I would put zero. From 8 a.m. to 24:00, jackhammers are hammered with a sledgehammer, metal machines are working, on working days, weekends and holidays. You can't open the door to the balcony with a column of dust, after 24:00 they start dumping garbage from the third floor to the first. The rest is just great. The staff does not respond to comments. There are three stars in the Almaty hotel.
