a big Jacuzzi.
The rooms are beautiful, very clean. They cleaned constantly. Linen and bathrobes were also changed regularly.
It is very pleasant to sit on the terrace outside. There is heating from the ceiling and therefore it is not cold
Of the cons:
The extra seat was a folding chair that creaked. I had to put cushions from the sofa to make them creak less.
It's just a terrible price for washing clothes! For underpants 80p, for pants 300p. I had to wash it myself. Since washing for one machine will cost a couple of thousand!!!
There are no additional entertainments for children and adults (. I understand there is little space, but it would be great to organize, for example, billiards, table tennis, chess, cinema or something similar in the neighboring house for your guests.

The hotel itself is good. But I would not be in a hurry to call it great. Firstly, it is not very conveniently located relative to the sea of Sukhum's attractions. However, the market is located quite close. I don't know how it is now, but in March 2022, the roads around were terrible, like after the shelling. The breakfasts are excellent, the buffet with hot dishes. But the restaurant menu is not particularly rich and understandable to a Russian person at prices not very different from Moscow. The rooms are cozy and beautiful, everything corresponds to the declared level. The pool is about nothing - small, in the backyard, the passage to it through the restaurant. The staff is well trained, very polite and friendly.
I will say separately about air conditioners - more precisely, their external units. Either they saved money on the purchase, or they don't get proper service, but they make noise. And they make such a noise that we had to go to the reception. I managed to fall asleep only after the external unit was simply turned off in one of the neighboring rooms. Once again, a high-quality external air conditioner unit may not be silent, but it should not make noise. However, this is a common problem in Sukhumi.

The hotel is super. They were in June 2023. We arrived at 9 a.m., check-in was from 14 o'clock. While we were walking, we reached the sea (the sea is far away, we walked with the children for 20 minutes in one direction).
Upon check-in, they were treated to delicious wine. Breakfast and dinner Buffet are included. The food is top-notch, there is a huge selection and everything is sooo delicious. The room is cleaned every day.
Towels and bed were changed 2 times in 10 days. The pool is of course very small, but warm.
I really liked the hotel, we will come again. The only wish is a nice large swimming pool)

We had a rest in April 2022. Nice hotel, very cozy, clean. The staff is good, everyone is very friendly. But there are disadvantages, I would not stop in the summer, far from the sea. And it is not an option to go with children. There is no territory around for children. Nowhere to play, nowhere to walk. We only came to spend the night. In the evening, the child just didn't know where to put herself. I think this is a huge disadvantage. And in general, the hotel is good, the food is also normal, no frills, but we did not go hungry.

The hotel is located in the middle of Sukhum.
The market is a 10-minute walk away.
The beach is about 20 minutes away.

For Abkhazia, it's very nothing. The presence of a swimming pool here is purely formal, because at the time of our arrival it was dirty, with a dark one and swimming in it was not an option.
