A great place to relax 😍 the staff is polite , helpful ) the food is delicious . The location of the hotel is 15 minutes from the sea (it's a long way, but you can get used to it.) Of the disadvantages, you had to wait at breakfasts and dinners for a table to be free to sit down to eat . The pool is framed , very tiny ( similar to those that are put in the country )

We had a rest in Sochi at the Zhemchuzhny hotel, nothing surprised us, the prices were high, and the service was terrible, I was disappointed and went on. By the time I arrived in Sukhum at your hotel, I realized that Sochi is still far away from you both in terms of cuisine and service. I recommend this hotel to everyone. And what a delicious homemade wine here, a compliment from the hotel, just super.

12.04.23 . General impression: a normal three-piece, no more. What didn't you like : 1) very thin walls can be heard very well not only by the neighbors, the carpet is everywhere and it smells of cleaning agent! 3) BAD cuisine. The filter was diluted to the point where it was impossible, cottage cheese was not felt in the curd casserole - sugar and flour.

We had a rest in June 2021, a great hotel,modern,clean and cozy. The staff is young, humorous, great guys. Very tasty and varied breakfasts and dinners. Upon entering the hotel, all guests are treated to a glass of homemade wine. There is a tour desk right at the hotel! I recommend it to everyone

The hotel is quite modern and corresponds to the European level. Comfortable rooms, new furniture, provide everything you need (towels, brushes, slippers, a set of shampoos and soap.) Breakfasts and dinners are a Shaed table, the choice is not rich, but everything is delicious at home. Soft drinks are different (juice, compote, kefir, lemonade, tea, coffee), alcoholic drinks are paid (very expensive, a bottle of Abkhazian table wine 1500).

A magnificent boutique hotel. We had a rest with our beloved wife from 20.09 to 25.09.2021. Very Friendly staff, cleanliness EVERYWHERE! The rooms were cleaned daily, half board was taken, the chef is a professional in his field.

One of the best hotels in Sukhumi. Good rooms, excellent service, delicious breakfasts for every taste. The staff knows their job very well.The only thing that confused me was that when ordering chocolate fondue, condensed milk was brought instead of chocolate. They probably hoped we wouldn't notice.

4 stars in Abkhazian, but not by generally accepted standards. The audibility in the room is excellent, the walls are made of cardboard, the shower accessories are the cheapest as in hotels without stars, if they wash their hair, then it will not be possible to comb their hair, the slippers are the same. The Swedish line is very small (if compared with the hotels of polyana) but there is plenty to choose from, the pool is small, cold and dirty, there are leaves or some kind of earth at the bottom. Happy birthday was congratulated only after a reminder, 10 minutes before leaving the room. The administrator praised the bathhouse. Which costs 5000rubles for 2 hours. + 500₽ for a one-way taxi. You come to this bathhouse in the off-season, and you get to the construction site. Where they are building something 50 meters away from you, sawing and admiring how you run into the font in your underpants. Mugs are dirty, glasses are dirty, tap water in the cooler (smells characteristic) which is not always served hot. There is no hot water in the shower, how can I wash after? It's not clear. A hot font, very hot, but it doesn't matter, the water was drained, a new one was poured, they stirred it with some kind of chatterbox, it didn't get so hot, but they lifted all the dirt from the bottom, which was lying there quietly 🙂 In general: the hotel is normal, clean, the staff is normal, if compared with other hotels in Abkhazia and do not take into account the above Disadvantages🥲

An island of coziness and comfort in the middle of not the most cozy Sukhumi streets with destroyed roads. Whenever we returned to the hotel, we crossed the threshold - and exhaled with relief! It's so cozy and nice inside and such a contrast with the Sukhumi service. In general, the hotel's service is just at its best, the staff is well-trained, everyone is very kind, friendly, down to the smallest detail! Not a single careless word from anyone during the week of stay, which, alas, is a big exception for the Abkhazian service sector. Very good cuisine, fresh, varied buffet. On Friday evenings, the chef comes out to the hall with his signature dish and treats guests in a completely family atmosphere. Happy birthday to the guests ☺️ In general, everything is clean, tidy, and cozy. Next time, we'll just stop here.
