My husband and I stayed overnight on April 25-26, 2023. We were greeted kindly, the lovely receptionist quickly settled us in and told us everything, a glass of wine was offered, we replaced it with a delicious drink! And each floor is decorated in its own tradition- China, Egypt, India and Turkey, we were on the 4th floor in the Indian style and near the room there was a picture of a beautiful pure kind Indian man, who is energizing by sight! The room is clean and warm. There is everything for relaxation! We slept well, nothing distracted us! In the morning we were fed a delicious breakfast, cooked with love! Everyone will find a delicious treat for themselves, there is a large selection for vegetarians - rolls with broccoli, spinach and carrots! (please send the recipe if possible) and much more!!! Thank you for your hospitality!

A cozy hotel in the center of Sukhumi. In general, I liked the hotel and would have stayed there another time, but there is some unfinished or ill-considered. The room is large, but there is only one small wardrobe for four people. A large bathroom with a Jacuzzi, but at the same time you need to squeeze into the toilet, and the toilet bowl is poorly attached. Delicious breakfasts. There is an a la carte dinner and a buffet. The buffet is different and delicious every day. But there are not enough meat and fish dishes both there and there.

I want to share my impressions about my vacation. I write so that when people read positive reviews, they know that not everything is so great. Start… If you book Garuda glading and Garuda Boutique, then I recommend Bootpc first, and then Glading. Why do you ask?Because everyone comes and wants to enjoy the sea. In glading, you will get tired of riding a crowded bus. Those who managed to sit down, and those who did not manage to, are standing. .There are many people who want to leave, but there is only one bus. The road from Glamping to the beach (as after the bombing) simply does NOT exist. Taxis refuse to go. The food is homogeneous (what was not eaten at breakfast, then for lunch, what was not eaten for dinner, then for breakfast. The pool (the water is cold) if you lie down near the pool near the toilet, then the sewer prevents you from sunbathing. If the location had not been so wonderful, then the rest would have been ruined. We were there for 5 days (a lot), 3 days is enough. So as not to spoil the first impression. On the 4th day, our whole family was poisoned. I was just rinsing all night. A lot of flies (just a lot of flies) How do they deal with them??? Just covered everything with gauze. And what people eat, then drive them away from their food. Transfers from Garuda gliding to Garuda Boutique Hotel NO. We were just lucky that we left (people arrived and we went back with him). Garuda Boutique-they settled us at 15.00 instead of 14.00 (although they apologized very much) The breakfasts are the same as in Gleiping. I do not recommend taking dinner. Everything repeats itself. We were given a smelly room. The air conditioner is leaking. When we had a fight, they replaced it for us. I can say that the people at the hotel are very friendly (although when we met the owner's sister) And so… We really liked Abkhazia. And the Garuda taxi app is generally a separate conversation. Since it's a 20-minute walk to the beach and the beach is very small and dirty, we took a taxi. One-way 270-300 maximum.If you leave after 17.00, then get ready to play the game "Who will give the most money", i.e. you dial the destination and you are offered to raise the price. If you bet 300 rubles, then at best you will arrive for 450 rubles. Abkhazian trick 😂We will not come to Glaping and Boutique anymore (and this is not only our desire) No matter who we ask, they all say the same thing that I wrote above. The hotel itself is good. But I would not be in a hurry to call it great. Firstly, it is not very conveniently located relative to the sea of Sukhum's attractions. However, the market is located quite close. I don't know how it is now, but in March 2022, the roads around were terrible, like after the shelling. The breakfasts are excellent, the buffet with hot dishes. But the restaurant menu is not particularly rich and understandable to a Russian person at prices not very different from Moscow. The rooms are cozy and beautiful, everything corresponds to the declared level. The pool is about nothing - small, in the backyard, the passage to it through the restaurant. The staff is well trained, very polite and friendly. I will say separately about air conditioners - more precisely, their external units. Either they saved money on the purchase, or they don't get proper service, but they make noise. And they make such a noise that we had to go to the reception. I managed to fall asleep only after the external unit was simply turned off in one of the neighboring rooms. Once again, a high-quality external air conditioner unit may not be silent, but it should not make noise. However, this is a common problem in Sukhumi.

The water tastes like spring water, bottled. There is an ironing board with an iron on the floor. General impressions about Abkhazia. Despite the fact that Abkhazians are hospitable people, they will not let you pass on a zebra crossing, there are their own road rules, be careful. At some intersections there are traffic lights only for motorists, not provided for pedestrians. I'll give you a bonus! I would also like to mention the service.Everyone is very kind and sweet The pool is small, but very warm. We even swam in the rain. It looks more like a big Jacuzzi. The rooms are beautiful, very clean. They cleaned constantly. Linen and bathrobes were also changed regularly. It is very pleasant to sit on the terrace outside. There is heating from the ceiling and therefore it is not cold Of the cons: The extra seat was a folding chair that creaked. I had to put cushions from the sofa to make them creak less. It's just a terrible price for washing clothes! For underpants 80p, for pants 300p. I had to wash it myself. Since washing for one machine will cost a couple of thousand!!! There are no additional entertainments for children and adults (. I understand there is little space, but it would be great to organize, for example, billiards, table tennis, chess, cinema or something similar in the neighboring house for your guests.
