A modern, clean hotel with pleasant staff.
The room has everything you need: brushes, shampoo, soap, gel. On request, they give a hair balm (the quality is mediocre, but it will do, the toothpaste is also so-so). There are waffle bathrobes, disposable slippers. Towels were changed daily.
Everything in the room is neat and clean. It is quite spacious. There was also an armchair in our room, which could be unfolded if desired. There is a kettle, tea, coffee in the room, as well as a refrigerator, safe, TV, air conditioning.
There is a cooler with water in the corridor (there always was) and an armchair if you want to relax there.
Each floor is decorated in its own style.
There is no seating area in the form of sofas, only if there are chairs in the dining area.
Pretty good audibility, but the neighbors walked only 1 time, tolerable.
The air conditioner is buzzing terribly, and considering that it was only April, I'm afraid it will be in the summer.
Lights are turned off all over the city at 21.00, the hotel has its own generator. The light returns quickly.
There is a small swimming pool, it is open-air. It says that it is heated, but it was heated only 1 day after check-in, and then it was cold. The day before departure, they asked to warm up, an employee was immediately called and hot water was started, but the pool warmed up a little anyway, because you need to pour a lot of water to mix with cold. Therefore, do not rely on the pool too much. There is also a playground next to the pool, where you can have dinner and breakfast while looking after your child. BUT: there are unscrupulous people who can sit and smoke while eating. There is no smoking ban in Abkhazia and in this hotel it was clearly not Abkhazians who smoked next to us, but visitors from the Russian Federation. Of course, it is their right, but there should be respect for others, especially children:(
Buffet in the morning and in the evening, the choice is quite diverse, there is little fruit. We didn't have time for pancakes at breakfast, we got the rest right away. It is better not to delay with food, it cools down quickly. If breakfast starts at 8 o'clock, then by 10 o'clock the scrambled eggs will already be cold.
The location is not on the outskirts, of course, but in summer it will be difficult to get to the beach. They started repairing roads, but the distance is still about 20 minutes on foot, which is uncomfortable in the heat. There are also a lot of stray dogs and cats everywhere, although they are not aggressive.
The hotel has its own restaurant: the best boats that have been tried in all of Abkhazia fully justify their price tag of 395rubles. Delicious coffee and much more. There is also a market nearby, but we didn't like it. From there, minibuses go to thermal sources 150₽ at 10.00. From a cafe nearby it is delicious in Elbrus, I did not really like it in Olympus.
On the embankment of the Nart, Chegem.
There is a grocery store opposite. The prices are not the lowest, but tolerable.
A botanical garden, a museum, a zoo with primates are 1-2 km away.
Special thanks to the staff. At the meeting, we were greeted with wine and juice. At an early check-out, breakfast was ready for us, which we took with us.
I am very happy with the hotel, it is a great place for April.
Well, I will add an important point that is worth knowing: you can not import honey, cheese, wine into Russia without excise taxes.
You can not export: eucalyptus, boxwood, etc. We weren't really checked, because it's not the season.

Very upset . We spent a long time choosing a Hotel with my husband, reading reviews, booking. On the plus side: good design, it's very nice to be inside, I don't want to leave, the view from the balcony to the mountains is also good. You can sit for a very long time. The cleanliness of the rooms is good, the staff is polite. Actually, that's all.
Of the main huge disadvantages:
The pool is declared small, just very. Well, God help him, maybe it's not for everyone.
The food is not to say wow, but not wow at all. At least, not for almost 9,000 thousand per day.
And the Wi-Fi is crashing, it was a huge problem for me because I was working and I needed a stable connection. The site says that it exists, but in fact I was nervous while I was trying to figure out if I could work or let people down. Tellingly, there was no such problem in another more modest hotel, which is doubly insulting.

Vacationed with a friend in this hotel in mid-April 2023. The room was on the second floor and overlooked the summer veranda. It was very noisy, the music was always playing loudly. When asked to change the room, since it is not comfortable for us, we cannot relax when loud music and guests are resting on the summer veranda until the morning, our request was refused. Also, the sound insulation between the rooms leaves much to be desired - it feels like it doesn't exist at all, you can hear everything that is being said in the next room. So it's hard to call our vacation a vacation. We will never choose this hotel for our holidays anymore.

I really liked it. Clean, new, not killed. A good mattress and pillows. Of the disadvantages, I will only note that you can smoke on the terrace by the pool, respectively, all the smoke goes into the restaurant. It is impossible to sit in the restaurant in the evening, it is very smoky. Well, the pool was with a lot of garbage inside.

the noise insulation in the rooms is terrible, the pool is one name (very small, you won't swim much), the food on the first visit in September 2022 seemed good, on the second visit for the New Year holidays 2023 "surprised".. There is not much choice.
It is strange that there is only breakfast in the hotel, half board is not needed. There are no dinners, but they are included in the price, and they seem to oblige you to have dinner there. The prices of alcohol in the bar are somehow inadequate.
There are a lot of places in Sukhum where you can have a very tasty and inexpensive dinner.
The staff is very helpful and friendly, everything is clean and tidy.
In general, a good hotel, but clearly not one of the best.

The rooms are mega tired - the furniture in the bathroom is just like from a dumpster, all stratified. Dirty carpets. Old pillows and a terrible bed, no one got enough sleep at night((
The micro pool is small, icy and dirty, there is simply no one who wants to swim there.
It's a long way to the beach.
When checking out, they check the number for 10 minutes, I haven't seen such a Soviet practice for a long time.

There was once a normal hotel. Now it has turned into a garbage can. How the staff can make a disgusting attitude towards the hotel. The girls at the reception do not greet, look haughtily, click on some requests and respond with dissatisfaction. I have never seen such a disgusting attitude towards guests in any hotel in the world. Breakfast is a separate hell. They start at 8 in the morning and it is impossible to approach the small table where the food is because of the crowd of people. Well, you can eat them half an hour earlier. People are unhappy. I give the hotel minus one star. And teach the staff how to communicate with customers.

All the staff are friendly and attentive. I recommend it for recreation. The only thing I do not recommend booking a transfer. This hotel works with a company that transfers transfer requests. A Mercedes from the 90s came for us. The driver was nervous, the cabin smelled of exhaust fumes, the car was in terrible condition. And for this "comfort" we paid 3,800. The driver could not find the location of our hotel using the navigator, after which he began to bang his phone on the steering wheel and swear obscenely. So check with the transport company that the hotel works with, which car will be provided to you for the transfer.

Great hotel: soooo cozy, warm, soft clean linen, carpets on the floor!! The most satisfying and plentiful buffet! 5 min. to the market, if anyone needs it. It's not worth going to the coast, it's still a long way to go, but we had a March hiking and sightseeing "mimosa" tour from Valera Belogurov, and we didn't care about the location. Moreover, in March, the prices for a hotel of this level are sooo low!! There is a small swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and cozy, there is a kettle and tea/coffee bags, a refrigerator, a hairdryer. The staff is friendly, very nice!
On the 5th floor (we had #512), the air conditioners from the 6th floor were banging terribly noisily, it's just unreal!! But at our request, something was "done" with them, turned off, apparently, and the full buzz has already come!!
